From the moment we stepped out of the taxi we were met with polite, friendly & extremely helpful staff. Our room was clean, bed comfortable and we had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Breakfast on the week days was substantial, served by wonderful ladies who couldn’t do enough to help. Despite the heat and humidity we walked to many of Singapore’s attractions and for ones slightly further afield the bus stop was close by.

It was perfect for our needs

Location and size of the room. There were two MRT stations to choose from - Bras Basah and Bugis. Centrally located and near to all the tourist attractions like Arab street and Chinatown. Rooms was clean, bright and comfortable. I had the Deluxe Studio and it had a washing machine, microwave and fridge in the room. I didn’t cook on the cooktop but it was there if you wanted to along with crockery and cutlery. Breakfast was included but I didn’t get to try it. Also, housekeeping was done three times a week. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again!

Hallways were hot and smelly

Perfect stay! My husband and I were visiting our family back home and we thought a serviced residence would be ideal. And we really lucked out with Wilby!! The staff (reception, security, housekeeping and everyone else) were so so kind and helpful! The location was perfect - it's so close to so many places (food places, malls etc.) and they were so walkable too! Also very close to mrt stations (both circle & green lines). Room was perfect for our stay - we had kitchenette, washer, cute way to dry our clothes, fridge; bed was super comfy! Didnt have any issues & amenities were great (workspace in the lounge, breakfast etc). Definitely felt like a home when we were there. All in all, we'll definitely come back here for our next stay! Thanks so much for such a great stay!!

The location could not have been better. Perfectly located close to several MRT stations and bus stops that will get you to all the iconic attractions. The room was extremely quiet and self contained with a washing machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed mattress was rather hard and lumpy with a noticeable division in the middle. The bathroom is a little outdated but completely functional.

The apartment was extremely well situated. There were lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There were also two mrt stations close by. The room was very clean and I found the layout to be well thought out. I especially liked how the restroom could be turned into a dryer. It was very convenient.

The air conditioner in the room was powerful but extremely noisy. I had to use ear plugs to sleep. I also found the breakfast unappetizing. The cooked options were oily and unhealthy (mee rebus and fried chicken for breakfast, for example). They did provide buns, bread and spreads, cereal and milk, but I felt the breakfast lacked eggs and healthier options like yoghurt. Not everyone can stomach heavy cooked food so early in the morning. In future, I will not opt to add breakfast to my stay. I did not find it worth the cost at all.

The location is excellent, with numerous transport and food options. The suite size is very good, and the suite was reasonably well equipped. Inclusion of a washing machine is a very good feature. Staff were always on hand, friendly and helpful.

A few minor inclusions would be very helpful, specifically a foldable luggage rack and a toaster. I discovered a few days into my stay that the cabinet under the TV is a void. It would be perfect for storing a suitcase on a luggage rack. A microwave and kettle are provided in the kitchen, but no toaster. This would be useful for the weekends, when there is no breakfast service. There were not many glasses in the kitchen cabinet, and it was necessary to use those in the bathroom. Also, the cutlery was sparse, with only one fork in the cutlery drawer.

Excellent location, all the main attractions are in walking distance. Staff are helpful, the rooms are nice, clean and well equipped,

We paid for the breakfast, expecting it would be continental as advised. However, during the week we were there their breakfast was 'take away'. Each morning the choice was between cold cooked breakfast (on several mornings it resembled leftover Chinese food) or two pastries (one sweet and one savoury, neither were particularly good). The breakfast we received was not the equivalent of a continental buffet and had we known we would receive this, we would never have paid for it in advance. We weren't offer a discount on the breakfast cost which seems unfair as we didn't get what we paid for. On our final day, we saw the signs that the continent breakfast will resume from Monday but by that time we had left, so we never got to see what breakfast we were supposed to receive.

Incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Really convenient location within easy walking distance of diverse restaurants, various tourist points, the convention centre and the MRT. Practical, well-equipped and reasonably spacious room: the washing/drying facilities were certainly good to have in the Singapore climate!

Only minor things: my timing rarely aligned with the breakfast, but it was a nice bonus when it did. Soundproofing wasn't great (mostly through the door), and while the drying arrangement in the bathroom was useful there wasn't a lot of space for hanging things.

The room looks exactly as on pictures. It's pretty simple, but yet clean, neat ans spacious. Room has all the amenities needed for daily life. We loved the bed - huge and comfortable. Almost central location, everything is on walking distance, but there are couple of MRTs nearby too. Another huge plus: the hotel has several free office spaces for remote work. The availability is first come-first serve, but during our 3 week stay we never had issues getting them (both me and partner were working and needed 2 separate offices). We saved a lot of money on coworking spaces this way! But if that's not enough - your person room will have a nice chair and table too. Internet is grand, all my google calls which lasted for hours - were smooth Staff is friendly!

The only thing I didn't like (which might be my own personal issue with the item) is shower curtain. For hygiene purposes they need to be washed every 2 weeks, I doubt anyone bothers about it, would prefer glass door instead of curtain

The staff and the great location made our stay. A smiley greeting from whoever was on the desk every time we left and returned and cheery service from other staff throughout. We loved the drying room and the availability of coffee in the lounge . We stay in Singapore for a month annually visiting our ex pat daughter and family and have previously stayed in more luxurious accommodation, but this is the one we would like to return to.

Ok…. There was a misunderstanding over a large charge to our credit card which was blamed on Booking dot Com. On arrival we were promised a refund within 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks on…no refund. Now we are told it will 6 weeks after departure……. It’s a pity the finance department is not as efficient as the staff on the front line. We never tried the breakfast- service finishes far too early for holiday makers!
