One hotel room provided more than enough for a comfortable stay for a long period of time. All facilities were working and the friendly staff was always available to help/answer questions.

There was nothing in particular that was really negative. There was a small issue in the first 2 days where the water heating system didn't work, but the staff was very helpful and fixed it.

Optimal position to explore the city. 2 MRT in quick access. Rooftop bar on top of the building with free view to Marina Bay. Keyless system using the mobile works faultfree.

Signs of delayed maintenance. AC failed several times. TV failed several times. Bathroom cupboard rusted and broken. Railing broken. Kitchenette offers the absolute minimum. Dishwashing in the bathroom.

Clean, small but well organized studio, with sunlight and great views, centrally located, the staff (Anne, Edmar and May) are flexible and very helpful, they made sure my stay was comfortable. The unit has a small kitchen to prepare light meals and everything you need for a long stay, small desk and internet are great for remote work. Little details like the provided dish soap, laundry detergent and access to washing machines makes the stay comfortable.

The hotel and room access work with a digital key on the phone, the app software has a few bugs which makes the room access and check in more complicated than it should be, wasting the guest time in the process. That’s the only thing that needs to be improved.

This is a great place for long or shot stay, mine was longer stay and everything was wonderful. I was apprehensive about everything being on an app and digital key etc. But it was seamless! I had downloaded the app and done all check in procedure like their instructions before hand. The team emails the guest in advance which is very helpful. All communication is via whatsapp and they are fast to respond back! Location is perfect, it is only few minutes away from Clarke Quay MRT and 5-7minutes from City Hall MRT. You can walk by the river, have great food at Boat Quay. The room is perfect size and has all the amenities. I was able to do some light cooking in the room instead of eating out, big size refrigerator. And there are (2) dryers and washers on each floor! The staff/team was great! Big shout out to Edmar, May & Anne! They were always responsive to my messages, very helpful to give resources and came to my rescue by giving me a little leaway for a slighter later check out time. Thank you guys for everything!

I would not say 'didn't like' but a couple of suggestions for the team: - the ledge between the shower area and bathroom should be slightly raised so that water does not spill out as much - having a napkin for kitchen area would be helpful - little accommodation for early checkin and late check out would be great. Like you helped me for check out! :) - big glass to drink water Great place and team!

Check-in is through a mobile key app - while it takes a bit of doing, the hotel sets up a whatsapp chat prior and there is plenty of communication to help with check-in if needed. We also had the experience where my husband had not downloaded the app and the day we arrived, the app was temporarily unavailable for android users to download. While we could use my mobile key a majority of the time, we wanted a spare key for the few times we may need to access the room separately (or if for some reason my phone died while out and about). The hotel was really prompt and helpful to supply us with a key card for us to use the remainder of our stay. Really want to shout out to Edmar, Cora and Jona for all their help. There was to be some maintenance work done around the premise during our stay and they were always kind to update us ahead of time when there might be noises or what to expect if someone might be coming around. We stayed for 10 days and used both the washer dryer and most of the kitchen facilities. Having a full kitchen was really helpful us during a longer stay instead of eating out for all of our meals. The location was right at Boat Quay and we were shocked at the great location for the price. We walk a lot during our vacations and it was a lovely area to walk about at night or pop out easily for a cafe. We are not light sleepers, so we did not have any trouble with any noise. Though the windows are double paned, so I’m sure this helped. The premise was really clean and modern. We were very happy with are stay

Great value for money, they are equipped with a lot of kitchen utensils and microwave which is very useful if needed (to cut all the fruit I had to eat :)). The staff was super friendly and I felt very easy to get in touch with over whatsapp. I was wondering if it'd be loud during the night, as it's a lively area, however the room kept outside sound out very well!

I don't have anything major that I can think of, for the price it was good value for money. Perhaps have a washing machine schedule to allow easier planning for people staying there (but having a washing machine is already a plus!).

Everything, from the moment we arrived was so easy. We were met with our hosts that assisted us in getting familiar with the smart phone keyless system. Whenever we had a query we just rang them and always got an almost instant response to our enquiry. The MRT was close by and many buses passed by us on South Bridge Road. I must say, we used taxis mostly as they were so cheap and reliable. As for the location, our room, number 201, we don't think there is a better location overlooking the Singapore River and a multitude of restaurants and bars. What's more we walked out of our room and turned right and down a flight of stairs and we were amongst it. Food generally was quite cheap- except for Chilli Crab! The room was quite small at 15sq metres, however the rooms design was so functional that you never felt cramped, almost like a good galley kitchen . The equipment was first class with a wardrobe with no less than 20 coat hangers, a bed that was very comfortable and high enough to store your cases underneath. Highly recommend this hotel

Absolutely Nothing!

The staff, Loc and Jona, were always available and responding to any questions I had. They were also very helpful and borrowed me an umbrella. The room was very clean and it had everything I needed and more (like kettle, hairdryer, iron,…). Moreover, the location is amazing.

It is quite hard to find the right entrance (it is not from Boat Quay but rather from the other side. So in other words, it is from the opposite side than the front picture was taken. Additionally, there is no AC in the hallway so it is best to figure everything out before you go there because when you are stuck in the hallway.

The location of the hotel was amazing! Super central and close to lots of attractions (Boat Quay, Fort Canning Park, Parliament, National Gallery, Fullerton Hotel, Merlion etc) and also great to walk around at night. There is a 7Eleven right across the street and a bus stop, MRT and Mall all a few minutes away. The service by the Concierge Team Loc, Edmar and Kim was great. They were very quick to respond via Whatsapp and very friendly and forthcoming when I had any questions. There are also free washers and dryers as well as washing powder provided. As this is an Aparthotel, there is a small kitchen and utensils provided and a lot of storage to use. The room was also pretty clean and housekeeping came once, which was communicated beforehand by the team. All in all, I would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.

There are bins not too far from main entrance which means there was a smell at times.

The room was amazing with a lovely view of the river. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was clean. I stayed there for a week, so it was great to also have access to a washing machine and dryer. There was also enough wardrobe space for my clothes, as well as a table and couch. It's in a superb location as well, making it easy to walk to many sites. Special shoutout to Loc, Edmar, and Kim for making my stay here very enjoyable - they went above and beyond to answer any questions and sort out issues swiftly, even suggesting a list of things to do in and around the area.

In the evenings there was a lot of noise coming from the bars below, which wasn't a huge issue for me but may not be ideal for a light sleeper. I tried to air out the room during the day but opening the windows was very difficult.
