Excellent location close to Suntec Convention Centre which was within short walking distance or one tube stop ride My room on the 16th floor was very spacious, comfortable and generally clean - was very happy with the room I was given Breakfast starts at 7am each day and had a huge variety of both Asian and Western options - very impressed

Staff generally could be more friendly except one of the porters named Jaya who was extremely kind, efficient and friendly Wi fi was intermittent especially in the evenings/ night

Spacious and clean room compared to other hotels in Singapore. Helpful and friendly staffs. The location is near Bugis, around 15 minutes walking if you walk fast. In addition, there’s plenty of possibilities for shopping and finding eateries at Bugis too. The hotel is located in an area that is despite being near to Bugis, the environment is conducive, not noisy. There’s a Catholic Church just next to the hotel too. For a family traveling with young children, it’s an excellent location as you want your kids (especially toddler like mine) to be able to sleep restfully in a non-noisy environment. I’m glad I chose to stay in this hotel.

Don’t get me wrong. The food offered for buffet breakfast is nice. It is just that I wish the fried rice and fried noodle would have meat in them. I understand the hotel wanted to cater for vegetarians. In fact, while dining for the buffet breakfast, I heard 2 couples complimenting the hotel for its good vegetarian offering. Hence I think vegetarians would appreciate the buffet breakfast offered here. Some people may say it is simple, some may say there is not enough variety. For me, the breakfast is adequate. I just wish they would offer fried rice and fried noodle containing meat apart of the vegetarian ones. By the way, the creamy mushroom soup taste good. The hotel changes its soup offering (for buffet breakfast) on a daily basis.

A/C blowing too cold with no option to adjust the temperature. The bathtub was not draining well, but it was fixed promptly after reporting.

We had a pleasant 3 night stay here in March 2023. Hotel staff were all very helpful. It was clean and breakfast was good with a decent selection. It's location is fantastic - within a very short walk to Bras Basah MRT from where you can then access all the main tourist sights using Singapore's fantastic underground travel.

Though it's close to everything, there's not a great diversity of eating choices, compared to other parts of Singapore. It is a more expensive part of town, so the restaurants are a bit higher priced,

Arrived late at night for check-in Only 1 chair for check-in My wife used the chair Many hotel staff sitting on chairs No one offered a chair I asked for a chair and was ignored So filled in prepaid room paperwork standing up, collected room key and went to our room. I felt like we were an inconvenience to there discussions.

This hotel is in a great location, particularly if you plan to use the train system (MRT). It is also within easy walking distance of Little India, Arab Street and Clarke Quay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and help to make our stay a very enjoyable one.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the daily breakfast was quite bland and very repetitious. Over cooked eggs were a constant over our 9 day stay, so I would suggest that introducing an “egg station” would be a great way to improve the breakfast experience!

The hotel was well located with very easy access to places of interest like The Raffles, Gardens by the Bay, the Marina Bay Hotel, Bugis Street etc. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant which made the stay pleasant.

The beds were a little uncomfortable with no mattress toppers. Fairly repetitive and limited choice at breakfast in cramped surroundings. The dining room was very noisy and very busy. A group of visitors from the Philippines were very loud and spoilt the atmosphere. Staff working in the dining room were very pleasant and helpful. It would help if management could ensure their guests adhere to some decorum in public places like this.

Breakfast was excellent. There were varieties of food to eat. The room was clean and tidy.

The bathroom was a bit moldy

Breakfast each morning was excellent - with a full variety of foods you would expect if you are from the UK, plus a few Asian breakfast options: Cereal, toast, sausages, eggs, beans, noodles, rice congee, yoghurt, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, croissants etc. 35 minute walk to marina bay attractions. 15 minute walk to Raffles Hotel Long Bar for drinking the famous Singapore Sling cocktail! Walking distance to Chinatown/Little India etc, so a great location. Staff were very professional and friendly.
