PRO: excellent location, perfect communication with the guests, good facilities. CONS: it could be a bit noisy in the evening as there are bars close by, but we were quite tired from the road so we weren’t much bothered, we could sleep in most noise conditions. Also, we found the room a bit small for our personal taste, but we knew from the start when we booked the room. Edmar, May and Nica were very good and reliable guests, they helped us with everything we needed, the communication was smooth. We had free laundry service, which really helped us and they also offered us laundry detergent.

Great location. The online check-in and room key via phone worked like a charm. The location is super nice, especially if you only have a few days to explore Singapore. The street in front of the Hotel can be quite busy and loud, but in the hotel room itself we didn't hear any of these noises (we had a room facing the backside). The Hotel is a great stay for a few days (1-5). For longer stays, we'd probably choose another destination, since the rooms are a bit small.

Convenient location : Close to city. Close to busses and trains. Close to shops. Close to bars, restaurants and coffee shops. A special recommendation to the team of people who were on call to help make my stay pleasant - Edmar, Daphne and Nica.

The staff were so lovely and helpful especially Daphne who assisted us with digital check in and also helped us with our bags when we checked out. Nica was also very helpful.

Everything was great

Pro: The location was great and very central. The staff Edmar, Nica, and Daphne were very helpful and responsive (all communication is done via WhatsApp). The room was clean and comfortable. Cons: The noise. This is no ordinary “street noise.” You are quite literally above a night club. We arrived on a Friday night and could hear music and people partying outside into the early hours of the morning. Bass music shaking through the room and people screaming and partying. It wasn’t as bad on the weeknights, but make no mistake, unless you are also partying, or are an extremely heavy sleeper, you will be kept up.

It was very clean, which is extremely important to me, and was modern and in very good condition. The room was on the small side but it had everything I could want. There was a kitchenette with a sink, a small fridge and microwave. It was convenient to the MRT making it easy to get around and to shopping and many restaurants. The ones on our street were on the pricey side but there were others nearby that were very reasonable. The staff were very helpful. I had some difficulty checking in online since I've never done that with a hotel before but Edmar, Dahne and Nica were great and helped me out. They were quick to take care of all my questions, concerns and provided directions to the places I wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. It was a very good value for the money in Singapore.
