We loved our stay! The location is fantastic, there is Dhoby Ghaut MRT station nearby and Plaza Singapura within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore Orchard, Marina Bay Sands, Chinatown & beyond. The area feels safe, and the hotel itself is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff’s were also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay a pleasant one! Overall, a great experience with excellent value. Highly recommended!

The pool area is lovely. There could be more lounges, it didnt get busy while I was there but if it did I wonder. The bed is very comfortable. The room is small but well-appointed. The housekeeping staff were kind. The reception staff were great. The location is very cool for plaza singapura and bugis and so much.

The breakfast buffet isn't very good, not worth it.

The staff were excellent and very kind and attentive. We were expecting bigger rooms for deluxe but thankfully we were able to find a solution to this. Interiors are gorgeous and the shower was working well and nice and hot.

Good value for an expensive city...Rooms are good and quite well laid out.... Location is convenient...

Chilled air right on top of the bed was not well conceived.... and the upper mezz bed was pretty scary on the stairs...

The fact that they’re were no weights in the gym left me disappointed as a fitness person. Only treadmills and yoga mats.

Amazing location minutes away from the metro station, bus connections and Plaza Singapura. Everything I needed was within a 5 min walk. Staff were helpful & room very comfortable. Free soft drinks & snacks (mini bar) in the room was a great addition and meant I could relax after a long day without worrying about running up a large bill.

No proper room set aside to shower in after a long day in the heat & humidity of the city. Guests can use the shower area for the rooftop pool but there is no hairdryer so I had to board the 14hr flight home with wet hair, which was far from ideal.

Rooms a little small.

When one of us had to organise a race home for an family emergency, the staff were helpful in booking a taxi for 3am to the airport and double checking the correct terminal with a follow up call when I wasn't sure. The location is very close to a MRT that has three lines to different parts of the city along with buses. Various huge shopping malls with plenty of food options with in a 10 min walk. Free ice-cream from 3-6pm which was great after being in the heat / humidity for a cool down.

The bathroom could be cleaner as there was mould in the base of the shower. The fitness centre had a bike and treadmill no room to do stretches

We were allowed to check in before the check in time. The rooftop pool was delightful and not busy. The hotel was quiet. The bedrooms were decorated with taste. Free access to snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in the mini-bar was a nice touch.

The hotel's prime location, just a short walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station and close to Orchard Road, made it incredibly convenient for both travel and shopping. While the room wasn’t overly spacious, it was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. A real highlight was the lovely rooftop pool—a perfect spot to unwind.

The only downside was the absence of a bar, which would have been a great addition to the overall experience. That said, I’d still happily recommend this hotel for a comfortable and well-located stay in Singapore.
