I really hope I got his name right but Mr Valu was amazing! He was very helpful during our time there. He made our time there very easy with his helpful recommendations and assistance when our plane was delayed at very short notice. We are very thankful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We loved the location

The breakfast food could have been hotter

We were stopping over in Singapore and this hotel is an ideal location and provides everything you need, including a decent breakfast. It's round the corner from Raffles (for that all important Singapore Sling) and a couple of blocks down from the bus station for the hop on hop off bus. The waterfront and Singapore Flyer are easily walkable.

It's not a luxury hotel - more faded grandeur, but the price reflects this.

During our week long stay at Hotel Grand Pacific, my parents, young daughter, and I were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and convenient location. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding assistance provided by Velu, a member of the hotel staff. Every day, Velu went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, assisting with taxi bookings and offering invaluable advice on sightseeing, shopping, and dining options. His friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge truly enhanced our experience. Additionally, Lyn at the check-in counter greeted us warmly and facilitated a smooth check-in. The buffet breakfast was good, offering a wide choice of dishes that catered to all our tastes. The guest rooms, were quite dated in decor, but were clean and comfortable and provided value for money (as the hotel was cheaper compared to others in the vicinity). Overall, Hotel Grand Pacific provided a pleasant stay with excellent service, particularly from Velu, whose dedication made our visit memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for travelers seeking a centrally located accommodation with attentive staff and great value.

The rooms and furniture is quite outdated and worn out, the establishment needs to invest in updating and refurbishing.

Everything. It was a really nice place to stay, close to shopping malls and eating, not too far from public transport too. The hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly.

Nothing, I liked what I got, as per my booking. Next time I would change to twin bed. A double bed is too small for 2 people. but that's each to their preference.

The HGP is a nice hotel in a very good location. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean. It had a desk and chair, a comfortable lounge chair, and a reasonable bed. There is a laundry available if you prefer to wash your clothes.This is inexpensive and quick. Public transport is readily available. Walking distance to China Town, Bugis Junction, City Hall, Raffles Hotel, and hundreds of little shops and restaurants. Buses at front of her and MRT train stations nearby. The hotel also has a coffee lounge and restaurant.

The swimming pool did not have a lot of shade. There is no lifeguard. Pool closes at 6.30pm.

The hote is at a SUPER prime location. If you take a cab it is max 15mts away from China town, little India, universal studio, sentosa island, merlin bay etc. The MRT station is 5 minutes walking distance from it. There are also great cafes like Honk Kong cafe (2 mts walk from hotel ) HK cafe open 24 hours. 2 minutes walking distance is one mall with all good brands and 5 minutes walk is bugis junction which is the most happening area. I would recommend this place for all solo travlers, couples, family travellers and everyone looking to have most convenient stay where they can access al facilities easily. the staff is extremely helpful and accommodative.

Location was close to public transport and breakfast was good

Location was great, within walking distance to many malls. Room is basic but clean enough. The extra bed looked quite terrible because of the low height but it was not uncomfortable.

The reception was not rude but neither were they pleasant, would have been nice if they smiled a little. Doorman was not alert on arrival but helped a lot on check out. Power went off on one of the nights for 10 minutes and had to call reception to fix the problem.

Location location location. 3rd time we have stayed here. 15 minutes walk to Suntec shopping centre, about 3 min walk to Bra Buris train station. MRT system is cheap and easy to use and gets you anywhere you need to be and trains about every 5 minutes. Great breakfast, super friendly helpful staff. Very safe location. Food hall across road for those who want good variety of Asian food at a good price ( and a beer to wash it down with )

Hay rooms may be a bit dated but it's clean, tidy and great value for money. At the end of the day it's just a bed to sleep in at night so the day can be spent exploring Singapore
