The room is comfortable for a 2 nights stay. Staffs are efficient, friendly and accommodating. Hot shower with good water pressure and the lighting is also great. The hotel is very conveniently located with lots of food options nearby whether fast food, hawker or nice upscale restaurant. It is surrounded by MRT stations - Bencoolen and Rochor which makes travelling to Orchard, Marina Sands and Harbourfront all very easy. Will be my choice whenever I come to visit Singapore.

Could use a bidet attached to the toilet. Beds could be slightly softer and extra pillow would be great.

This is the forth time that we have stayed in this hotel. It's really handy for getting out and about to explore the area due to it's central location. The staff are friendly. I requested a low floor when booking and it was no problem. I would use this hotel again.

I paid for breakfasts and I was most disappointed to find that the hotel no longer offers the buffet breakfast. It was nothing fancy (eggs, toast, rice dish, salad, fruit, orange juice, tea/coffee etc.) but it set you up for the day. Now you get a small cardboard box containing some salad leaves, cold baked beans, mushrooms, an egg (fried/scrambled), small slice of ham (or similar) and half a waffle. You get a choice of tea/coffee or orange juice (served in plastic/paper cups, along with the plastic cutlery). It wasn't value for money and I'll go elsewhere for breakfast on my next visit.

The location is superb, right in the middle of Bugis and a very short walk to Rochor and Bugis station, with Dhoby Ghaut also a walk-able distance. There is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity, including plenty of hawker stores, markets and eateries. The lobby is well kept, and the staff are courteous. The air conditioning in the room worked well, and the value cannot be understated. Will definitely consider this hotel again.

The rooms are fairly dated, and the attached cafe is not good value at all, though there are good options close to the property. Facilities are fairly basic, but adequate.

Staff were attentive and very quick to help check details. Room was newly renovated with new floorboards and furniture - especially noticed how new the bathroom was. Room had a big window to let fresh air in. ~5-10 mins walk to metro station and local restaurants. Close to local arts colleges where there were free exhibitions.

I appreciated their luggage storage service, but it was just the area in the corridor around the corner from the front desk. It felt insecure - anyone walking to the elevator could have taken a bag, and I'm not sure what measures are in place, but it might not get noticed for some time. The elevator and corridors leading to the rooms were worn out and had an interesting smell. These areas could benefit from a basic refresh.

First, the location - it's at the heart of NAFA Campus and is within a couple of minutes walk to malls and food centers. Second, the facility - it's worth every $. The rooms are clean, the lobby, ugh, I'll definitely miss how fragrant the lobby is. They provide daily room cleaning services which I love! Finally, the staff - they are warm, friendly yet professional. They welcomed us as if we own the place and gave us directions to wherever we wanted to go. Overall, it was a 10/10!

Just a personal opinion - maybe adding a bidet? 😅

perfect location and affordable price

My flight arrived really early (5 a.m.), and check-in is only at 3 p.m. After a long flight, I wasn’t really up for going out to explore, so I just got some coffee and waited at the hotel. Grace from reception was kind enough to offer me early check-in and a room upgrade—both complimentary! The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is in a great location close to public transport.

Hotel staff was very helpful and allowed us to checkin much earlier than 3 pm. The room was vey clean and tidy. Though it is not huge, but it is enough since we stayed outside exploring the city most of the times anyway. The bed, linen, bathroom, and towels were clean. The shower at end of tiring day was much appreciated. It was quiet and with the huge window curtains, we could get good sleep each night.

The location is walking distance in mrt station, bugis street, and resto. The staff is very polite and helpful. For the space of room are good for the prize that i paid. and everything its great and clean and you got everyday complimentary items everyday . Thumb up

resto are not available in the hotel, no slippers, expensive laundry service and no iron for clothes.

Room was small but adequate, very clean and had all the necessary amenities available. Location was excellent, within walking distance of good food and also close to MTR (Metro)

The safe in the room to keep valuables was not secured to any cabinet or to the wall. The safe could be easily picked up and taken.
