Very clean (including the bathroom area), felt very reliable and friendly. A small breakfast was included as well as tea, which was a very nice surprise and saved time in the mornings. There was stable wifi and two internationally compatible sockets right next to each bed. Slippers and a towel were included, which made it much easier to pack light for the trip. They are also building a lounge on the upper floor which will be a very nice addition when it is ready. The bed was very comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was quite a lot of noise from a nearby night club, which made it difficult to sleep before the night club closed for the night (maybe 2 am, not sure, also this was during the weekend). Despite earplugs it felt like the sound came through. Maybe it's conducted through the concrete directly into the bedframe and there could be some insulation somewhere?

Free gym classes (inc. Strength, jujitsu, yoga, hyrox). Breakfast included and decent. I'd definitely stay here again.

Bathroom was quite humid and it wasn't too social, but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The bed and beddings were very comfortable and the cleanliness of the toilet and sleeping area was really great. I felt super comfortable albeit being in such a small sleeping space. The small foldable table nicely located in the cubby was also at a good height. I managed >6hrs of work with it! Food areas were only 5-10mins away. :)

Breakfast was nothing grand but nice enough for a morning pick me up. It was also a little awkward If you wanted to have coffee or tea with your breakfast, you would have had to make it on your own in the pantry and bring it down to the lobby. Some cases, people forget to bring it back and clean after themselves. The cubby can get warm If the blinds are closed entirely. But If you don't mind having a small Gap with potentially peeking toes, this fixes the problem quite easily.

REALLY EXCELLENT!!! At first I noted this as an aesthetic and cheaper option in Singapore, so we booked this despite my reservation about shared bathrooms (and the fact that they separated the toilet and shower stalls). So my first day I was quite mourning about my choices 🤣 plus I also got the upper bedroom so it was quite a parkour everytime I need to get on and off the bed. But then the second day got even easier.. the sleep was amazing and I found myself very enjoying the bath time due to the warm water 😭 the other guests were also somehow very respectful of each other, I really appreciate their cleanliness. I also noticed that we went around this location a lot while going through our itinerary, the prime location is reallyyyy satisfying!!!!! I even went back to the hotel once just to go to the toilet 😂 And on the last day, they happened to have the international friendship day event where we can make friendship bracelets for free!!! Hahaha it was really an amazing experience and I got to chat with the lovely team who had supported us during our stay!!!

Clean and comfortable hostel within a short walk (or even shorter bike ride) of many restaurants, bars, museums, attractions and an MRT station. The staff are friendly and provided good recommendations. I had a late-night flight but checked out that morning, and they kindly allowed me to use the shower again in the evening before going to the airport - very much appreciated after a long day out in the hot weather! The breakfast has a few types of pastries, and there are a couple of good coffee shops across the street as well.

I would suggest that when male staff are cleaning the women-only dorm and bathroom, they should announce that a man is entering the room and wait a minute before entering. There were a couple of times where a male staff knocked and immediately entered, while not a problem for me personally I can imagine situations where it could make guests uncomfortable if they don't have enough time to cover up.

Check-in was easy, staff was friendly, the restroom was clean and functional. The bed was clean and people respected the room and quiet rules.

Not loud from my bed and it did not bother me very much, but there is a nightclub or bar nearby and I could hear some music thumping. This music was playing on my stay from Monday to Tuesday, and I had hoped on an early weekday that they would not be open. The cost was a little high, and I know Singapore is expensive. I was there to sleep only and go to the airport, so I didn't get more out of the value, but if you are a traveller that will be doing business or tourism the next day, then I suppose the value is more worth it as the hotel is close to major attractions and city centers.

Very nice and clean with nice touch to giving the guests slippers and toothbrush and paste. It is situated quite centrally and it’s easy to access different sightseeing sites walking.

The only minus which is a big one for me is the AC. I asked and unfortunately it is centrally managed. Reception said it is set to 22 but the room temperature was like the one in refrigerator. It was a huge contrast to the bath and corridor and even though usually ACs stop when they reach the desired temp that one never did. I know people like it but ti me it was unbearably cold and in stark contrast to the outside.

Staff were nice and accommodating. The common area downstairs by the entrance was comfortable, and it was good because there were sockets. The bed/capsule was spacious and really comfortable. There’s a little space by the head portion where the socket is (there’s a usb socket too), and where you can put some of your personal items like water, small bag, toiletries, etc. You have the mini foldable table, and the light works well too. AC works well, there’s a trash bin inside the room, and the room in general was also spacious. There’s lots of space even if everyone opens their suitcases. Lockers are quite big too. The lockers are in another room outside the sleeping area which is kinda good so that people don’t get disturbed by the noise when sleeping. There’s also an iron that you can use in the locker area. And they provide indoor slippers which was really nice. Btw, you also get a towel, and toiletries, and ear plugs. Toilets are very clean, lots of tissues, there’s soap, shampoo, and hot water in the shower. They also have a bidet (it could be a little bit hard to control though. Water pressure is too strong 😅) There’s a hairdryer as well in the bathroom. They have a mini pantry too where you can get free water, tea/coffee, and skme biscuits. Location is pretty good too. But if coming from the airport, if you take the metro, it’s a bit of walk coming from Raffles Station to the hostel. They offer sandwiches and fruits for breakfast in the morning, and you can even borrow an umbrella :) I had a great stay here at Kinn Capsule and definitely recommend! Thank you!

I like that is on the side of the rod and easy to find. The Indian (sorry for referring with nationality as i forgot her name) lady who assist me during check in is really nice. Even if they wasn't able to provide a lower bed when i request it i cant argue because she is so sweet! The place is very secure, providing each guest with room and locker password and even the main door is locked from eleven pm and can only be open with the passcode they provided. They are even providing pastries for breakfast.

Since rooms are not sound proof. I suggest that they limit the time guest hang out on the lobby area or ask them to keep it low as they have room near to it as. i was allocated in ground floor room and it quite hard to sleep with other guest chitchatting and laughing very loud. But thank God I’m really tired and i am able to sleep. 😅
