The hostel was impeccably clean and conveniently located, with everything within easy reach. The check-in process was swift and seamless, setting a positive tone for my stay.

I had a bad experience with the hostel receptionist. She was nice to everyone else, but she was cold and unfriendly towards me. I did nothing wrong, and I tried to be polite, but she just seemed to have a problem with me. I suspected it might have been because I'm African, but I wasn't sure. It was really frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere.

I stayed short period of time during my tranfer from Singapore to Cambodia. I arrived late that night. The staff are very nice and helpful. they provide me the room the shared the room bed wash room ( separate out side) kitchen front lobby every thing is super clean. the staff manager every body is very nice helpful team. next time I wish to stay for long time this hotel when visit Singapore. thank you for your hospitality Sankara Babu Toronto Canada

Overall a good cleanliness and very friendly staff. The common area is spacious and there is a good frigde and a good microwave to use. Fresh water is available.

We had a relatively small room that had no windows, which came as a surprise because these were the most expensive beds to reserve. We booked the room with 6 beds. Also, air conditioning is only on from 9 in the evening until 9 in the morning.

You can't walk around the hostel in slippers, you have to leave them near the shower, any hostel resident can use your slippers. In the morning I came to the toilet, someone was already taking a shower in my slippers. It's very unhygienic.

Everything's OK for a backpacker's hostel. Unlike other places, the bathrooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. Reasonable distance from the Somerset station (and other tourist spots). They have quite a few bars below the inn and something affordable around the area for dine-in / meals.

It was a sticker shock to me when I was charged a late check-in fee of 11 SGD after 8 pm despite the staff staying in the hostel with us (although they have already mentioned it via chat and email) while the room cost 33 SGD. I've stayed in many inns before in other countries, but this is a new experience. Still cheaper than many, nevertheless, but not what I expected initially.

room is clean and other facility like shower. the service is great and informative to share some guidance. location is very strategic, walking distance to clarke quay MRT station. good for value if you travel alone.

the fan in the bedroom is quite noisy especially if you get the upper side of bunk bed.

The hostel was really good indeed, it was clean, comfy and easy to get from it to other locations. The staff was the best thing about it tho, very helpful!

I didn't like the fact that towels aren't provided and also this wasn't mentioned in (what's provided and not provided) when booking. but overall it's good.

I loved the location and the facilities! My bed was comfy, the air-conditioned worked fine as well as the internet. But, for me, the highlight of the staying was the staff , especially Riitwa! She helped me a lot with how to go from Clarke Quay to the emigration point as I was going to Malaysia after, and from there, to the bus terminal. I felt really blessed to have found this place and the value of the money was very good as well. I wish I had booked this place for all the 4 nights I spent in SG!!!

As a smoker, it would have been nice to have a balcony where it was allowed but that didn't mattered much, given what I got in return from that Guesthouse
