The location was very good. I liked the space style. The capsula size was bigger than we expected. The staff were very helpful and kind. After 10pm, they noticed the guest in the reception hall to be quiet.

We had a couple capsula, which is located on the downstairs, just next to the reception. It was a little bit of noisy which came from the reception and came from outside because the front wall is just a thin glass and the couple capsules not separated with wall, the capsules are the the 'wall' therefore every noise can came inside. I am surprised because the most negative reviews are on the noise, and the owner doesn't do anything against it to please the guests. If the front glass wall would be changed for a three layerd sound insulated glass and the couple capsules would be separated with a wall from the reception, it would be very quiet. And there won't be more complaints and it would get higher reviews.

Very handy location. Less than 10 min from Raffles Place station. 12 min walk to Lau Pa Sat. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Free cold water at reception. Felt very clean and safe. USB charging ports in pod was very handy. Locker and luggage area. 4 x individual wetrooms, was never in a queue waiting to use. Had everything we needed- body wash/shampoo/soap/hairdryer/mirrors.

Sometimes found it tough to open the pod with the swipe card but maybe it was just our pod & it ended up working for us when we were patient and waited. The button to exit the pod has a noise attached so I felt bad opening at night but maybe there is sound proofing because I didn’t notice noise from any other pod.

The bed was comfortable, the capsule provides plenty of privacy and noise was never an issue. There was plenty of storage space, nice bathrooms and showers. The common area was nice as well.

I'm 168cm tall and the capsule was perfect for me. If you're significantly taller though you might find it a tight fit.

Good location, close to main transport links and the centre. Lots of privacy and space for your luggage. I’m 6ft 1 and was fine in the pod.

Mattress was very uncomfortable and toilets were not of the best standard.

No breakfast, excellent location on the riverside, and easy walk to the best spots. Its in a lively area, so can be quite noisy at night, but not really a problem.

The mattresses could be little more comfortable. Otherwise it was great.

It was in a great location! The staff were so lovely, and the pods were bigger than expected! Comfy in them and the lockers were quite big as well!

The air con in the pods didn’t really exist so they got hot. The tv didn’t work and the charger in the pod didn’t charge so I had to use the plugs outside the pods but this filled me with anxiety as I worried about my possessions being taken. The showers weren’t always the cleanest but hey that’s shared bathrooms for you.

Perfect location. Everything is at walking distance. Beds are comfortable and there is space for storing the luggage. Good relation quality- price

Not the hotel’ s fault , but some guests were noisy. Having the lockers next to my capsule didn’t help, as people were leaving big bags next to lockers and packing at night hours. They should be more strict and don’t allow big bags next to lockers (there is a specific space for that outside the rooms) Showers were not as clean, but the bedrooms were pretty ok

The location was clean and well laid out. The pods were more spacious than I thought, and the amenities were nice. I only stayed one night, but it was just what I needed. I like that the lockers were big as well, and the location was fabulous. Close to a lot of businesses and restaurants, and the Boat Quay.

The building was a little hard to find. I walked past it three separate times even though I was looking for it. The signage is there, but it isn't as noticable at times.

- no cooking area, only a microwave - some tech things didn’t work as expected: someone’s locker didn’t lock and my card kept falling off and leading to electricity going off

The individual capsule is bigger enough for a person. Also, you can bring a little bag with you inside. The mattress is slim but comfortable. While the room (where all capsules are) is cold (aircon runs all day and night), the plastic capsule has a little fan bringing cold air into itself, but the capsule is not hot. Illumination into the capsule is very good since you have 3 different kinds of lights: white from the mirror, blue from the roof, and yellow from a bed light. Also, there is a little removable table inside. There are 2 USB ports to use, but no AC sockets. Each bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Hot water is good. Most of the time they are clean, except when in the evening when most people take a shower. There is a hot-cold water machine at the entrance and coffee and tea are complimentary.

Some capsules don't have a hook to hold a wet towel outside. Apparently, capsules are noise insulated, but you can hear people talking/snoring, bathroom doors, and the sound of the electronic lock of the neighboring capsules.
