Location was great. Staff all friendly and helpful. I read not-so-positive comments here but I do not see them. Yes the room was on the small side but it had everything you would need: bed, shower, phone, TV, water boiler, mirror, phone, towels, linen, blowdryer, etc, so it was all good.

Shower head was a little wonky but still workable.

Hotel Clover 7 is a clean and comfortable hotel in a fantastic location, boat quay is a few streets away, downtown is a short walk away and Chinatown another short walk in the opposite direction. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided daily.

The only downside is the room is quite small, only a little wider than the double bed, but it had an en-suite and shower which was great. The room size isn’t the end of the world because if you’re in Singapore you’re probably only going to use it to sleep in. Another thing is the front desk isn’t manned, but a phone call on the reception phone and somebody attends from just around the corner from the hotel.

I love this little hotel! I stayed in it 6 years ago and it was the first one to book again for my stay this year. The room is small and without windows but extremely functional and cosy. The bed is comfortable and the location in the center of the city is the best! The room was also extremely well equipped for a small hotel.

During my stay there was a lot of notice late at the night from neighbours who were listening to music and talking. It was very complicated to sleep, especially with a jet lag

The bed was soft and, the washroom was fairly big and clean. It was helpful to have an electric kettle in the room and a hairdryer. I came and went according to my convenience and the room cleaning did their job without causing any disturbance. The locality was very pleasant and the fact that it was opposite to Clarke Quey Central made it very ideal for me to travel conveniently. The staff always helped me with directions and other information which is also appreciable.

Maybe a small microwave would be helpful. People can warm instant foods.

The location is fantastic. You can literally walk to MBS, it was like 12 mins or so. The room is good even though it's quite tiny.

The bed is too small. But, it was ok for me. You can't call the staffs even though there are phones in the room because no one at the reception. Mostly, there is no one at the reception full time. They just randomly stay there for a short period of time.

Have all basic needs except the room is a bit small. Hardly any walking space. Good daily house keeping and changing towels daily and replenishing coffee, fresh water, tooth brush. Location is fantastic. Near Chinatown, mrt and many places of interests.

Don't like the basin is on top of the limited table space. When u wash your face ,water splash out on the floor. Should be in the bathroom. Also the little table is so small, no space to put a laptop. Do a extension table that can be hidden when nor in use. Discounts should be given for long stays.

The comfortable bed, the lovely shower and the thick fluffy towels were fantastic. Staff were really lovely and extremely helpful as well and went above and beyond lending me an adaptor so I could recharge my phone and moved to another before I even realised there was a problem with the air conditioning in the room I was I initially given.

I got stuck in the lift at 6am in the morning (the door would not open) and was unable to raise any help as no one responded to the alarm. fortunately I was able to get the lift back up and get my bags and myself over the top edge. The fact that all reception staff is at Clover 5 next door and the reception at Clover 7 is unmanned made this quite scary and for a while I thought I was going to miss my flight.

Rating is based on perfect location. Best pricing in the area. Directly opposite 24/7 laundromat. Even though the room is tiny, I knew what I was in for based on other reviews, so I can't complain!

No hot water, only luke warm. Can hear conversations of people in next room. No room to open a suitcase, only on the bed. Nowhere to put clothes. No shower screen, water goes everywhere.

Tidy and convenient location to walk all of Singapore city center. We barely took a metro or bus.

The room doesn’t have space for bigger luggage. It was super hard to get our stuff out and in the suitcase since we did not have room to sort our clothes outside. No fresh air the room.

Prime location! It is about 15min walk from Merlion and about 30 min walk from Marina Bay Sands hotel and Gardens Bay. Nice and clean room.

The room is very small and compact but perfect for solo travelers. You have everything you need. There is no window, so it is pretty dark. No breakfast offered.
