This hotel is near the #LoveLocks which located at the side of Central Clarke Quay along the River Walk. The staff is nice and always smiling 🙂

I've read all the reviews before deciding to book in this hotel. It's a 2star hotel, not sure what the ones giving it 1 or 2 rating were expecting tbh. Room was clean, bathroom was nice and big, hot water was fine, shower, everything worked as it should! Wasn't a fancy room by any stretch of imagination, but was in a v.convenient spot with easy access to many places. Staff helpful, arrived early, left our luggage there to for a walk around, no problem.

only thing I believe would be a nice addition to the room: A fridge!

To Singapore standard of prices, it was a fair deal. Everything basic, but...that's what you pay for. Staff friendly. Other negative comments about the staff, I did read, are wrong. Every culture is different. Malay people are not the jumping on the table type. That's ok. They were nice.

The noise of the street, at night. All rooms are front side. Couldn't sleep the first night, as trucks pick up garbage

The rooms are small, but clean and functional. The washroom is okay, and the location is close to the Clarke Quay station, Clarke Quay Riverfront, and Chinatown. A couple of 7-Elevens are located close by, and a few pubs are in the immediate vicinity. The room is cleaned regularly. A good option for budget travellers who want to spend the majority of their day sightseeing.

1. The toilet could do with the inclusion of a bidet, but otherwise the washroom is just okay. 2. The bed and pillows are a bit on the harder side.

Very good location, strong wifi connection, polite, helpful and efficient housekeeping team, free water, free coffee, complete equipment (iron snd ironing board) and friendly & accommodating reception staff.

Drainage prob, water remains in bathroom whenever you shower but the housekeeping team is always ready and fast to clean the bathroom

I loved its close proximity to the MRT station and Bus stop. I also loved fact that it is close to Clarke Quay and even walking distance from Merlion Park. I would definitely consider booking a stay again.

They do not offer extension cords or international adapters which makes it difficult to charge our electronics. Receiving Staffs could use a bit more training in effective communication (plus points if in spoken and written English). Apart from that, everything else seems nice.

The location is great! Walking distance to Clarke Quay MRT station, bus stops, boat quay bar and restaurants, and a few 7elevens. The space is big enough for a couple or single traveller, don’t expect too much as you do get what you pay for. There’s no kitchennette but you still get a kettle and complimentary coffee and tea

There was construction happening 2 buildings down from the hotel but we were mostly out during our stay so it didn’t bother us too much as they stop working at night anyway

Excellent location for ease of access to Quay, comfortable bed, good wi fi on floor 4, regular and good standard cleaning, reasonable price for facility

Shower was only tepid, noisy on street outside, as opposite a night venue, staff member rather miserable at check in 🤷🏽‍♂️

Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful The room we got didn't have a window but it wasn't a problem as we were out most of the time. It was not noisy in the hotel

The room was a bit smelly but it wasn't too bad after turning on the fan

About 5 minutes walking to MRT station Clarke Quay, about 8-10 minutes walking to Chinatown. There are some eateries around the corner. More choice in Chinatown. The room had a water kettle and nescafe was provided. Airco worked well. The room was small but right for one night.
