Heritage boat collection is an excellent hotel in a very convenient location. The staff were very friendly, polite, and accommodative of all my requests. I would particularly like to mention that William, Ed, and Vannie were always available to help. The checkin process was super smooth. The hotel is very well-maintained with all the amenities that you can ask for. Will always went an extra mile to make me settle in and feel comfortable. He even helped me find a cab to my location when I was checking out. A truly memorable stay. I will be sure to recommend this place to my friends and acquaintances visiting Singapore.

The property’s location is in excellent walking distance for all the tourist locations as well as a central MRT and the open top bus tour. It’s clean, excellent facilities and staff that respond immediately. Vannie, Edmar & Maica were incredible with the support we needed throughout stay. Thank you guys!!

It was noisy outside till very late, we thought it was in the room next door….. but to be honest, it didn’t bother us and we slept just fine. If you don’t like a bit of background noise noise, don’t stay here!

Great location. Friendly staff - Edmar and Vannie. They were quick to respond when contacted remotely. Basic facilities with washing machine in the room (Stamford Studio). The balcony offers a great view of the river and MBS though it can get a little noisy at weekends as the room is above restaurants.

The room has no teacups or cups for hot drinks. Though they do provide cutlery. Only 2 small glasses below the sink for bathroom use. I found some ants under my pillows on the first night

PRO: excellent location, perfect communication with the guests, good facilities. CONS: it could be a bit noisy in the evening as there are bars close by, but we were quite tired from the road so we weren’t much bothered, we could sleep in most noise conditions. Also, we found the room a bit small for our personal taste, but we knew from the start when we booked the room. Edmar, May and Nica were very good and reliable guests, they helped us with everything we needed, the communication was smooth. We had free laundry service, which really helped us and they also offered us laundry detergent.

A fantastic spot by the quay - close to lots of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and we were pleased to have a private bathroom too. Our heritage ambassadors were friendly and helpful.

The street can get a little noisy but after 10pm it quietens down

Great location. The online check-in and room key via phone worked like a charm. The location is super nice, especially if you only have a few days to explore Singapore. The street in front of the Hotel can be quite busy and loud, but in the hotel room itself we didn't hear any of these noises (we had a room facing the backside). The Hotel is a great stay for a few days (1-5). For longer stays, we'd probably choose another destination, since the rooms are a bit small.

It is in city centre. Easily accessible to main attractions. Staff are nice. Laundry machines are available as well.

The staff were so lovely and helpful especially Daphne who assisted us with digital check in and also helped us with our bags when we checked out. Nica was also very helpful.

I can’t think of anything it was great.

Convenient location : Close to city. Close to busses and trains. Close to shops. Close to bars, restaurants and coffee shops. A special recommendation to the team of people who were on call to help make my stay pleasant - Edmar, Daphne and Nica.
