Fabulous location. Hotel was very nice with everything you would expect from a higher rated hotel. Staff were very pleasant.

I was disappointed that my booking could not be reduced by one night due to flight times. I had booked the last night by mistake. Flight left at 01:30 am. However, I was not allowed to cancel the last evening even within 48 hours notice period. I explained the situation but no offer of a refund or refund of breakfast that had been paid for either. This may stop future bookings as I will only book hotels that offer cancellation and payment on leaving from now. Shame this impacted my experience.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean room. Excellent gym and pool with views onto the quay. Good location. Lovely being next to the quay and close to the MRT. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

The pool area was nice, breakfast was great, all staff were amazing. Our room and bathroom was very nice. We were checked in early at 7am which was much appreciated. Late check out at 12 is also nice. Convenient location.

After seeing ‘kids stay free’ we had to pay for rollaway bed for our 9yo and this was rather pricey. I guess this was ‘kids stay free’ in your bed which is not acceptable for most families I guess. So - not free (maybe take it off to avoid confusion).

Close location with metro station located within a couple of minutes walk. Pleanty of restaurants with Clarke Quay location on the waterfront. The maid that serviced our room, was very quick and efficient, as we had a late sleep in and she came back to clean our room once we had left. Pool space was great, not many sun loungers especially if the sun is out, as people will occupy them for hours. Great to be able to order food and drinks to sun loungers, but having to go around the pool to the bar to order can be a little inconvenient. Shout out to Casey - very accommodating staff, who was helpful in obtaining us a later check-out due to a late night flight and advised us that if required prior to heading off to the airport we could use the amenities to freshen up after a day out sightseeing.

Breakfast, staff, facilities

Not that many chairs in the pool area for the amount of guests the hotel has. The pool bar not opening earlier for guests who hang at the pool. Should open at 9:00am. Cocktails are not great, piña colada is mot blended. It’s shaken so the coconut milk separates quickly. Authentic piña coladas are blended. F&b should update this drink. It would have also been nice to have the Margarita filled to the brim

Second time staying and is my new go to hotel! Location, friendly staff, train next door, easy access to many places, safe area, vibrant vibes, generous rooms, free tea and coffee, privacy.

This is more a booking.com issue: every single booking I make through booking.com I am put in a room at the end of the corridor and seem to be the worse room of the booked category. I’m level 3 genius which means nothing, and have been using booking.com for over ten years and without fail my room is always in a nook far away. The hotel it self fixed this up for me and changed my room for me so I’ll book direct next time. I have bought this up with booking.com customer service which fell on death ears of course. This is nothing against the hotel but something I constantly encounter with booking.com rooms.

Ticked all boxes for me and my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). Good location, walking distance to sites we wanted to see and price was reasonable in comparison to others.

Kids loved the pool as they have slides but the photos in my opinion were not as spectacular in real life. Pool looks bigger in photos.

Very nice, recently furbished, clean room, with balcony.

The breakfast was a low point. It was outrageously expensive and no espresso coffee available. It's 2024. A pot of watery coffee went out twenty years ago.

I like the complimentary TWG tea and Nespresso capsules. The filtered tap is a nice addition to the room amenities. Excellent location - shopping mall and MRT entrance across the road, plenty of dining choices within walking distance.

Location was excellent right on Clarke Quay to use bars and restaurants at night, also the River Boat Cruise all just behind the hotel. Staff were really lovely very helpful. We didn't experience the restaurants only for some toast for breakfast so cant comment on food. The room was lovely and roomy also had a desk if you wanted to work. Also good location to use metro.

Bed wasn't as comfortable as we would like but didn't stop us sleeping. Also pillows were feather so if you have an allergy dont forget to tell them., Staff need to check behind the sliding door on the side of the bath as behind it was black mould. Other than that it was spotless
