Lanson Place was exceptionally clean. Rooms were comfy (albeit a tad bit small) but so clean that we didn’t mind. Our room only had an interval window that looked into the corridor which was quite dark so we asked to be moved and the team made it happen. The next room was much brighter and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The welcome treats including noodles, fruit and snacks was lovely and daily bottled water kept us happy too. The location is perfect. Just behind orchard road and across the road from Orchard 313, lots of food, shopping and excellent coffee / cafes and eateries. We were spoilt for choice. The staff were amazing and always greeted us, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Our return flight was late at night and even though they could provide a late check out, the offer to use the pool and bathrooms to shower before the flight was definitely welcomed! The room was very clean and tidy. We choose the room with kitchen and two bedrooms. There were also two bathrooms. All kitchen utensils were there. A positive thing was that we had a clothing washing machine in the room. Another good thing is there was a dressing room. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi were on the roof with incredible view. MRT station in 5 min walking. Closest big supermarket is in 10 min walking. The stuff was very friendly and responsive. We arrived a few hours early and checked in without extra expenses. After we checked out we had a flight in 9 hours and we took a walk to cut the time. Our luggage we left in hotel. When we came back to take our luggage we were proposed to take a shower before going to airport. This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever been living in before.

- The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with all our requests. - The building's facilities exceeded our expectations, especially the free laundry rooms and the large rooftop pool. - The location was perfect for exploring Orchard Mall and the rest of Singapore, with a metro station nearby. - The rooms were very quiet and well maintained

- The musky/moldy smell and 80% humidity in the apartment. In my view the ventilation system is not designed correctly causing humid outside air to condensate inside the room. The staff did all they could to help us. At the end we got 2 dehumidifiers and an air-purifier which made it acceptable.

The apartment was excellent, well furnished and decorated with all amenities necessary. The bed and sheets were very comfortable, and the AC did a great job cooling us down after a day out in the Singapore heat. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and daily cleaning and upkeep was always great. Chilling by the rooftop pool after a long day out was always a plus. Bonus: the lobby always smelled amazing, and some nights we could smell the fragrance while walking around the corner.

Honestly nothing, it was a great stay. Be sure to set your drop off location at Eber Rd to avoid having to take the steps with your luggage.

I feel some attention to detail is required: When it rains heavily the walk ways can get quite wet making it a slip hazard, I had several near misses! Please also look in to the washing machine. It needs a deep clean and service. It was apparent that it hadn’t been cleaned from previous user as an old blood monitor (for diabetes) was stuck in there!

Very well located. Convenient to two MRT stations. Walking distance to shops on Orchard Road. Apartment had the essentials (Fridge, microwave, utensils etc) and it was such a benefit to have a laundry on site. Ashok who was at reception was such a friendly, helpful and informative person. A great resource for places to eat or visit.

Given two guests in the room, it would be useful to provide a second chair (even if a folding one) so that both guests may sit in the kitchenette for meals.

Perfect location with easy access to public transport both bus and train. Incredibly friendly staff (helped decorate Xmas tree in foyer). Snacks in communal kitchen. Rooftop pool with stunning views just what we needed on an evening. Room was incredibly clean, even dirty pots washed for us on the daily. Bed super comfy.

Tiny thing to change - just slightly too much chlorine in the hot tub - but this is being picky and trying to find something wrong because it was exceptional we loved our stay.

Great location, very clean no bugs/pest (top priority for me when searching for stay), wonderful and kind staff; also, great gym facility and rooftop pool. It was a huge bonus to have access to onsite laundry/dryer. We stayed here for a week and would book here again :)!

The room we stayed in had a mild musky smell likely from the air conditioner and outdoor weather mix, but manageable. The circulation of the AC cold air could have been better, often one side of the bed would be cold while other side (furthest away from unit) would be quite warm.

Location was excellent, adjacent to Somerset MRT station and Orchard Gateway/Orchard Central/313@Somerset. The two bedroom apartment was very roomy and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Complimentary coffee pods were replenished daily. In-room combination washing machine/dryer.

No driveway to lobby for direct access by vehicles; taxi had to drop/pickup passengers on a busy road. Limited TV channels. Second bathroom was very small and shower doors had a gaps which leaked water to the bathroom floor.

Staff were lovely. Learnt our children’s names, greeted us and opened the door each time. Helped when we couldn’t order food on the grab out. Very attentive staff Location was great. Easy walk to big shopping centres on orchard road, buses right outside and MRT a couple of minutes away. Room was spacious for our family of four

Know they need it on but air conditioner above the dining table was freezing (but welcomed after a busy day), it did make food cold quickly though. Minor thing!
