Location is amazing, right in the centre of the shopping precinct. Beds were super comfortable, rooms a reasonable size for Singapore, pool area on the rooftop is great. And breakfast is sensational. We had our 7yo sleep between us (which is expected in these rooms) and the king bed size was sufficient to fit the three of us. Shampoo and body wash in the room was so good. A bit pricey but you get great quality.

It was expensive, and check in check out was confusing with slight language barrier, one of our rooms was not ready when we arrived and I had to follow this up hours later, it appeared to be forgotten.

We stayed recently for two lots of 3 night blocks in between a trip upto Thailand. The construction/demolition across the street on the city view side was ongoing for the whole time. Any respite or rest during day had that intrusive noise. And there seemed to be some kind of work going on inside a room or two during the second stay. The nightly rates and supposed upgrades to the city side were not reflective of that noise. In addition, according to my wife the hotel gym has limited equipment and half of which was not working.

The location of the hotel was excellent - it is above the Orchardgateway shopping centre and there is an MRT station onsite. The room service was good and well priced and the lady who delivered it was lovely and very friendly. Check in was relatively easy and they were able to partially accommodate our early check in request. The pool was great - right on the roof top overlooking the city.

The lift situation at this hotel is appalling. At a minimum, you have to catch two lifts - one to get to reception of the hotel, then you need to change and catch another one. If you are coming up from the metro or the shopping centre, you need to catch 3. There were long wait times for the lifts and when coming in from the shopping centre, getting on the correct lift was confusing. This alone would stop me from staying at this hotel again.

The overall impression on the stay is quite positive. I have taken a video of the room tour as well as the breakfast. The room is so clean and comfortable, though a bit smaller. I am perfectly happy with room. The staff were exceptional . We had the pleasure of meeting Wilfred in the Club Lounge whom made our stay memorable. All the staff were welcoming and when we needed information on the area they would help.

Wasn’t too keen about the club lounge accepting children as it was hard to find seating in an evening between 5 pm and 7.30pm because it was full of families . Children were also allowed to go get there own food and often saw them touching food and putting it back which is very unhygienic they also seemed to waste a lot. Although I understand it is a family hotel it would be nice having an adults only area. For the extra money we paid thinking this was a quiet area for adults I wouldn’t pay the extra amount again.

The pillows were all just way too soft. Woke up each morning with a sore neck.

Best location, situated right above an MRT (train station) and in the middle of the Orchard Road shopping district. Roof top pool was a hit, we watched Saturday night fireworks from the roof. Full panorama of the city.

Couldn’t get a family room, for family of 4, we had to book two rooms.

Jenn Hotel is perfectly located to all attractions, particularly Metro Train Station which enables easy transit around Singapore. Easily the best breakfast we enjoyed during our recent excursions, so varied and huge selection. Atmosphere and view at the Rooftop Bar and pool was exception.

A very nice hotel, will definitely come back again. The receptionist was kind enough to let us check in a lot earlier, which was amazing after a long flight. The room is large and has a lot of storage place. Loved the rooftop swimming pool with a beautiful city view. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of food. Definitely 10 out of 10.
