Great value hotel in a very centric location. The room had enough space for a couple and it was very clean. The staff was very helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Breakfast is very limited, but there are great options just around the corner.

We liked the location a lot: proximity to Chinatown "HQ", food courts and the temples. Also, the MRT station was very close, and given an excellent infrastructure (including very easy ticketing prosedure), it was easy to go ANYWHERE! The hotel staff was very helpfull and nice as well.

Somehow, when I made a booking on Booking.com, I thought, as per the booking confirmation, that the Room, which I booked, was the last one, which was up-graded to "Executive", which, in reality, did not happen. Also, the confirmation said, that there is a gym at the hotel, which was not a case (it was no gym).

The staff were lovely, we were in the newer part of the hotel so the room itself was nicely decorated with a very nice bathroom Beds were very comfortable and a large TV As it was new year the hotel had arranged for a dragon display which was really good. The location is good near to the riverside and china town as well as the metro is very close by to All in all a lovely hotel

It wasn't that we didn't like it was more the room is very small so I wouldn't have liked a longer stay of 2 nights due to the area to hang items etc - but did us for the couple of nights There was only the outdoor pool shower to clean up before leaving for the airport at 11pm - which we didn't mind but would have preferred a room rather than the pool area to change at - luckily with being late at night no one was around 😀

Although I stayed here with my friends, I booked separate rooms, so I will be speaking on mostly my behalf in terms of my room. We took the MRT from the airport, and walked about 10-ish minutes from the station with all of our luggage. I loved the location of this hotel. It's a short walk to Clark Quay, the MRT train station, and Chinatown. There are a couple of 7-Eleven convenience stores, restaurants, and a laundromat very close to the hotel. There is plenty of nightlife and restaurants in the Clark Quay area. My room was spacious (Premiere Double Room), much larger than the room my friends stayed in (Executive Twin Room). I had plenty of room to store my luggage. The bed was firm (as expected in South East Asia), but still spacious and comfortable. There was ample lighting in the room, and the AC worked well. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable, and there were many channel selections on the TV. I appreciated the stocked water and coffee everyday. There is an ice machine and water dispenser in the lobby. Speaking of, the lobby smelled nice. The staff were friendly, and made our check-in and check-out process smooth. My room included a soaking tub, which I made sure to take advantage of during my stay. It took awhile to fill up, but it was clean and worth the upgrade. There was toothbrushes provided, and a frequent restock of toiletries and replacement of towels when used. I appreciate the fridge in the room, given how fast food spoils in Singapore's lovely but humid climate. That saved me from having to throw away a bunch of leftovers and other perishable foods. The room I stayed in also had plenty of windows, letting in natural light and a partial view of the iconic Marina Bay Sands.

Although I had an overall positive experience here, I still believe there are few things that could be improved. I was a little shocked to see no bidet in the bathroom, however, I acknowledge that bidets are a little harder to come across in Singapore right now. I don't know if it was just my room, but all of the windows were locked. The room started to showed its wear and tear with the peeling wallpaper. The pool area could also use some love and care, as the pool water wasn't very clean, and the wooden deck was losing its color. The room was mostly clean, however, when I dropped something underneath the bed, there was a bunch of dust and lint, and something that belonged to a previous guest under there. Some bathrobes would be nice to compliment the bathtub in the room.

The location is great. Clark Quay Station is just mins walk, Raffle Place station travel to airport is also within walking distance (app 8 mins walk). Hotel provides free breakfast which is nice and the food taste good. The dinning area is a bit small but it give you a good space to rest after a long day travel, water, coffee, tea Milo are available 24 hours. The reception is operating 24 hours, staff are very friendly.

The sofa bed is really bad, very uncomfortable. Suggest to get new sofa beds.

Everything was just perfect. To start with, we got checked in 3hrs earlier at no additional fees. The room was clean and cosy, equipt with everything that you would possibly need for a city break. The bed was comfy, shower was powerful and the hot water plenty. The internet was fast and strong anywhere within the building. The hotel provides complementary water, coffee, tea and breakfast at the lobby - this was truly amazing and saved us so much time (and money). Location - spot on - right in the middle of everything. It's about 25 min walk to marina bay sands and 30-35 min walk to the gardens; only 10min away from chinatown and 15min to boat quay. Metro station also within 5min. Only 20-30min to/from the airport via grab.

Everything was perfect!

I had a room in the newly renovated part of the hotel. The room was modern, quiet, clean and the bed was comfy. The price was including breakfast and in the lobby water, coffee and tea was available the whole day. The hotel itself is centrally located just a few steps to Chinatown and the river banks. I had booked the hotel early so I got a very good price for 4 nights.

The room is very small but very practical furnished. I missed a shelf next to the bed.

The staff were friendly and efficient.

Not really close to transport or within walking distance of attractions. The staff were unusually strict on the daily allocation of two coffee and creamer sachets per room per day. The hotel is clean, but highly priced which isn’t congruent with the strong “no frills, no freebies, no extras” undertone. The is nothing intangible that makes me want to stay there again. Clean, adequate, not cheap.

The best thing about the hotel was the location. There was a refrigerator and hotpot in room. There are outlets at head of bed on one side. The receptionist who worked Jan 8th was wonderful. She was helpful and shared information to make our transition out of the city very smooth and easy. Thank you. We were in the new building just two doors down.

Things that made our stay not as comfortable. The room was small not even one stool or chair in room. No place for suitcase. One shared duffle bag will fit on a rack. The aircon turns off at night and it gets too warm. The room was well supplied but there were dust bunnies and hair everywhere.
