It’s near to shopping center and places to eat. And specifically to tourist attractions easy to get into, The area accessible by train.

The room was not what i expect it, It was so small to think that it was already upgraded and the bed was not even cleaned if you were to check under the bed sheet there’s a lot of hair it seems they are not cleaning it. A decent pen they can’t provide.

Excellent location, convenient to the MRT, very comfortable, quiet, private, good breakfast available for a cost. Efficient air-conditioning. Staff were efficient & polite.

Reception staff lacked warmth in their interactions with guests. For a little bit of extra effort, a brief interaction with an added personal touch can easily make a big difference to a guest's impression of the property. The room does not include a refrigerator, though it does not have space for this. Travellers - Be aware that rooms are very compact, with luggage being stowed underneath your bed.

I love the location and the food choices around it. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Recently there was a change in the management hence things like bedroom slippers, toothbrush kit and shower cap are only available upon request. As usual, the pillows were too ‘high’ and it was uncomfortable. The previous concierge was friendlier.

I asked for a complimentary upgrade for my stay and it was given to us. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was good and near alot of food places. Close to MRT station as well. Bed was comfortable, the bath towels were not bad, we've used softer ones from other hotels.

The shower was quite cramped and the water would go everywhere. you'd need to request for a shower curtain if you wanted one, which I thought was a bit weird. the sink was quite small and cramped, so washing your face in the morning was difficult. The water pressure in the sink was a bit weak in my opinion, but not terrible I guess. it wouldve been nice if both sides of the bed had access to power ports. when connected to the TV via your phone, the shows would load pretty slow, maybe its worth the hotel looking into their connection issues.

Location was good, we were walking distance from the mall, restaurants, cafes etc. Staff were good, we also managed to do our laundry there which was great as we didn't have to go out of the hotel to do so. Our room was a good space, not too small or not too big. We had shared iron, ironing board, telephone and fridge which wasn't an issue. The internet was really good, good area to stay in as well !

The shower was a bit difficult as they didn't have a curtain or anything to stop the water from splashing out of the shower area so our floor mat was often soaked and we had to be very curious about how we moved around when taking a shower as we didn't want the whole bathroom and toilet area to be wet.

Relatively walk to MRT and Bugis junction. Nice wine bar for drinks in main entrance. Upgraded to a Great King Room and worth the bit of extra space - however for 2 people it would be quite cramped.

Very limited storage options for luggage/clothing/toiletries. Shower/toilet combo can be a nuisance but not terrible. Main issue - was disappointed in how long it took for rooms to be cleaned. I think this was an error in communication on the reception staff and not the cleaning staff. Arrived back to my room at 3:45 pm and it had not been cleaned, had to wait for 15 minutes while reception checked guests in, then requested cleaning, almost an hour later I could return to my room. For the price of my stay, this was not acceptable.

One of the most convenient hotels I've stayed. The room was designed with convenience in mind. Not the most spacious rooms for sure but as I was remote working from the room I found it quite pleasurable to spend time in the room. The kitchen and laundry facilities were great to have as well. Getting to have some fitness space was a lifesaver. The location was just at the best place. Most Singapore attractions were either to walkable distances or super close for a taxi ride.

The rooms could be bigger and the cleaning frequency of the actual cleaning could be better. There was someone making the beds and changing the rubbish bins almost daily but not more than that, which as a woman with a long hair was not ideal because an upswept floor can be seen pretty fast.

The location is ideal - close to many cafes, restaurants, the MRT, and museums. It's also very easy to get to/ from the airport either by public transport or taxi. This is ultimately why I booked it. Hotel rooms in Singapore are very small, especially in this price range so this is to be expected. I was out most of the day or sleeping off jetlag so it was not an issue. The hotel was overbooked when I arrived but they upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost. The staff were incredibly helpful.

There are renovations ongoing and although noise was minimal there was a slightly odd smell in the room. I assumed this was connected to the renovations. As I was not there very much I did not see it worthy of mentioning to staff, especially as the hotel was full. However, if you are around more this may be irritating.

The hotel has a good mix of a quiet and happening vibe at the same time. The staff was friendly, there are nice communal resources you usually don’t see in hotels where on every floor they had an iron and a board, along with a refrigerator for visitors to place stuff in, The room is nice and decent , comfy bed, good washroom, mirror, hangers etc. The lobby has a great restaurant and cafe. Their iced cappuccino super lovely, they also have another big communal area to eat or warm your food like a massive kitchen but with cozy seating too in case you wana work in peace and quite They have a self service storage in case you wana leave ur luggage which was super helpful and they had locks in there too There is a 7/11 right down the street, for some reason the breakfast food court bit right across the road opens very late but I would recommend walking down a few minutes to find “fame coffee” for great food and coffee

The main restaurant was pretty much always busy, no an issue clearly they are doing a great job but would have loved to sometimes eat there but don’t blame the hotel for it

Reception staff lovely. Rooms are super small but clean and comfortable. Location is amazing, walking distance to the city center and a non - stop restaurant with amazing food downstairs.

The hotel is currently getting converted into Lyf so there is a lot of construction around and the restaurant/bar that used to be below is closed and this makes the entire building look a bit sad. The “speakeasy” alternative entry in the hotel through the back of the building, which is recommended while there is construction work ongoing was weird and uncomfortable but luckily not needed after the first time i entered because the main doors in front were also available, albeit having to pass through the construction work.
