Amazing and friendly staff! Breakfast was 5 stars and room service/dinner was a limited but sufficient menu. Laundry services available (although a little pricey).

We had Do Not Disturb on our room which housekeeping didn’t seem to fully understand. They did not clean during the day (which is correct with DND) but then ambushed us in the hall insisting to clean. We had only been there a night, got in very late and didn’t need cleaning. The next night, no hallway ambush… but a 10 pm phone call from housekeeping which woke us and our baby… just to ask if we needed linen or shampoo (we did not contact them). Again, still DND and we then had to try and put our little one back to bed.

Excellent location, great amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a vast choice and range of food for breakfast. Our room had a wonderful view of Singapore with landmarks of Marina Bay Sands Hotel and Singapore wheel.

The bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were too small.

Great location, great sized room, comfortable bed, puratap in bathroom, amazing staff and fantastic breakfast. Very easy access to train station and restaurants.

Fabulous location. Hotel was very nice with everything you would expect from a higher rated hotel. Staff were very pleasant.

I was disappointed that my booking could not be reduced by one night due to flight times. I had booked the last night by mistake. Flight left at 01:30 am. However, I was not allowed to cancel the last evening even within 48 hours notice period. I explained the situation but no offer of a refund or refund of breakfast that had been paid for either. This may stop future bookings as I will only book hotels that offer cancellation and payment on leaving from now. Shame this impacted my experience.

While sleeping, we frequently heard many noises.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean room. Excellent gym and pool with views onto the quay. Good location. Lovely being next to the quay and close to the MRT. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

We didn't have breakfast. I don't believe it was included in our stay. If it was, I'd be a little miffed that we weren't told. But I don't think it was included

We were happy with our stay. We had asked for interconnected rooms as we had kids. We were told we had them but we didn't, we just had two rooms next to each other. We would have preferred interconnected rooms so my husband and I could have stayed together on our holiday rather than having to stay separately with the kids.

The pool area was nice, breakfast was great, all staff were amazing. Our room and bathroom was very nice. We were checked in early at 7am which was much appreciated. Late check out at 12 is also nice. Convenient location.

After seeing ‘kids stay free’ we had to pay for rollaway bed for our 9yo and this was rather pricey. I guess this was ‘kids stay free’ in your bed which is not acceptable for most families I guess. So - not free (maybe take it off to avoid confusion).

Close location with metro station located within a couple of minutes walk. Pleanty of restaurants with Clarke Quay location on the waterfront. The maid that serviced our room, was very quick and efficient, as we had a late sleep in and she came back to clean our room once we had left. Pool space was great, not many sun loungers especially if the sun is out, as people will occupy them for hours. Great to be able to order food and drinks to sun loungers, but having to go around the pool to the bar to order can be a little inconvenient. Shout out to Casey - very accommodating staff, who was helpful in obtaining us a later check-out due to a late night flight and advised us that if required prior to heading off to the airport we could use the amenities to freshen up after a day out sightseeing.
