Everything was amazing! The room looked just as nice as it did in the pictures and had a beautiful view of the pool, the staff were really friendly and helpful (shout out to the woman in reception who helped me when I locked my key in my room!) and the location next to the shopping centre and metro station was great! The wifi worked fine for me and I had no problems with the sound proofing, plus the bed was really comfortable!

There weren't really any major issues. I think the only inconvenience was that the nearby metro station only connected to one line, so I usually had to change trains at least once when trying to go places, but Singapore's metro is easy to use so it really wasn't a problem.

everything was great! room is cozy and clean with good taste decoration and excellent shower water pressure. we love this hotel and hope to be back in the future.we would like to expess our sincere thanks to Ms.En in the reception desk who can speak very good Chinese and gave us a lot of help and fully show her professionals. and we love the swimming pool as well as the gym.thanks everyone.

The location is excellent. Across from the `MRT station and walking distance from the Botanic Gardens which are beautiful. The rooms are very clean and the cleaning staff are very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is superb ! so much variety to choose from and staff in the restaurant are very friendly.

Can back again for two nights stay and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly service at the restaurant. I will definitely come back again.

A hotel where everything works seamlessly. The staff are excellent. I particularly appreciate the empathy of Bayani Angulo, who was very sensitive and kind when I mentioned I was here for a memorial service for my brother. The hotel is seconds away from Orchard Boulevard Mrt, so getting around is easy.

Hotel was in a great location connected to a mall and next to MRT. Near Orchard Road shopping.The room was comfortable , clean and modern. Staff was very attentive. Also reasonably priced compared to other hotels.

Small windows. The pool close to early and open too late. I stayed 2 nights and have no chance for swim.

Good value. Small rooms but clean and quite frankly not sure one needs anything more to be comfortable.. Positive service. I like this place.

The upgrade to Club room was value for money. In my opinion, Club lounge food variety was good enough for dinner. All counter staff was courteous and helpful.
