Pretty much everything. The beds and pillows were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the personalised welcome basket a lovely touch. The pool area was great to come back to at the end of busy day. The breakfast was superb, a lot of variety and the staff were always replenishing the food and keeping the area clean. The reception staff were great, very helpful with directions, attractions and supermarkets. Karen and Vani always had a smile to greet you and nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing we didn’t like but it would be nice to have some instructions in the room on how to use the TV and cooktop. In saying that the reception staff were only too happy to come up and show us to to use these.

Staff at the Adina were lovely and very helpful. The apartments are very spacious and well designed with everything you need. Location is great and shopping centres and other attractions on Orchard road are all within walking distance.

House-keeping only comes every second day. You are provided with an initial round of tiny toiletries on your first day, and this is not replenished again for the remainder of your stay - so you need to purchase your own. Whilst we included breakfast as part of our deal, it's continental and quite limited in the choices - also its important to note that it only operates Monday to Friday, so we had to go out for breakfast on the weekends. The shower was dirty and needed cleaning more thoroughly.

The apartments are well spaced out with a solid construction. You don’t hear neighbors. Very private. An oasis nestled among foliage but near to major shopping. The cleaning crew did a marvelously fantastic service job. The floors are spotless. The cleanliness of the apartment is awesome. The washing machine allows me to do a wash right before leaving. Excellent!! Staff is friendly, helpful, professional, welcoming. Can’t be topped.

The hotel apartment is centrally located and hence accessibility is good. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. They even accommodated our early checkin and late checkout and any other requests we raised. 24/7 coffee from the reception is a great addition.

We booked the hotel apartment including breakfast for our duration of stay. We only found out that there is no breakfast served on Saturdays and Sundays in the hotel apartment. Also the breakfast was very basic, maybe we expected a full fledged breakfast and that wasn't the case.

Excellent location near Dohby Ghaut and Somerset MRT stations and Orchard Road shopping belt, more or less 5 mins' walk to each direction. Lots to explore around the apartments in terms of shopping, eating and services. Rooms are spacious, especially when we were upgraded from a Studio to a 2-bedroom apartment. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating with regards to our request for early check-in and late check-out.

Breakfast could be better. The corridor and bathroom could do with an upgrade.

Ideal location. Close to 2 MRT stations, and Shopping and eating on Orchard Rd.

The original designated accommodation was substandard. This room should not have been used for guest accommodation. It did not have a fully functional shower screen, and a makeshift shower curtain (too short so the bathroom area flooded) had been installed. This was reported to reception and an alternative room was provided.

Convenient location; great pool with few people; nice breakfast with some options but not too many; sweet welcome gifts; nice home appliances including washing machine & drier.

The breakfast isn't provided on weekends / public holidays which is a huge disappointment because that isn't mentioned during the booking process. When we book, we assume we also pay for the breakfast. If no breakfasts are provided on those days, at least some light breakfast bags should be offered as compensation.

Spacious apartment, we'll laid out, sufficiently equipped & everything was in good working order. I was always greeted with a smile by the staff & they catered to whatever I asked immediately. The location is great too. I'd probably stay here only, when I'm next in Singapore.

They could probably expand their breakfast service a bit and offer it on weekends too.

Room was an excellent size. Very clean. Staff were excellent. Reception staff were super great, coffee lounge downstairs and the staff was excellent, breakfast staff were amazing.

It was disappointing that there was no breakfast on the weekends and public holidays. We missed out on 3 days. Had some issues with TV internet and telephone but staff attended to these very quickly. Recommend for the venue to put instructions for using the washing machine/dryer and instructions for using the hotplate. A sign regarding the hot water switch would be great also.

There was so much to like about this place! Great location (walking distance to two train stations and malls, and most attractions were only a stop or two from the station near the hotel); very clean and comfortable (nice king sized bed and room to lounge around on the sofa and at the table!); the staff were lovely; breakfast and the coffee were great. Also, having a washing machine was super handy! I stayed with my family of three in a Studio Superior room.
