REALLY EXCELLENT!!! At first I noted this as an aesthetic and cheaper option in Singapore, so we booked this despite my reservation about shared bathrooms (and the fact that they separated the toilet and shower stalls). So my first day I was quite mourning about my choices 🤣 plus I also got the upper bedroom so it was quite a parkour everytime I need to get on and off the bed. But then the second day got even easier.. the sleep was amazing and I found myself very enjoying the bath time due to the warm water 😭 the other guests were also somehow very respectful of each other, I really appreciate their cleanliness. I also noticed that we went around this location a lot while going through our itinerary, the prime location is reallyyyy satisfying!!!!! I even went back to the hotel once just to go to the toilet 😂 And on the last day, they happened to have the international friendship day event where we can make friendship bracelets for free!!! Hahaha it was really an amazing experience and I got to chat with the lovely team who had supported us during our stay!!!

Free gym classes (inc. Strength, jujitsu, yoga, hyrox). Breakfast included and decent. I'd definitely stay here again.

Bathroom was quite humid and it wasn't too social, but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The staffs are kind and friendly with very clean environments to stay.

The shower head can’t hold by hands.

Staff were nice and accommodating. The common area downstairs by the entrance was comfortable, and it was good because there were sockets. The bed/capsule was spacious and really comfortable. There’s a little space by the head portion where the socket is (there’s a usb socket too), and where you can put some of your personal items like water, small bag, toiletries, etc. You have the mini foldable table, and the light works well too. AC works well, there’s a trash bin inside the room, and the room in general was also spacious. There’s lots of space even if everyone opens their suitcases. Lockers are quite big too. The lockers are in another room outside the sleeping area which is kinda good so that people don’t get disturbed by the noise when sleeping. There’s also an iron that you can use in the locker area. And they provide indoor slippers which was really nice. Btw, you also get a towel, and toiletries, and ear plugs. Toilets are very clean, lots of tissues, there’s soap, shampoo, and hot water in the shower. They also have a bidet (it could be a little bit hard to control though. Water pressure is too strong 😅) There’s a hairdryer as well in the bathroom. They have a mini pantry too where you can get free water, tea/coffee, and skme biscuits. Location is pretty good too. But if coming from the airport, if you take the metro, it’s a bit of walk coming from Raffles Station to the hostel. They offer sandwiches and fruits for breakfast in the morning, and you can even borrow an umbrella :) I had a great stay here at Kinn Capsule and definitely recommend! Thank you!

The best capsule hotel that I have stayed in. I was pleasently surprised by the toilet. It's so clean and well maintained. The type of toilet and shower rooms that you find in very high class gyms. They provide soap, shampoo. And of good quality too. Not the normal types that you buy from supermarket. They provide good coffee and tea sachets too. The air con temperature is cold and yet not too uncomfortably cold. The mattress and pillow is also very comfortable. The owner put effort in the design of the hotel. It's very evident.

Basically the hotel is awesome. The bad experience are all caused by the other guests.

The place was modern and clean and the staff was helpful. You get your own locker and breakfast is included in the price even though you have to walk to a different location. The overall location is great! You can see the Marina Bay Sands from the city bus which stops just a couple of meters away from the hostel.

There were only two showers and two toilets for women on the floor. Even though I haven't experienced it, I can imagine it can get easily overcrowded. And of course inconsiderate roommates, but you can't blame the hostel management for that. Wifi is a hit and miss..you have to reconnect every time you leave the place. The hostel is relatively near to the centre so that means it can get quite busy and lound during the weekend evenings.

I liked the location, the staff and the capsule matching the photos. The location is perfect in terms of landmarks. I appreciate their flexibility when I needed stuff sorted about the capsule. Everything matched the photos and there were no ugly surprises. Coming for work reasons I appreciated the washing machine and dryer.

I was hurt when the cleaner came in on the Wednesday morning and didn’t leave a wet floor sign in the ladies. I’m still quite bruised from it and was a bit shaken up post slip (see photo). I also had people come in 1am in the morning and switch on the lights or make noise. My sleep quality wasn’t 100% and I was exhausted mid week from the noisy night time capsule neighbour.

A very good, cheap option for solo budget travellers. Accommodation is so expensive in Singapore for one person alone. The location was great - close to so many attractions and the metro. I think it's the best area to stay in Singapore. There was a nice free breakfast of pastries, muffins, croissants, green tea and coffee and so on, offered every day, which was very welcome. The breakfast varied every day. The staff serving breakfast were very helpful. The capsules were nice and big. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were great. I'm glad I stayed there.

Cleaners should clean throughly in around the bit between the mattress and the wooden structure of the capsule. A bit dusty etc. I wish they had black tea with milk and sugar available.

It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay, it was as the pictures showed online. The sleeping capsules were large and comfortable, they each had a light switch, international converter plug in and slippers, a toilet Ty kit and towel were provided. Each guest had their own unique code to enter into the form which was the same as the locked closet which was large enough for a backpack and a purse. Most travelers kept their suitcases or backpacking backpacks in the room with them for easy access. The breakfast in the morning was a sandwich and fruit, a meat or vege option in individual to-go boxes. I especially like the hostel was 1.5 blocks away from The Clarke Quay shopping mall and metro station.

I didn't really know what to expect when I saw the capsules pictures online. Truth is that I was pretty pleased when I entered the bedroom : a lot of space in the room, and also around your bed to store your stuff. The locker are in a separated room. That can be confusing at first, but it's actually a pretty good advantage, as you're not disturbed by people sorting out their stuff whenever they check-in/out. Beds are confortable, showers are large and super clean. Everything is pretty quiet. The location is also pretty good, as you're right in the middle of Chinatown and Boat Quay. The walking distance to Marina Bay is also OK (around 15 minutes I would say). I would definitely go back :)

The common area could get a bit of a refresh (where we sit). The roller blind in your cabin is actually a bit annoying, as it makes noise when you roll/unroll it. And if in one hand it offers some privacy, in the other hand it also makes socialisation with others almost impossible... I've spent 3 nights there and I only quickly saw 2 other people in the room during that entire time :s The space around the beds could be a bit more cleaned as well, but it's nothing too bad. But any of this should bother you to book here :)
