What Breakfast? Bed was good, I was on third floor so high above the street noise. Pod was very good with dual USB charge points and good air conditioning. I was lucky that other Tennants were not too noisy.

Communication with Landlord was V. Slow and difficult, I did have a problem having found a stranger in my bed! Landlord said "there is cctv so no problem, strangers cannot get in" This is incorrect, nothing to stop a stranger entering with another Tennant! Landlord was lucky I didn't call the Police!

If you’re used to the luxuries of Singapore, then perhaps you won’t love this. But if like me you’ve been travelling SE Asia for a few months(and are on a tight budget) then this place is really great. The pods are clean and really comfy and, while it may differ with other guests, it was nice and quiet in the dorm. You could hear a little bit of bass from outside, but nothing to stop you sleeping. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were hot and had great water pressure. There was even a hairdryer! and a washing machine that you could buy tokens for. The hostel also provides a towel. The location is pretty good - easy to walk about and see the different sights and only a short walk to the metro. Plenty of bars and restaurants right below, as well as 3 7-11’s. check in was easy as they messaged ahead of time the codes and your pod number. There wasn’t really any staff about but they left a WhatsApp code on the desk. There’s also free drinking water in the lobby.

It was a tad bright due to others leaving the light on in their pod.

The place was conveniently located near restaurants and Cafe. Check in and check out was self service when you arrive late in the evening. The Capsule was also comfortable but there were no desks and plugs., just USB charging port so it's inconvenient when you have a Type C cord. Toilet and shower were kept clean but not often. It gets really warm when the washer and dryer are being operated.

Toilet paper was outside the toilet. Just put one on each cubicle. Mop the floors more often especially since there are only two cubicles per floor.

The lady who takes care of the place Yuki is friendly and helpful. The location is great and showers are hot which I appreciated. Other guests were friendly and its good value for mone.

A slide down door on the pod rather than a blind and power to the pod would have been good as I work off a laptop so forced to work in the reception area,

no receptionist. they say self check in. people who above the age 45 doesn’t know about email and they were waiting outside for more 3-4hours. I stayed here more than 15days. I helped more than 20people to check in. we people travel from very far and we are very tired and then this happen it’s very bad for us.

Busy bar area outside hostel, but quiet inside. Clientele mostly respected rules regarding keeping things quiet and respectable.

For the price, not much really. Very easy to rebook a bed stat when I realised I'd overstayed. Grateful that cleaning staff kept my stuff and left it in reception.

This Capsule hostel was a cool experience. Comfortable to sleep in that room. The place is close to everything and it was worth the money. I recommend this place. Bokking nr: 2391297076

No staff who was working there, so if u had questions u had to send a mail each time. They answer fast

Spacious, comfortable capsule bed with good privacy. Good and city center location. Good pricing. Security locker hot shower was provided.

Better to have a front desk personnel to assist us, rather than everything through email and online self-checking and entering the accomodation.

Wonderful hostel! The bulky reception person was very helpful and talkative as well as supportive!

Just less place at the dining of 2nd floor. Other all were superb.

Self-usage items such as the bed pod was comfortable, with all the lighting and chargers gathered in one space. A towel and comfortable blanket was provided too, which were a bonus. Location is prime as well with easy access to multiple eateries and public transportation.
