A great place—stylish, clean, and perfectly located. I was lucky—the hostel had only been open for two days, so there weren’t many guests. The staff was excellent, the breakfasts were decent, and the rooftop view was fantastic. The best part was the location. I got around the city on foot since everything was so close to the hostel. Even the airport bus stopped nearby. I can confidently recommend it.

It would be great to add adapters in the common areas. For example, I wanted to use my hairdryer but couldn’t plug it into the outlet.

Loved the location. Very easy to reach from the airport and also to get to all Singapores main attractions. Close to multiple MRT entrances, malls, marina bay and boat quay. Loved the automatic check in, lockers with codes so can’t lose keys, clean well airconditioned rooms. The capsule itself had a little foldable tray super smart and handy. Liked the attention to detail there. Laundry service is available but paid 5 dollars for washing. There is a common area to sit and relax well but it’s not giving a hostel community vibe at all. More like library.

Sadly no place to cook or store cold items, room not super spacious to put bigger suitcases. Don’t mind the ‘breakfast’ it’s only 2-3 sweet items. Bathrooms were not the best, trash wasn’t emptied in the female washroom for my entire stay and they were very full. Shower cabins small so can’t change easily or put your stuff there. Also washrooms are in the same hallway as all dorm rooms meaning anyone can wander in (which some dude did). The staff didn’t do anything about that unfortunately

My stay at Kinn Habitat as a solo female traveler exceeded my expectations. My third trip to Singapore, this time with Kinn, was truly unforgettable. The location, dorm rooms, facilities, and services were all excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to shower in the afternoon on my checkout day (after speaking with the reception team), as my flight was in the evening – a service I've never received elsewhere. Plus, a simple (as they stated) breakfast during stay, which I've found it great compare to other kind of hostel! The matcha latte at brwd x Kinn was superb! It was delicious and reasonably priced. I will certainly stay at Kinn again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore!

Nice clean bathroom, lovely rain showers. Comfy private pod space to get a good night sleep, nice to have female energy around me. The lockers are very good to keep your belongings safe. Nice little treats to go with a cuppa tea in the morning are provided complimentary

There was no black tea bags, and no milk. The pod got a bit stuffy and hot, as though the air con wasn't working. Was easily solved by putting the shutter up a little bit.

Full of light on communal lounge, shower has outside ventilation, the pastries at breakfast got changed up daily, capsule is comfy with porthole window. Staff is smiley, and eager to help carrying large luggage down of 5-6 steps

Laundry was down, morning coffee is instant packet, no smell good freshly grind one.

Cant recommend this place enough. I LOVED IT look exactly like in the pictures. the staff was incredibly helpful friendly and kind. The bed was wide enough and comfortable. But the blanket was 10/10 soo comfortable! The showers were clean and so all of the shared areas in the hostel. Its not a social hostel but for sure the best quality ppl coming to this hostel.

Excellent place. Its new, beautiful, very supportive stuff, good location, enouth place for rest.

Please make more hooks or shelves in the ladies bathroom on the 4th floor. We ladies use a lot of bath products, skin care, makeup. It would be nice to have a place to put our cosmetic bag and hang towels during morning and evening routines.

Very clean, 24h reception working efficiently, comfortable mattresses, minimalist but not low quality

I had the private room for 3 days, which was great, and then a capsule for the last night. The only real downside was the missing noice cancellation - both in the private room and especially for the capsule (as people described before you could here people entering codes and the automatic door smashing all the time). Also, as a European, I was a bit surprised that it’s not the typical hostel vibe at all but rather a silent coexisting. Also, no way to stay indoors comfortably because of the extreme AC, but that‘s half of Singapore for me.

This was my first time to try hostel because SG accommodation is so pricy. Overally I'm pleased and even surprised by the stay in Kinn because it has great location, modern decoration and everything I need to enjoy my 3 nights stay in SG. Although the bathroom and toilets are shared but It's very clean and well maintained without any oder. free filtered water is just outside the dorm. Staff are very helpful, and the visitors here are mostly very friendly and trying to keep the dorm very quiet. I even made an Argentinan friend here and we spent some time hanging out in the city. The breakfast is ready good and tasty. Way better than the pastry I can get from hawker centers.

A few suggestions 1. The washing machine pipe is very loud when there's water flowing. It can be bothering but I have my earbuds ready. 2. The showering gel and shampoo seems to be expired, smelled like fermented yogurt or overnight soy milk. I didn't use any of them after the first night 3. A few dead bed bugs but they didn't bite me. Not sure where they came from. 4. Coffee is too bland. Need to check the amount of powder in the machine more frequently. 5. Just a note if you wanna reserve here. It's not a very social hostel here so if u are expecting parties or movie nights, it might not be a place for you. But the 1st and 5th floors are very cozy and you can find some friends here if u are willing to initiate some conversations

The venue is stunning and very evidently freshly designed and fitted, I loved the aesthetic - from the finishes, to the textures, the colours and the layout. Rooms feel intuitive and everything is laid out in a way that makes sense. Bunkbed steps are quite shallow to climb but overall they are comfy and private, with good quality bedding and nice touches (toothbrush, slippers, wellness card, towel) though as others have said the air con doesn’t reach inside when the blinds are closed. The on-site micro cafe made the most delicious flavoured matcha I think I’ve had too! My most grateful and appreciative thanks extend to the staff though, who went above and beyond to help me with a personal matter and even took time out of their say to assist; it’s so rare to have this level of support management-to-guest, and really didn’t go unnoticed. The working space on the roof terrace was more than suitable for laptops. I would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone. I felt very safe and comfortable.

There was a really heavy smell of ammonia in our room, I think from cleaning products. It never seemed to really go away. Female shower rooms could do with just a small amount more attention to hair pile ups in less-trafficked areas like doorways and corners of showers, but honestly, it was a faultless stay. Having little USB charged micro-fans in the bunks could be a great idea for air circulation in the absence of air con reaching the cabins inside.
