I really enjoyed my stay at Lyf Bugis – the location is right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to get around! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were truly outstanding – friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I’m in Singapore!

The only thing I wished for was a mini fridge in the room – it would’ve been a nice added convenience. That said, it wasn’t a major issue at all and didn’t take away from my overall great experience!

Few years ago we stayed in lyf Funan, and personally we prefer the common areas in that branch better.

It’s near to shopping center and places to eat. And specifically to tourist attractions easy to get into, The area accessible by train.

The room was not what i expect it, It was so small to think that it was already upgraded and the bed was not even cleaned if you were to check under the bed sheet there’s a lot of hair it seems they are not cleaning it. A decent pen they can’t provide.

Great location - walkable to most things or a short walk to downtown line MRT. The room was a bit small but neat and perfectly sufficient for one person. The staff were lovely.

The minibar in my room wasn’t actually a fridge, so drinks weren’t kept cold and I didn’t get food to keep in there. There was a small communal fridge on each level but obviously there is then a level of trust that goes with this. Also, the internet was out for longer than planned (it was supposed to be an outage which finished at 6am but finished late morning) which ate into my international data.

Location is essential for this stay. It is not too busy or noisy, situated in the heart of all the attractions, yet close enough to various eateries that operate around the clock. Additionally, it is conveniently located near three MRT stations covering three lines: Bencoolen (DT21), Bras Basah (CC2), and Bugis (DT14/EW12). Comfortable bed.

There are only three small elevators in the building, including one service elevator. Please be prepared for longer wait times, especially during check-out periods. Each elevator can accommodate approximately four people with medium-sized luggage.

Excellent location, convenient to the MRT, very comfortable, quiet, private, good breakfast available for a cost. Efficient air-conditioning. Staff were efficient & polite.

Reception staff lacked warmth in their interactions with guests. For a little bit of extra effort, a brief interaction with an added personal touch can easily make a big difference to a guest's impression of the property. The room does not include a refrigerator, though it does not have space for this. Travellers - Be aware that rooms are very compact, with luggage being stowed underneath your bed.

Fantastic location next to two MRT stations , lovely room with view of Marina Bay sands
