Great location - easy to find everything and close to transport networks (many of them) and hotel! The staff are really welcoming and friendly! The complimentary minibar is a nice touch and is refilled each day. The hotel is easy to find and room size, although small is perfect for a solo! Had no issues. AC worked perfectly and made the room feel really cool!

Outside can sometimes be a tiny bit noisy and no particular view from the window but apart from that really good!

We got upgraded to a ‘bigger’ room. It’s not too bad but after 3 nights, you crave a little more space. The good thing is, they’ve really been clever with the space you have being able to put bags under the bed and a small rail to hang stuff. We didn’t use the jacuzzi. Staff are friendly enough. And, you get a free mini bar which is great. Location is spot on. You’re in walking distance to things like Chinatown, the financial district (go here for sculptures) and, Clarke quay. You can also use the MRT at Chinatown with ease. There is a laundromat downstairs 24/7

The noise level from the Korean bar downstairs. Whilst we love a good song-a-long, this started at 11pm until 2am and both nights we didn’t get much sleep. Even earplugs wouldn’t cut it out. It’s a major downside to the hotel.

I liked the location and the hotel. Nice jacuzzi on the rooftop. Very pleased with the complimentary mini bar.

Our room’s AC didn’t work properly, it was too hot in the tiny room. The white curtain was not installed which made the room look a bit sloppy. We called in to book the jacuzzi for a specific hour, and when we came, the jacuzzi was already used by someone else (staff didn’t make our reservation properly in the system, human error I guess). I can see that the rooms are more run down compared to my stay last year. Overall good experience, but for this money I would expect more.

This hotel exceeded my expectation, it was a lovely experience. Our room was super comfortable with all the facilities we needed for a busy city break including free mini fridge and coffee machine/kettle. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Lovely big comfortable bed and tv with Netflix. The location of the hotel us perfectly positioned for exploring china town, getting the MRT and river cruises etc. The staff are utterly fantastic, helpful enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The hotel has excellent location, close to a few MRT stations and Singapore river. Walking distance to Chinatown. Great for tourists who look for convenient location.

Most of Singapore hotels have small rooms, this hotel is the same. Just enough to accommodate basic use, shower & sleep. No entertainment. AC is a little hard to use for me.

The rooms are nice for Singapore obviously small but nice and a nice area I would stay again. Free snack bar is a nice touch.

The tv didn’t work turned on but no Channels as well Netflix YouTube all things like that didn’t work. They didn’t help us to sort it out. Then the air conditioner stoped working but they moved are room and in that room the tv was fine

Great location, clean rooms, historic vibe and outstanding staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone that is interested in staying there.

The room was compactly sized. This was not a major issue for us but if it is for you, it might not be the best fit. Apart from this, the experience was fantastic.

Really Friendly Staff and Nice Location. Close by to Chinatown, coffee shops, and public transport. Room was small but nicely designed. Free Mini bar was a nice touch.

The shower only gave you about 90 seconds of hot water before it got lukewarm or cold so had to rinse of super quick.

Loud - there is a construction in the building next door Small - room is small, bed is small I am 1.75 and had couple of cms above and below Someone taller won't fit straight

Clean, affordable and close to MRT & Bus Station. Plenty restaurant nearby. Free mini bar is a plus for me & families, it was included.

Room is small but manageable and it is not sound proof so everytome you will be disturbed by the loud car/motorbike and/or garbage truck.
