This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. A perfect, spacious, very clean accomodation for few overnights, managed by a pleasant and helpful staff. Both the terrace and rooftop terrace provide pleasant relaxation, the latter offering breathtaking views of the bay. Good value for the money, candidate for the next stay.

Only complaint is that the shower curtain was partially torn from the rings, but this could be repaired with a little care. It is also unusual that there is no hot water at the sink at all.

We've stayed here before and enjoyed it. The air con was brilliant - just what was needed after a hot day in Singapore. I have to mention the roof BBQ area - it's well worth the visit - the food and views and the drinks make it worth the effort. Location is superb. We'll no doubt stay again in the future.

The breakfast needs more work plus wifi is a bit on and off. Apart from that everything was great!

The hotel was very good. The staff was awesome. Their cleaning service is every day and very regular.

Only minor point I can mention is the elevator has an old house smell. The view outside the window is not great for the room I was assigned. Other than that, everything related to amenities promised to be provided is perfect.

Great location for a budget stay. We specifically wanted to have as cheap as possible that is suitable for a family with kids and this was perfect. We explored the city all day and for sleeping this was perfect. It had private bathroom with hot water and air conditioning was strong. It also had a fridge and kettle. The location was walking distance to everywhere and was perfect for us to explore around on foot.

As we specifically chose a cheap budget place we cannot fault anything as we got what we paid for. It was very good value for money. Cant get better than this for that price.

Great for budget stays. Cleanliness is ok, could be better. I guess you get what you pay. Beds were comfortable, had great night sleeps.

Strong smell inside elevator. Need modernisation of the building.

For me it was the perfect location. Clarke Quay was the reason I stayed in this area. As it turned out Clarke Quay was closed but a nearby street turned out to be much better as locals used it. Transport wise perfect.

If you want a 4 star all in hotel don"t bother. If all you want is a bed, decent wifi, ease for local travel and cheap local evening food it is PERFECT.

Helpful, friendly, room cleaned regularly. Location is amazing. The two roof terraces have nice views. Showers are fairly hot & powerful too. For such a central location it's quiet overnight.

Overall the building hasn't been maintained to a standard that allows good cleaning - e.g. some skirting boards are rotting and have water damage.

Reception friendly and helpful, allowed us to store bags after checkout at midday free of charge.👍

Noise in the early morning resembling knocking pipework or banging down steps in stairwell.

The location was perfect. Close to Clarke Quay shopping & trains & China Town & numerous dining venues. Breakfast was average but a start to the day without going elsewhere

Unfortunately the old place did have a strong smell of mould
