The staffs are very accommodating. They also have front desk for 24/7. I really liked the lady who accommodated us during our check-in. She is very friendly and easy to speak to. The property is near two MRT, Green Line (Raffles Place) - 10 mins walk and Violet Line (Clark Quay - 6 mins walk. They have a suite that accommodated my family of 8.

No elevator and the Suite is located at the 4th floor. No phone to call front desk.

I was positively surprised. Guided by the comments I didn't know what to expect, but the place was neat, no noise, it was comfortable enough and the bathroom was also clean and never crowded. There is a shower gel and shampoo and you get a towel as well. For a couple of nights in Singapore, it's a very economical option and very close to the centre and many attractions. You don't get the impression that you're in a hostel because the isolation is good. Knowing that many more expensive hotels don't offer anything much better, the capsula seems like a great choice.

Everything was good. Just keep in mind the price of the place and expectations must go along.

This hostel is ideally situated in the vibrant party district of Singapore, directly across from a 24-hour food court. Despite its lively surroundings, the interior remains remarkably quiet, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful evening. While some reviewers have mentioned rude staff, my experience was quite the opposite. I interacted with various team members at the check-in desk, all of whom were very courteous and accommodating. The sleeping capsules are well-ventilated, equipped with locks, and feature lockers spacious enough to accommodate large rolling suitcases. The air conditioning is cold and effective. Additionally, the bathrooms are well-maintained, and there are ample shower facilities available. Bring a reuseable water bottle, as at the time of my stay they had free filtered water machines. I highly recommend this hostel.

The location of the property is the main highlight..it is centrally located at walkable distance to merlion park marina Bay, China Town , Raffles...etc.. circular road is a very happening street during evenings...we enjoyed our stay..the environment felt like home..priced very reasonable. MRT Clarke quay is also at 6-7mins walking distance.

Breakfast could be served till atleast 10.30am... 9.30am we used to wake up after a tiring day by the time BF wud be closed..

I suggest that the main door passcode can be changed. Since we entered this hotel, we discovered that there were only 2 numbers had been obviously stained, indicating anyone could only try the little possible combinations of these 2 numbers to have a correct 4-digit passcode and get into the hotel. This phenomenon may cause the safety risk.

The staff were really attentive. They take care of any problem we have. Hotel cleanliness is great. It was really comfortable and safe. Location is perfect, close to all other neighborhoods. At least the sleeping areas are closed and have a lock, not open like other hostels. The staff works really seriously and devotedly. I would like to thank them for helping me on this trip. The only place I will stay when I come to Singapore again. I wish Circular House employees good work, stay successful like this.

The shower area was dirty, the walls really need a good cleaning.

Breakfast is the usual, bread, filling, and coffee. Most of us love the coffee :) The breakfast area is quite small though but would suffice.

The aircon in the 2nd room on our floor is leaking and the staff is a bit strict. These were the phrases they said: "No need to shout." - We're not actually shouting, unfortunately, that's how we usually talk and we did apologize for that. It was just too loud normally for them. "Do not ring the doorbell twice because we have ALL to wake up and run around to unlock you and ALL of us were notified." My elderly didn't know about the password, so instead of putting in the code, they rang the doorbell twice but only because the first doorbell didn't get any response. The ventilator is also on the side instead of above. There's no LIFT/elevator for luggage, you have to carry them all to the 4th floor. The common restroom is not that clean.

Location is perfect for professional networking, for Singapore's state services (libraries etc), for food and entertainment (museums, cafes)

The breakfast system is a fail. I don't eat white bread and jam for breakfast. The laundry system is a bit unusable - but there is a 24 hour laundry within a few steps of the front door,

This hostel is in a fantastic location and for the first day of my trip, I didn’t even have to take transport anywhere. The bed was really comfy and I had a lot of space. The bathroom and showers were clean. The communal area was small but there was a filtered water machine and coffee machine to use all day around.

There were no lockers in the dorms. Instead the locker room, shower room and dorms were all separate making getting ready a bit of a task. The breakfast was also not great - just bread/toast and butter/jam. I think there could have been a bit more variety for a self-service breakfast e.g some cereal and fruit.
