Absolutely in love with the location and the amazing service! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, especially William! Funny story, we actually went to the wrong Heritage hotel at first (we showed up at Heritage Clarke Quay by mistake). That’s where we met William, and he was beyond helpful. Not only did he kindly direct us to Heritage Boat Quay, but he even carried all our luggage bags up four flights of stairs with us (we came through the back entrance, don’t worry- the front entrance has elevators!). The room looks exactly like the photos on Booking.com, no surprises there. The location is perfect- really close to all the big attractions like the Merlion, Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown, the Botanical Gardens, Little India, etc basically everything is either walking distance or just a quick MRT ride away. Honestly, we barely even used our MRT cards! It’s also super convenient for shopping with places like Funan Mall, Peninsula Plaza, Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, and more all nearby. The food scene around here is fantastic too! Plus, the apartment is right on the riverfront, so you get beautiful views of the river and Marina Bay!! The room and bathroom were spotless, and they even provide all the little things like cooking utensils, sponges, napkins, and cutlery. Everything here is so convenient. You can open your room door, use the lift, and even access the laundry rooms all from your phone. They change the passcodes regularly too, so it feels really secure! One more thing I really appreciated- on a random day housekeeping came while we were out, and we’d accidentally left money, jewelry, laptops, basically all our valuables just lying around. Everything was untouched and exactly where we left it. We honestly love this apartment hotel and wouldn’t think twice about staying here again whenever we’re in Singapore. Period. The staff is The BEST, Maica, Edmar and Vannie are always taking care of you all the time helping you in every thing you need during your stay, I arrived at 2am in the morning and they were always in contact with me to make sure everything was ok. The location is perfect close to China town, Clark Quay, Marina bay, a lot of dining options around including Central and Funnan shopping malls a few minutes away, the rooms are clean and modern with laundry machines available all the time. there a a lot of options for public transport so is easy to arrive to the hotel.

Comfortable, decent-sized room in a good location. Hardly any noise from the street, although in an entertainment area - plus a nightclub on the top floor. (But the walls between rooms must be thin; every little sound carried) The shower worked well; there was plenty of hot water. Very important: Maica helpfully lent me a keycard to use after my phone failed to upload a digital key.

Not actual dislikes, but (i) I was anxious about the 100% digital check-in. Justifiably, it turned out. Not ideal straight after a long flight 😞 Luckily I arrived between 0900 and 1800 and could get in-person help..(ii) The property seems to offer only strictly non-refundable bookings. I'd normally avoid these but accepted the risk for once as I booked at short notice this year. Overall, very good, but because of (i)and (ii) not quite my top pick in Singapore.

One hotel room provided more than enough for a comfortable stay for a long period of time. All facilities were working and the friendly staff was always available to help/answer questions.

There was nothing in particular that was really negative. There was a small issue in the first 2 days where the water heating system didn't work, but the staff was very helpful and fixed it.

Clean, small but well organized studio, with sunlight and great views, centrally located, the staff (Anne, Edmar and May) are flexible and very helpful, they made sure my stay was comfortable. The unit has a small kitchen to prepare light meals and everything you need for a long stay, small desk and internet are great for remote work. Little details like the provided dish soap, laundry detergent and access to washing machines makes the stay comfortable.

The hotel and room access work with a digital key on the phone, the app software has a few bugs which makes the room access and check in more complicated than it should be, wasting the guest time in the process. That’s the only thing that needs to be improved.

Optimal position to explore the city. 2 MRT in quick access. Rooftop bar on top of the building with free view to Marina Bay. Keyless system using the mobile works faultfree.

Signs of delayed maintenance. AC failed several times. TV failed several times. Bathroom cupboard rusted and broken. Railing broken. Kitchenette offers the absolute minimum. Dishwashing in the bathroom.

This is a great place for long or shot stay, mine was longer stay and everything was wonderful. I was apprehensive about everything being on an app and digital key etc. But it was seamless! I had downloaded the app and done all check in procedure like their instructions before hand. The team emails the guest in advance which is very helpful. All communication is via whatsapp and they are fast to respond back! Location is perfect, it is only few minutes away from Clarke Quay MRT and 5-7minutes from City Hall MRT. You can walk by the river, have great food at Boat Quay. The room is perfect size and has all the amenities. I was able to do some light cooking in the room instead of eating out, big size refrigerator. And there are (2) dryers and washers on each floor! The staff/team was great! Big shout out to Edmar, May & Anne! They were always responsive to my messages, very helpful to give resources and came to my rescue by giving me a little leaway for a slighter later check out time. Thank you guys for everything!

I would not say 'didn't like' but a couple of suggestions for the team: - the ledge between the shower area and bathroom should be slightly raised so that water does not spill out as much - having a napkin for kitchen area would be helpful - little accommodation for early checkin and late check out would be great.
