Overall the hotel is excellent. Rooms very nice. The location could not be better as it has 3 MRT stations within easy walking distance and one right next door which takes you downtown. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. Very limited choice and if you don’t come first thing then bacon and fried eggs were not available. Precooked cold fried eggs when they are available. Egg station only makes omelettes and there’s too much demand.

Wonderful organic toiletries. Comfortable size of room although I've had larger ones before in this hotel. All the staff were proactive and helpful. Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced. The bus stop is right at the doorstep. I enjoyed my stay very much

The " fragrance" in the 10th flr corridor was pleasant but over-powering.

Breakfast could be improved : jam, cheese etc should be of better quality. More fresh fruits would be appreciated.

Free minibar: sufficient water and other non-alcohol drinks! Location: right on top of a metro station to the airport. Bus stop is also closeby for the airport. Enough shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff: professional and courteous. Desk, chair and wifi: good for computer work and a web meeting. Breakfast: Basic but good Asian dishes are offered, too. House keeping: professional and courteous - leaving a note instead of trying to come in when the "do not disturb" sign is on.

Light switches: one console for all the light switches is at one bedside. Lights have to be operated only with this console as they don't have their own switches (except a bathroom and a desk light). The door of shower cabinet cannot be closed and let water overflow outside - needed to keep the door closed during the shower (I didn't bother to report this to the hotel reception without time).

Great location. Right at the Bencoolen Train Station easy access to and from airport and all around Singapore Great location to take the bus. Easy walking distance to all major sites. Good food outlets nearby Mini bar stocked each day with coconut water and water and soft drinks all complimentary, that was a huge bonus

The hotel was very central to lots of activities we had planned...Fort Canning Park, city centre, Raffles and the National Museum were all within walking distance. It was easy to get a bus to the Botanical Gardens, the bay area and even to the airport because the bus stop was right next to the hotel. 100s of eateries right on the doorstep too. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool when we finished sightseeing for the day. Ideal hotel for a few days in Singapore!

Rooms were great, nicely appointed and really comfy. Great location - we had tickets for the hop on hop off bus and it stopped right outside the hotel. Pool was closed for renovation when we were there which was bit of a let down but it didn't matter too much because we only had a short stay. Had we stayed for longer we would have been disappointed with the lack of pool. The staff were very helpful especially at the reception although the concierge did mess up a request a bit. All in all it was a great stay and I'd recommend it

I like everything. Nothing to dislike. I only have a suggestion. When we arrived at the hotel, there was only one staff in the reception so we waited for more than 15 minutes, only to be told that there was a separate check in counter for club access. not really a big hassle for us and all staff are really friendly so we really dont mind. just want to suggest let guests with club access booking know prior that the check in counter is at 11th floor.

Very good location. Right at the metro station. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. The only negative: the hotel had no wash cloth available at all.

Nice hotel in a great location, in between Orchard rd and Marina. We had 2 interconnected rooms, rooms are on a bigger size and beds are super comfortable. There are number of shopping malls around, famous Raffles hotel within walking distance and train station literally around the corner. Swimming pool is ok, water was super cold but nicely complemented by the hot spa. Breakfast is very average , had it once and decided to eat elsewhere. Overall, had a great stay, definitely recommended.

It was extremely cold in the room, had to turn aircon on and off all the time. Also, lobby and breakfast area were extremely cold as well.
