High quality, super clean, excellent location. The staff are spectacular.

Bars downstairs play live music till late. Bring ear plugs and an eye mask. No points off for it but the rooms are "too" private and some people will not realize they are disturbing others while they play loud music and talk loud late at night.

The Radzone is a great hostel with very friendly and polite staff. We arrived early and they allowed us to store our bags and freshen up so we could spend the day exploring. The double bed was very comfortable and had shelves, hooks and sockets to charge our devices. Each bed had a curtain for privacy and a reading light for after 'lights out'. The communal areas including the showers were very clean. We usually don't like to stay in dorms but we would happily stay here again.

We struggled to find when we first arrived as google maps had it pinned further up the street. The street that its on has a few bars so can be noisy at night. We were travelling with suitcases which didn't fit in the dorm so were stored by reception which is a bit of a pain.

For a solo traveler wanting to explore two days in Singapore, Radzone fit my need perfectly. Unfortunately, my plane was delayed a day from overseas and I didn’t have a way to inform them. Many hotels would cancel your stay if you wouldn’t check in at the reservation time, but they left me a late check in form as well as a key when I arrived at 2am. Such a delight! There’s lots of activity in this area. FANTASTIC coffee in the lobby. Hotel staff is super. Hostel i new and clean!

The shower, bathroom, and room are all very clean. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room is spacious compared to capsules at a similar price, and the lighting and colour schemes makes it very well-lit. There is a fridge and a microwave, and there’s also self-service laundry. Excellent location (close to two metro stations with lots of food choices and supermarkets nearby and the quay in the neighbourhood. Not noisy despite being on a party street. The Milo’s really nice :)

I feel that 10 p.m. is a bit too early to disallow using a hairdryer, as the conference I am attending has events that extend into the night. The air conditioning in the public area was turned off on one of the nights, which makes it slightly warmer than usual to stay there. It was around 11 p.m. when I noticed so I couldn’t ask the staff about it. The AC was on in the bedroom though, so it’s not that big of a problem and doesn’t affect my rating!

Good location, near bars, restaurants and groceries. Decent walking distance to the main touristic spots. Friendly staff.

The room doesn´t have ventilation and the fans are not enough. My bed was fitting the whole "square" and the curtain doesn´t give extra space to sit in the edge of the bed, a little bit uncomfortable compared vs the other beds

It's a great place to stay. Everything was perfect when my husband and I arrived around 3am. The staff is friendly, and the localization is good. We walked around all the tourist spots without any problems.

Special note to mention here:: The receptionist arrived at 9am, i told him i will took rest at lounge area (which i did whn i arrived at 5.30am), he quickly let me check-in at 10.30am (though check-in time is supposed to be 2pm). Kudos to him..He provided a superb customer service. 1. The room is very big, spacious, well-litted, clean and cooling with 3 air-conditioner. Each floor, the room can accommodate with 16-20 capsule/pods - single/double). The capsule i stayed in, the bed is very comfortable. I stayed in a double bed capsule which is nxt to window..Can hear street noise but that is okay, coz it is not loud as we are at 2nd floor. After a day out, we slept off once hit our bed. 2. The 2 receptionist & 1 housekeepers are polite and super friendly. 3. There is pantry for us to use to wash cup/utensils, and fridge for us to use to store out food/drinks. 4. There is a coffee machine and a kettle too, with cups for us to make own coffee/ tea. 5. There are 3-4 shower room/toilet, Shower room comes with hot/cold showers, shampoo and conditioners. All shower rooms are clean. Also there arw 3-4 vanity sinks (with mirror) at each floor which is good 6. There are big lounge area (with 4 long benches and 10 beanie bags) for us to sit/ hangout. Looking out the windows we can see the street with bar at night. 7. The location is good.. like 7-10 min to walk from Clarke Quay MRT stn.

1. Though the receptionist mentioned to others customers to respect privacy inside room, some customers attend to packing/unpacking their luggage bag in a loud way (once they arrived late night/early morning), hence tends to disturb others who might be sleeping inside capsule.

Great attention to small amenities like ironing board, toiletries, ice, water for refills, free coffee and tea, good security. Gabriel was particularly helpful in offering tips, places to eat, and getting to Sentosa Islamd that would have taken much longer with out his advice. Great noise control, no loud neighbors and we never really felt that we had to wait long for showered. All guests polite, no issues

My sons are not real big on sharing shower facilities even though it was really clean or leaving their shoes out in public area, even though no problems, just personal comfort levels.😜 Also, might be nice to have a bigger or Moe obvious identification of property on door or wall.

The hostel was very clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was cozy and provided enough privacy. There was a lovely common area with free tea and coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The Hostel is located very central, but also in a noisy area. The hostel informs you about that in advance, but we didn’t expect the Music of the street to be that loud in the bedrooms. They even provide noice prevention walls infront of the windows but you can hear the Music all night long until the morning. Since Singapur is that expensive the other guest might be people who normally don’t stay in hostels and don’t know how to behave properly. The private lights of the beds are very bright, so if one person decides to have the light on at 4 am the whole room is enlightened.
