Very convenient location. Next door to grocery store, 711, restaurants, bus stop and Fort Canning MRT station is a short 2-3min walk. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious. It was great being able to chill out on the couch and swim in the uncrowded pool during the hot afternoon sun. Having a washing machine/dryer in the apartment was so helpful in this hot and humid weather. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for the week’s stay. Front reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would return again.

The hotel is difficult to find initially as it is tucked into the UE Square and there is no signage visible from Clemenceau Avenue. You need to go into the central courtyard in UE Square to see the sign for the hotel entrance.

Staff were friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile as we went through each time. The facility was clean and we were able to make good use of the pool and gym. The property’s location was so convenient. The adjacent building consisted of a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and 24hour convenient store among other stores. The property was less than 5 minutes walk from Fort Canning MRT which is on the Downtown Line and made it very easy to get around the city. We used the MRT daily and it saved us money instead of catching a taxi or Grab. Definitely recommend, we’d love to come back the next time we are back in Singapore. Everything was solid.

- Perfect Location In between China Town and major MRT hub Dhoby Ghaut (hotel even provides free shuttle to that MRT) Also just a 5 min walk from Fort Canning MRT) - Hotel is very clean, quiet and has friendly helpful staff. Swimming pool & fitness available ! - Located right next door to a small mall (UE Square) with restaurants, bistros and coffee shops as well as a Cold Storage supermarket and 7/11 - Appt Room was excellent with 2 bedrooms , oen with en-suite bathroom. Aircon for each different room. Excellent ! - Full equipped kitchen with (large) fridge, Microwave, watercooker, oven, cooking plate and washing machine / dryer

-Only thing that bothered us was room cleaning service during our stay but that was because there were consecutive bankholidays which prevented the hotel staff to fully see to our needs on that. Not something we can hold against them ;-) and the staff did as best as they could to still help out with towels and such.

Spacious, comfortable, modern and immaculately clean one-bedroom apartment with good city views in an excellent location. Bathroom and kitchen were both good sized and well equipped. We were visiting home (Singapore) for a few weeks and this was a perfect base for this kind of trip. Dining area with table and chairs was ideal for working. Lounge area with sofa and chair ideal for rest / reading time. The apartment made excellent use of available space. Lots of storage. Washing machine was clean and very handy. Pool and gym areas very smart - made good use of the small but practical gym. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Happy to help with printing services where needed; fees for this were reasonable and turnaround / helpfulness was excellent. The front desk was smiley and welcoming. We will definitely look forward to returning.

location is great, we had a 1 bedroom apt which had a great size and you have a washing machine which is amazing in Singapore's humid weather! there is a coffee machine in the lobby and you have a 7/11 in the building. would book again but only because the location was great, otherwise too expensive for a 4 start that is not even a hotel. short walk to MRT

Staff could have been a bit nicer, young lady at reception got a bit loud on the phone when I was confused about the cleaning days (it's somehow like: you check in, 3 days later 1st cleaning, then after 2 days, then again after 2 days, then after 3 days) but sorry i dont work there I had no clue so appreciate if this could be explained in a normal tone without getting loud and hanging up the phone while I still speak! This happened in day 3 and left a weird impression. other than that, a bit expensive considering it is 4 star only and you dont have the typical hotel service and no cleaners everyday.

The housekeeper was attentive throughout my stay, and the manager was always available to assist residents when needed, which was greatly appreciated. However, I believe there is an opportunity for the front desk staff to enhance the guest experience by acknowledging customers with a friendly greeting, whether it's a simple "good morning" or "good evening." Improving these social skills could go a long way in creating a warmer atmosphere for guests.

The two bedroom suite was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. They supply laundry detergent packets which is very handy. The location of the hotel was central to a variety of restaurants which made dining out within walking distance very easy. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and the MRT is a short walk away.

I would have preferred to have power points in the bathroom so you can use the hair dryer in the bathroom and not outside in the living room.
