If COMO’s House keeping can provide several kind of Pillow especially Hard pillow for people have problem neck, then that would be a perfect score for the bed and bedding.

Staff were excellent, friendly, professional and accommodating. Location is great, 10 minutes walk from either Orchid MRT or Somerset MRT, few minutes walk to Orchid Road, shops, eateries and services. Hotel is new and has a minimalistic decor, the aromatherapy smells divine. The shower products, shampoo, body wash etc are a very beautiful fragrance. Hotel was clean (with minimal exceptions) and the rooms have a little kitchen area with sink and microwave. Mini bar is complementary. Bathroom amenities well stocked. Room was a nice layout, shower was nice with good pressure. They have a robot coffee machine in the lobby, with complementary drinks for clients, which is a nice touch. We were able to use the amenities for the rest of the day until our late flight left, including the showers in the gym, which closed at 7pm

Sink in bathroom had mold under the sink rim beneath the tap. Light in the closet kept pulsing on and off at night (thought it was an alarm going off at first) it was intermittent and impossible to show anyone so couldn't get it fixed. Very annoying at 2 am in the morning when trying to sleep. Didn't like that the pool closed at 730pm, would have been nice to take a dip later in the evening even if only up to say 10pm. Other hotels in the area I have stayed at are open much later. Hotel is relatively new, but wooden flooring was creaky and squeaky and felt like it wasn't glued down enough and it felt cheap, not that nice to walk on. Overall we felt for the price of the hotel these silly things affected it negatively, when there are so many other choices of accommodation.

Everything - COMO Metropolitan Singapore has exceeded my expectation (for a luxury, new hotel) in every possible way. Service, facilities are top-notch, location is perfect on a relatively quiet corner along Orchard Road, which is just 10 steps away from Paragon and the underground connect to ALL the major malls along Orchard Road. COMO represents a modern concept of luxury hotel, the room is spacious with sufficient natural brilliance, thanks to its modern design with simplicity that makes guests feel right at home. Service is warm, professional and very thoughtful The whole wellness concept embedded in COMO makes it truly one of a kind. While the highlight is definitely the rooftop infinity pool - as echoed already in other reviews - the other parts of COMO’s wellness programme available at COMO Shambhala just alleviates the level of enjoyment for visitors. During my short stay I’ve taken a pilates class at its cute and new studio, which is very refreshing. Being able to visit Cedric Grolet at the G/F of the hotel with priority booking service at front desk is definitely a sweet surprise for this stay at COMO - starting the day with the buttery smell from CG is an absolute bliss.

Fantastic location right in the center of the Orchard shopping district. The rooftop pool was very large and plenty of open space (some other Orchard hotels have small & confined pools). The gym had top of the line equipment (very impressive), although not very large so I imagine it would be full capacity relatively easily. Absolutely loved the Korean restaurant "Cote", which is a must visit. The hotel's own brand of shampoos/soaps are fantastic (and available for purchase).

The Spa staff's at spa reception could be improved upon. My wife asked if she could shower before her massage and was made to feel she'd caused a significant inconvenience (they seemed quite annoyed and were not helpful in showing my wife where the showers were located etc), despite her being early. Although I loved the restaurant, Cote, it was not easy to put the charge on my room despite it being in the same building. No drinks machine/tap in the gym; only two small communal glass Ikea bottles which empty easily.

Jewel in Singapore hotel scene. Upside: Spacious enough. Aircons are actually capable (not a regular thing in Singapore hotels below 250 usd per night). No carpets on the floor - good! No issue with moist and dust allergy. Staff is super helpful. Coffee robot in the lobby. Fitness center is amazing.

Hard to think of downsides really.... Perhaps would be good if staircase could be available in addtiona to lifts :) Oh, and lights in the room are a bit of rocket science :))) Takes a bit to figure out the controls.

Staff, location, facilities .. everything

For the suites it wasn’t a split ac system eg bedroom and living room wasn’t separated. This made it difficult to adjust ac while people slept inside and people were still using the living room as it is larger therefore room doesn’t get cold. Bedroom could be 18 degrees inside while it’s only 21 outside etc. we had a baby monitor therefore it measured the temps in the rooms

We liked the location. The facilities at the hotel are excellent. One of the main reasons I stay there is the excellent swimming pool. The top deck and bar area are great, beautiful views.

The bed is ok, but the pillows are terrible, too soft.We asked for firmer pillows and were given one option, very hard ones. They were like bricks.

Great location, vibes.. we got a corner room with a pretty view of Paragon and Takashimaya. The robot coffeemaker at the reception lounge was so cool. The room was lovely as well.

The lighting in the room is not very bright. I’m sure it was intentional with the vibes but I was travelling with my mother who was having trouble with her eyesights and so it was quite troublesome.

Lovely hotel situated in the middle of the city centre. The room are spacious with lots of storage space. Equipped with mini kitchen (without stove). Very comfortable bed and amazing view. Comes with complimentary snacks (Replenished daily). The shower is amazing and very spacious.

The toilet somehow doesn’t equipped with a bidet.
