The hotel is a short distance from the Raffles Place train station (from the airport) with bus stops in front of the entrance. Friendly staff who were helpful in retrieving my booking. The room is adequate, on the small size but enough for a solo traveller. Air conditioner works to combat the Singaporean humidity. Big bed for the room, but with space on both sides and at the end, sheets clean and replaced daily if requested, and blanket thick enough to keep warm under the air conditioner, but not hot. A desk that is more useful than anticipated, allowing meals and a general place for the laptop and pop things on. Also available are storage spaces for empty suitcases/bags and hanging space with coat hangers. Plenty of lighting options, with a master switch at the bedside. Power points located at the desk and beside as well, including USB-A ports. Mini fridge, TV and hair dryer also available. The bathroom has a simple layout but it gets the job done. Great spacious shower with shower hose options, with toilet and sink within. Towels could do with some replacing, but they get the job done and replaced daily. Floor towel and toiletries provided. Cold/room temp filtered water available on the fourth level I was staying at (maybe all levels), so easy to keep hydrated during the trip with no additional costs. The hotel are able to hold your baggage after check out should time allow for additional time to explore Singapore without taking them with you before heading off to the airport. Exceptional service!

No real issues besides the small room and old towels as mentioned before, and maybe some additional hooks to hang things from. Also, some of the fixtures could use some repair. Nothing noteworthy on the top level either, in terms of views and facilities. Other than that, considering it is Singapore, an experience not bad for the price paid.

There was no breakfast on offer and location was perfect and close to transport....it was easy to find places

This hotel kind of surprised us. we were expecting to be put in a shoebox sized room with little to no storage space and a tiny bathroom. While we didn't get a massive room, it definitely had enough space for 2 adults to move around comfortably, a comfortable bed and a really nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for exploring the city, with two MRT station within a 10 minute walk away, the river side bar/restaurant strip a 5 minute walk away and satay street a 15 minute walk away. The 961 bus that goes past Raffles and Kampong Glam picks up a five minute walk form the hotel and drops off right outside the front door. There is also at least one hop on hop off bus that stops here.

Room was dead quiet most of the time, with the aircon making good ambient noise for sleeping. It’s a good hotel to get some rest if you’re stopping over in transit. The airport taxi was about $28 to the hotel, and it’s walking distance to Chinatown, lots of restaurants and shopping. The front of the hotel is also a bus stop.

Hotel in a great location. Excellent base for exploring the city. Nice and polite hotel staff. I was even offered a free extra mattress for the room, as I was traveling with my husband and eleven-year-old daughter. Efficient air conditioning, tea and coffee making set, mini fridge.

Unfortunately I received a different room than the one booked on Booking. The room would need some refreshing of interior, not very clean, very small like an offer for 3 people.

The room was a good size, great clean bathroom and pretty comfortable bed! We made sure to have a room with a window, though the building isn’t tall enough to have much view but that’s ok. The location is good - close to Clarke Quay and MRT! You can easily walk to nearby shops etc. A good room for a night or two - the hotel doesn’t have many facilities but it’s definitely a great spot if you plan on spending most of the day out and about exploring!

For 2 single ladies sharing the beds were really nice, large & comfy. Plenty of space for our cases. Front desk staff were very helpful & friendly. There was an elevator

For ladies in our 60's the front entrance was a little steep for us with our cases. The rooftop space is very neglected & unappealing but with a little bit of effort it could be a nice space for lodgers to go to chill when you don't want to venture outside the hotel but want some air with a view. I think the name of your property needs to be more visual on the ground floor, it's easy to walk past & not realise that it's a hotel

The location is great, especially if you’re on a budget. I wasn’t expecting much since it seemed to be one of the cheaper options in the area, but I was only staying for one night stopover, so booked it. I was pleasantly surprised at the room & amenities provided. The location is good too. There is a 7/11 right next door & another convenience store across the street, as well as a couple of cafes. It was approximately a (leisurely) 30 minute walk to Gardens by the Bay & maybe 10 minutes to Chinatown

The location was great. We found the best MRT was City Hall as so easy to get to and from the Airport. Staff were very polite, friendly and professional. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was really comfortable.

My only comment would be that our initial reaction to the outside of the hotel was that it looked a bit tired and not very welcoming.

Was conveniently located right in-front of a bus stop! Front desk check-in was nice. Arrived early and they were able to hold my bags before checking into the room. Walking distance to shopping mall and lots of fun bars and eateries around. Room was very clean and nice/modern. Spent a night here and was very pleased. They were able to hold my bags as well after check-out before needing to head to the airport. Only thing missing could be a pool! But was right the middle of a busy area of a busy area so understandable. Enjoyed my stay!
