Amazing location minutes away from the metro station, bus connections and Plaza Singapura. Everything I needed was within a 5 min walk. Staff were helpful & room very comfortable. Free soft drinks & snacks (mini bar) in the room was a great addition and meant I could relax after a long day without worrying about running up a large bill.

No proper room set aside to shower in after a long day in the heat & humidity of the city. Guests can use the shower area for the rooftop pool but there is no hairdryer so I had to board the 14hr flight home with wet hair, which was far from ideal.

We were allowed to check in before the check in time. The rooftop pool was delightful and not busy. The hotel was quiet. The bedrooms were decorated with taste. Free access to snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in the mini-bar was a nice touch.

When one of us had to organise a race home for an family emergency, the staff were helpful in booking a taxi for 3am to the airport and double checking the correct terminal with a follow up call when I wasn't sure. The location is very close to a MRT that has three lines to different parts of the city along with buses. Various huge shopping malls with plenty of food options with in a 10 min walk. Free ice-cream from 3-6pm which was great after being in the heat / humidity for a cool down.

The bathroom could be cleaner as there was mould in the base of the shower. The fitness centre had a bike and treadmill no room to do stretches

The hotel's prime location, just a short walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station and close to Orchard Road, made it incredibly convenient for both travel and shopping. While the room wasn’t overly spacious, it was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. A real highlight was the lovely rooftop pool—a perfect spot to unwind.

The only downside was the absence of a bar, which would have been a great addition to the overall experience. That said, I’d still happily recommend this hotel for a comfortable and well-located stay in Singapore.

The location was superb, located very close to the MRT, and not far from tourist attractions like orchard street and Chinatown. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I was able to have a late check out and then leave my bags and use the shower when I returned as I had a late night flight. I liked the pool and fitness area. The room was spacious and modern, and the free mini bar a nice touch. The room was much better than I expected it to be. The facilities felt well maintained and modern. The breakfast was ok.

The bed was not to my taste, too hard. The walls are not sound proof so you can hear the rooms next door and also people in the hallway.

The staff were amazing especially Sean on reception. He went out of his way to correct a problem we had and the solution was perfect. The pool area is charming and quiet. Although small the room was efficient and made packing up easy.

Breakfast restaurant was not open. We could only get food at the pool.

Newer hotel felt very well maintained and clean. Room was a bit bigger than expected. Very nice and quiet rooftop pool. The location was fantastic, the MRT was just opposite the property. The staff was very accommodating in receiving a parcel and extending our stay for an additional night. The mini bar is complementary and replenished daily which was a welcome surprise.

We set the room to do not disturb on several occasions and we found that housekeeping would come in to tidy up regardless, instructions on how to use the switches properly would be welcomed.

The hotel has a very nice contemporary feel. The location next to Dhoby Gault MRT station hub is perfect for getting around Singapore. Also near is the Plaza Singapora shopping mall. This mid-range shopping mall has many interesting shops, but more importantly, a lot of options to eat, especially the food court on the 6th floor. So you do not need to get the 25 SGD breakfast and just go to the mall instead. Both the standard room and Loft 1 were good. It's not very big, but it's sufficient. The fridge had complementary drinks, which were replaced every day, as well as the complementary snacks (chips etc.). There was also a good set of complementary toiletries. The rooftop pool is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything, including suggesting that we use the hotel umbrella for our day trip. The hotel is very secure, and you can only get to your floor.

Do not go to this hotel for great views, as (at least we) did not see any. Very annoying was the poor online contact regarding the possibility of using the hotel bus for pick up from the airport. There was no reply to my contact via Booking.com, and it took 2 days before I got a reaction to my e-mails. I talked with the staff about this, and they do not understand what went wrong, as this should not have happened. In the end, we did not take the hotel bus, as that cost 120 SGD, and arranging it ourselves with a taxi service cost only half that.

Our stay at this hotel in Singapore was nothing short of remarkable. From the seamless booking and upgrade, every thing felt like it was thoughtfully prepared just for me and my family. Service was very personalized. We were touched to find a birthday cake waiting for my son’s 9th celebration, making him feel so special. The fully stocked fridge in our room was another pleasant surprise, thoughtfully including drinks for the kids—a small but meaningful touch. The amenities were generous, and there was free ice cream served every afternoon from 3 to 6pm. The gorgeous pool and the tranquil scent that lingered throughout the hotel added to the peaceful atmosphere. It’s clear this hotel is designed with its guests’ comfort in mind, making it one of the best places we’ve ever stayed as a family. Every little detail felt like it was there just for us.
