Excellent location within 15-20 mins. of everywhere by taxi or train. A 10 min. walk to Orchard Road Shopping Precinct and Somerset train station. Great value for money with a wonderful full buffet breakfast each morning and varied. :)) We stayed for 10 days and had a Serviced Apartment with a washing machine, which came in handy after days of humidity and hot sweaty clothes, a kitchenette and a medium sized fridge. The supermarket downstairs was an asset! Very clean and wonderful, helpful staff who were always smiling. Lovely Cafe 'Blooms' across the road for good coffee & Acai Bowls! Lots of small local eateries across the road too. Comfortable mattresses and Room Service Mon. to Fri. We couldn't have picked a better location.

The only negative was the pillows! They were awful. Feather and not comfortable at all so we had 10 days of very interrupted sleep. They look great when they are all fluffed up but go very flat. Even with 2 they weren't comfortable. Suggestion is to ask if they have other pillows on offer.

The room and facilities are modern and clean

Thereis major construction on the street on two sides of the building. Trucks, jackhammers and general construction noise within 30 metres of the building. commotion starts at before 8am and goes nonstop to 9pm Monday to Saturday. Even with windows and blinds closed it is infuriating and impossible to sleep ( I was wearing earplugs and still awakened as the crews arrived each morning ). I dont understand why I was not given a room on the opposite side of these works.

The Room was excellent, it had ample space and all that we needed. The location was reasonable, it was easy reach to train station and Orchard Road. The Breakfast worked really well with a good selection.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned better, there was mold around the edges of the shower and drain, the overflow in the sink needed to be cleaned as well.

Comfortable bed, good size room, great selection at breakfast, friendly staff, loved the location- only 7-10 minutes walk to railway station, many great eateries just across the road. Even though the hotel was at capacity, but you didn't have to wait long for an available lift to go down. Pool was the perfect temperature.

Room not 100% soundproofed however, it was mainly people dragging their chair on the tiled floor from either next door or above. This could be alleviated if there was felt padding on the feet of the chair. Having said this, it was quieter than I thought it would be for a large hotel. Also, housekeeping need a check list to ensure items are always replenished. But had absolutely no issues getting said items from the friendly staff when asked.

the location, supermarket and pharmacy in the same building, close to Somerset MRT, short walk to Orchard Road and green spaces, plenty of eating places at Killiney Road. the buffet breakfast at Cafe Crystal was great.

Living area in the one bedroom apartment where I stayed is without sunlight due to the wall separating it from the bedroom.

Large spacious apartments that are quiet, comfortable and well-equipped (including a washing machine but no washing powder). There is a 24 hour reception and hence it is easy to leave luggage before check-in or after check-out (unlike with an Airbnb). The location is a short walk from Somerset MRT, the shops of Orchard Road, a supermarket and restaurants. Orchard Grant Court does not offer the extras one might look for on a holiday (bar, restaurant, spacious communal area, etc.) but is perfect for a business trip or budget-conscious visit to Singapore.

Lovely warm welcome and staff extremely welcoming. Supermarket downstairs which is very handy.

Firstly, all the staff (Reception, housekeeping and security) were friendly, and wonderful with any inquiries and easy check in/check out. Location is fantastic, especially to Somerset MRT Station - 10min walk and similar walking distance to Orchard Central & Orchard Gateway shopping centres. Had a corner room which had two large windows, wonderful spacious room for what I needed. Tv and Aircon easy to use. Comfortable bed, especially after a long day of walking. Room and bathroom was clean, the washing machine/dryer & air dryer clothes horse (Thankyou so so much for having this as an option in the room!) & kitchen was brilliant! - and well utilised for the duration of my stay. Tip for anyone reading the reviews - Always read the info book on the desk - heaps of information about the hotel, local area and lets you know that all the appliance manuals are in the same desk drawer too - if anyone is unsure on how to use the Induction stovetop & washer/dryer, as I have noticed other visitors who left reviews didn't know how to use them either (I don't use either type of appliance so it was fun to learn :) ) Whenever I go anywhere, I Always read the info books :) And also - if you enjoy eating ramen - across the road on the corner from Orchard Grand Court, Hong Hu Ramen, wonderful people and wonderful food Would absolutely love to stay here again for another holiday in the future, thank you so much for making my first stay a wonderful one.

Nothing to mention, all was good

fantastic unit, everything you needed including washing machine and dryer, actual unit was a fantastic layout and easy to use areas, pool was great, breakfast was nice, basic but yummy, location was brilliant; close to MRT litterally 400m max- Somerset station, short walk maybe 5 minutes to hop on hop off bus, plenty of cheap ynuumy eats near unit and 24 hour excellent relatively priced supermarket just next door to unit. minimal traffic noise 24/7. I don't think you could get better value for money with a great location and walking distance to everywhere including marina bays only 3km away and a very easy walk.

the stay was very pleasant, the room was very clean but unfortunately noisy from the street, although we stayed on the 10th floor. the hotel is quite far from the so-called center of the city, if you are a turist, which, according to my knowledge, is Marina Bay. however, it is close to Orchard Street, a beautiful and large street with big malls, places to eat etc. It is also far from the metro, there is a lot of walking.

unfortunately the breakfast was a complete disappointment. everything cold, even the omelette, the bacon, everything.. very below average breakfast as well as the hall, which is also below expectations.
