I like the most is the location, very accessible to MRT station, restaurants, market, and mall. The room is very spacious especially the bathroom.

The Twin bed is quite small for two persons.

It was clean and comfortable.

For people with allergies it’s not good at all, my boyfriend slept really bad and couldn’t be long in the room because of his allergy.

It's easy to spot the hotel since the colour is so vibrant! The booking and check-in processes were fairly easy, hotel is quick to respond to messages when I asked if I can store my luggage before check-in to go sightseeing. Staff was considerate and helpful. My room was upgraded for free, it's at the 11th floor and hotel has 2 lifts so definitely suitable for families with elderly or kids. The room comes with clean towels and pillows, kettle, clothes hangers, coffee and tea making set, and multiple power plugs. The bathroom is simple and nice; there were complimentary soaps, shampoo, body wash, and extra toilet rolls. The WiFi is working well, the aircond temperature can be adjusted manually, water heater is working with good pressure as well. The room is not too fancy but I have almost nothing to complain. The location is also good, walkable from bus stops and MRT, and near Phil Studio for those going for gigs. Good stay and value for money, I'd definitely book again!

The location of this hotel is amazing, MRT at the doorstep basically and within a 1 to 1.5 km walk of just about everything you would want to see and do in Singapore. Raffles hotel is just around the corner! Bugis shopping mall a minute away, Chijmes is super close and only a 1.6 km walk to Merlion Park, Glutton’s Bay and Clark Quay.

It could have been a little bit cleaner, certainly not dirty but a bit dingy also I would have loved it if there was no plastic cover on the bathroom windows, the view would have been so nice!

location is really great. closed to the central. very near bus stations and MRT. The room is good. very reasonable price. The operators work very well and friendly.

smell a bit old. the clothes such as pillow cover is old and a bit worn. shower room door cannot be closed and the water spills out a lot making everything wet.

Very close to Mustafa shopping Centre and the Chinese market- walking distances. The staff were excellent. Greeted guests and were very helpful in explaining issues beyond their normal duties. Sourcing transport for our personal errands.

I liked everything. Just wish they could provide a Tour Guide for our excursions.

it was close to a train station so we could get downtown in about 30 minutes. the staff was friendly and the room was clean. the bathroom was nice too

the walls were a bit thin so you can hear people talking in the hallways

the room is reasonable with the price. the location is absolutely awesome. It is in the city everything can be reach in walking distance. Close with MRT and bus stop. food is also easy to get. you walk like 300 meters you reach bugis mall and then you can go to victoria street. excellent place. will come back with family if I visit SIngapore

I can expect so much as it is really low budget hotel. But I would appreciate if you could fix the shower door. Now it can be closed so it make the floor become wet

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I was thoroughly pleased with their service. The location is fantastic, with easy access to popular attractions like Little India, Arab Street, the Helix Bridge, Merlion Park, and Gardens by the Bay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near an MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. We specifically visited for a concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, and it was incredibly convenient to take a direct ride from Bras Basah station to the Stadium station.

This hotel may not be the newest or fanciest, and it doesn't provide complimentary toothpaste and toothbrushes, which surprised me. However, it offers a nice experience overall and provides great value for your money. Since you'll likely be out exploring during your vacation, the hotel's limited amenities won't be a major concern. The most important aspect is its excellent location.

Vey close with Bras Basah MRT and walking distance to Bugis Junction and Bugis Plus mall. Also nearby to the Synagogue which was very convenient. The area around the property felt really safe even during the late night hours. Variety of food choices since its in the city centre. Great price for the location, other hotels were much more expensive. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It would be better if the Standard Twin Room came with a small fridge. And it would also be great if the hotel would provide 2 key cards for the room. This is because when I was in Singapore, the person I was staying with and myself were going to different places around Singapore and would be back at the hotel at different times. So it was difficult to manage this with only 1 key card.
