Great location.. 30min walk Garden of the Bay, 10-15min walk to Chinatown and you can see Marina Bay sand located right across the hotel. Beds were comfortable - I shared a double bed with my sister and it was spacious, only negative is if you’re tall you will find your feet hanging off the edge of the bed. As we were in the mixed room on the 3rd floor we accessed the facilities on the 3rd floor. There are 3 washroom and 3 shower stalls - but 1 stall is both washroom and shower. Consistent water pressure and always had hot/warm water when showering. Shortage is located at the bottom of the beds and can only be unlocked with your unique key that also doubles as your entry key into the building. Storage comfortable fits two carry ons or one large suitcase but I don’t think it’s big enough for two large checked bags. If you arrive early they allow you to leave your baggage at reception while you explore the city and wait for check in (3pm) or if you have a later flight and wish to go out and explore/eat before heading to the airport you can also leave your luggage at check in. Another thing to note, curtains used to enclose your unit cuts the flow of air conditioning going in so you have to leave it slightly open (not fully closed) if you want the AC to reach you.

I personally would have liked of the washroom/shower stalls were a little more spacious - one of the nights we stayed there only 1 shower stall lights was working. There also isn’t good ventilation when shower.

close to a minimarket and fast-food outlets, very good location by the river. Bed, pillow and linen very comfy. Aircon cold. hot shower sufficient there is a common kitchen and refrigerator. Water dispenser also available. staff was helpful in fulfilling my request after reservation was made.

No lift, and no place to park bike for bikers.

Great location for exploring Singapore. Beds are comfortable and private. Loads of room in the under bed lockers. Air con means the room is always cool. Small kitchen area and fridge to store food. Bathrooms clean. Lots of plug sockets in the capsules.

No sanitary bins in the toilets. Also no breakfast anymore even though this is advertised in the pictures and one of the reasons we booked this place. Kitchen lacks equipment (we had to eat cereal in mugs as there are no bowls).

The place was convenient, everything as stated on the website. The cleaner was very friendly and supportive.

I did self check, my capsule wasn't clean, the beddings were very dirty, and my safe/ locker was dirty with left stuff by the previous guest, I think. However, it was sorted the following day, and all went well.

Great location. The bed/room is quite big. There is locker/luggage storage under the bed. There is bidet in the toilet. The hostel is quite clean.

It would be better if towel is provided for free. Luckily I brought my own towel.

The pods are very comfortable. They come with a little table and a large locker. The room itself is also spacious and doesn't feel crammed. The location is very central and in a busy area, so I never felt unsafe walking back to the hostel at night. There is a communal area where you can eat or chill, which is nice. The vibe was not very social when I was there.

Because the hostel is in a busy area, you might hear some music from the street. It was never so loud that it bothered me though. Showers were a little small, but clean.

I liked this hotel very much, even though I only stayed for one night. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful — they made check-in smooth and provided helpful information. The location is excellent, just about 7 minutes’ walk to the nearest MRT station, and close to Clarke Quay, Marina Bay, and many bars and restaurants along the river. Despite being near a lively area, it was quiet enough to rest well. The capsule concept is also clean, comfortable, and well-organized.

Nothing major. It’s a capsule hotel, so space is limited, but it’s expected and well-managed. Overall, I was satisfied with everything.

The receptionist was just so amazing my whole stay. She paired me up with a nice room mate. The whole place was pretty new when I stayed so the towels were still fluffy. There were loads of free extras like coffee, laundry (when the machine is available) and toothbrushes, combs, shoe and luggage lockers. The capsules were the best I have stayed in with different lights, plugs lockable area etc. Just a lot of thoughtful extras all round

Not their fault but people were using the wrong bathrooms and not leaving them very tidy. So maybe they need to have a multiple daily cleaner. Which is really ridiculous but people can be trash. Rooftop terrace near gym needed a bit of TLC

Great location. Comfortable lounge with free coffee.

We slept in a 6-people room with no windows and everything was damp.

Modern style of capsules (with all necessities by the hand), sitting/kitchen area (with great bay view), water dispenser and complementary tee/coffee for free 24/7, large fridge, etc. Great central location easily accessible by public transport. Great staff, helpful and kind!

The bathrooms were ok (shared but clean) but need to be upgraded. Also, as with every hostel and sharing facility, satisfaction depends of who you share your room with. We had nasty neighbours in capsule across from ours that were loud. But, this is not a problem with a property but guests 😉 So the rating stays great!
