Super well located, literally hundreds of restaurants nearby, in less than 1km range. Almost in front of a 7-eleven, and many attractions nearby. Great SmartTV and comfy bed that helped us getting some needed rest. Staff super friendly, helpful and they even went way beyond expected to send my jacket back to other country when I forgot it.

Room a bit small, especially the space between the bed and the wall. The elevator goes up to the 4th floor, so we had to climb one flight of stairs to get to our room in the 5th (and highest) floor. These things were minor compared to the benefits, so that’s why we decided to give a max score.

The property delivers what it promises! We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples and Ed & Ryan the digital companions are available at all hours of the day to help you out. The rooms are a little small but manageable for 2 people to be comfortable including an AC, hot water, fridge, microwave, ironing board, and even a locker. The facility has washing machines that can be used free of charge and the building is in a great location, just by the river which is perfect for a late-night stroll or some partying or just getting a good meal with a view! It is also a convenient 5 min walk from the Clarke Quay MRT Station

Though there is a facility to store luggage, there are no common washrooms so if you arrive early, you can not change and head out for the day as your rooms will only be made available at the check-in time. The walls are a bit thin so people in the corridors can be easily heard

Location was great, next to the MRT to easily travel around and in walking distance of Chinatown. Kim and Ryan were great and on hand for any of our needs

I am satisfied. No complaints. At first I got confused with the way they number their rooms like our room was 104 but on the door it looks like this 0-104 but O got it figured out so no big deal.

From the moment I arrived with my friends until the day I checked out, my stay here was nothing short of perfect. The location is perfect. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Edmar, Nica, and May, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. The rooms were beautifully maintained, super cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The service was prompt, professional, and personal, something you don’t find everywhere. I’m already looking forward to returning the next time I visit Singapore. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service in the city! 10/10—if I could give more stars, I would!

I was skeptical at first because of no human contact. But then it made the stay quite free and private. The hotel is definitely at a good location and quiet during the night. The first night my toilet bowl was leaking and they sent someone come to check right away. Only one thing is that maybe they can check for soundproof. The 2nd night I literally could hear the snoring from the other room 😅 Overall 10 stars for their customer service, clean room, new facilities and location. I cannot comment on this property at Clarke Quay. The HC team contacted me prior to advise that there were some maintenance issues for my booking and was offered a replacement location on Smith Street for my one week stay which was great. Location on Smith Street was excellent and close to food and other amenities. I noted that HC collection of accommodation were closely located as Smith Street was very close to the one at Pagoda street. I took a nice walk to Clarke Quay and walked past HC at Clarke Quay. The check-in was easy with clear instruction. The HC team ((Mary, Yani and Shannen) were very responsive in their communication so I expect the same for their other locations. Highly recommend.

Stairs, no lifts but noted that it was a heritage building. Just be mindful if carrying a heavy luggage.

I was upgraded to a studio with window at City Hall instead of Clarke Quay and that building also had an elevator which made it easier to get to my room. Everything was perfect, and my digital assistants Mae, Ryan and Shannon were great too!

Keeping luggage on the day I left could only be arranged up to 6pm. I needed to leave my luggage for longer than that so I found an alternative solution instead. This is very specific to my needs as my flight was taking off really late in the evening. I believe for most guests this arrangement will be absolutely sufficient.

I had an amazing stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The check-in and check-out process were incredibly easy and seamless, and the team was extremely responsive via WhatsApp, which made communication so convenient. A special shoutout to Edmar, Gracie, and Jona for their exceptional service—they truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. For example, they were super flexible in providing extra towels on top of the regular room cleaning, even though it wasn’t typically included. The location is unbeatable—very central, with plenty of food options around and many attractions within walking distance, including the ArtScience Museum. If you’re into yoga or Pilates, you’ll be pleased to find several studios nearby as well! While the fridge in my room was a bit noisy initially, the team was quick to assist and confirmed that I could switch it off if I preferred. This kind of prompt and thoughtful support made all the difference. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. The boutique hotel was very well maintained and clean in an extremely convenient location close to nice restaurants and shops . I liked the digital check in process which can be done before arrival as it saves time. Special thanks to May, Edmund and Nick who all their kind assistance me when I had a crisis during part of my stay. The amazing staff teamwork and communication with me made my experience at Heritage very warm and comfortable in Singapore I . Definitely will recommend for all my friends and business partners to stay at your hotels.
