Super well located, literally hundreds of restaurants nearby, in less than 1km range. Almost in front of a 7-eleven, and many attractions nearby. Great SmartTV and comfy bed that helped us getting some needed rest. Staff super friendly, helpful and they even went way beyond expected to send my jacket back to other country when I forgot it.

Room a bit small, especially the space between the bed and the wall. The elevator goes up to the 4th floor, so we had to climb one flight of stairs to get to our room in the 5th (and highest) floor. These things were minor compared to the benefits, so that’s why we decided to give a max score.

The property delivers what it promises! We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples and Ed & Ryan the digital companions are available at all hours of the day to help you out. The rooms are a little small but manageable for 2 people to be comfortable including an AC, hot water, fridge, microwave, ironing board, and even a locker. The facility has washing machines that can be used free of charge and the building is in a great location, just by the river which is perfect for a late-night stroll or some partying or just getting a good meal with a view! It is also a convenient 5 min walk from the Clarke Quay MRT Station

Though there is a facility to store luggage, there are no common washrooms so if you arrive early, you can not change and head out for the day as your rooms will only be made available at the check-in time. The walls are a bit thin so people in the corridors can be easily heard

Location was great, next to the MRT to easily travel around and in walking distance of Chinatown. Kim and Ryan were great and on hand for any of our needs

I am satisfied. No complaints. At first I got confused with the way they number their rooms like our room was 104 but on the door it looks like this 0-104 but O got it figured out so no big deal.

From the moment I arrived with my friends until the day I checked out, my stay here was nothing short of perfect. The location is perfect. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Edmar, Nica, and May, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. The rooms were beautifully maintained, super cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The service was prompt, professional, and personal, something you don’t find everywhere. I’m already looking forward to returning the next time I visit Singapore. I was skeptical at first because of no human contact. But then it made the stay quite free and private. The hotel is definitely at a good location and quiet during the night. The first night my toilet bowl was leaking and they sent someone come to check right away. Only one thing is that maybe they can check for soundproof. The 2nd night I literally could hear the snoring from the other room 😅 Overall 10 stars for their customer service, clean room, new facilities and location. I had an amazing stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The check-in and check-out process were incredibly easy and seamless, and the team was extremely responsive via WhatsApp, which made communication so convenient. A special shoutout to Edmar, Gracie, and Jona for their exceptional service—they truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. For example, they were super flexible in providing extra towels on top of the regular room cleaning, even though it wasn’t typically included. The location is unbeatable—very central, with plenty of food options around and many attractions within walking distance, including the ArtScience Museum. If you’re into yoga or Pilates, you’ll be pleased to find several studios nearby as well! While the fridge in my room was a bit noisy initially, the team was quick to assist and confirmed that I could switch it off if I preferred. This kind of prompt and thoughtful support made all the difference. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. The room was small, but modern, clean and tidy with a large comfortable bed, large fridge, microwave, sink, TV and excellent shower/vanity area . The dedicated A/C was very welcome. The accommodation was very secure, requiring digital key access to the premises, lift and your room. The premises were also within easy walking distance of the metro service. May, Cora, Edmar, Jess and Nica were fabulous hosts - extremely attentive and helpful 24/7 - only a Whatsapp message away.....

Unfortunately only 1 chair/seat is provided in the room which means that if there are two of you the second person has to sit on the bed.

I have to say that I was impressed by Shannen, Ryan and Mae during my stay in the Heritage Collection Hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and we were in constant WhatsApp communication. I felt absolutely welcomed and taken care of the whole time of my stay. I am so grateful I found this place and would recommend it to all my friends. Do not hesitate to stay here - the rooms are clean and you have absolutely everything you need. I came for sightseeing and working and I worked comfortably from the room I had. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything!

Hotel has a central location and although has small rooms but are equippment with everything needed for a short, few days stay. What I loved most was the personal touch. The staff was not visible, gave me the privacy I wanted, but was present and answered all my questions and requests. Edmar, May and Nica went out of their way to make my stay memorable in the hotel and in Singapore. I’ve got from them a travel adapter, detergent for the laundry facilities, soap and shampoo in my room and were available for help at any time of the day. I truly appreciate this kind of professionalism. Highly recommended place as it is also great value for the money if you do not want to sleep in a capsule.
