Location, location, location! Just the best location along the river where there are hundreds and hundreds of restaurants to eat at. Nice new hotel. Breakfast was seriously good, highly worth including in your accommodation package as you'll get your value for money. Special mention to Rodney in the concierge and Vera in the Publico restaurant. Tip. Use the free bikes they have to ride around the river precinct. It will transform your experience. We rode all over Singapore on those bikes!

Rooms are simply too small. They are very nice, but just not big enough. You have to catch two lifts to get to your room, which becomes annoying after a while (first world problem, I know). The only area that the hotel really lets itself down in, is the swimming pool. To be blunt, the pool sucks. Small, zero ambience and only about 4 seats to lounge on.

Came here on the first leg of our honeymoon and what a way to start it! Firstly, I want to mention Khuzairy who helped us check-in. He couldn't have given us a warmer greeting and as soon as we mentioned we were on our honeymoon, he upgraded our stay and had lovely treats sent up to our room. Also we are very thankful to Arby, Pauline and chef Jason for our wonderful breakfast experience. They were so attentive, kind and helpful. It certainly enhanced our stay here. I was slightly nervous about staying here because of the booking.com rating but we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome by the staff in the lobby (on the 4th floor). We told them it was our honeymoon and they couldn't have been happier to treat us. Our Junior King Suite with the River view was stunning! With ceiling-floor blackout blinds, sofa, extremely comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom with 2 sinks and huge shower, coffee machine - this was a fantastic start to our honeymoon trip. The breakfast was fantastic with so much on offer and it was very quiet at 8am. There were so many food options to choose from and they even had dumplings & pad Thai which would be great for anyone with jet lag or you were just feeling dinner for breakfast... Also don't worry fellow Brits, their breakfast tea was great. The lobby smells amazing and the pool is nice and long. The pool was also fairly quiet in the middle of the day so me and my wife were able to do some lengths and relax afterwards. The area is so nice as well (our room has a great river view). You're right next to the Singapore river so you can walk up and down it, although I wouldn't really do it in this heat. We did walk up to the Zion riverside food market which could have been better considering my wife is vegetarian but also the quality of food could have been better.

Need more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.

Location for my weekend stay was great. Beautiful hotel, super stylish rooms, right beside the river and the river walks.

The locations is great overlooking the quay with many nice restaurants and bars around it. Staff was nice and helpful.

Rooms were too small. The swimming pool was quite small and not very nice. No service around the pool area. Not value for money.

Publico restaurant way way overpriced - $21 for a glass of Montepulciano or $100 for a bottle and $18 for a glass of Peroni beer is excessive in the extreme- moreover for what professes to be an upmarket restaurant the Lasagne was a complete joke and no better than a takeaway in a cheap tratttoria - having said that the restzurant was packed at lunchtime so i guess you wont feel the need to have more competitive price BUT you really need to do something about the quality of lasagne- p.s I had the avocado toast which was ok but somewhat bland and I had to ask for salt and pepper which should have been provided without the necessity of having to ask and/or you should ensure that the taste is not so bland hence remivi gthe necessity of adding my own condiments

Brilliant and welcoming staff, the free bike offer was excellent, we used the bikes to cycle down the river. Brilliant restaurant and very tasty teas. The pool was very refreshing. Hotel staff let us keep the bags during the day for our afternoon flight, which meant we got another half day to spend exploring :) The hotel fit out was incredible and very well thought out.

The only comment, and it's a minor one, is that the restaurant is almost 'seperate' to the hotel, you have to take two lifts to get down to the ground floor, then walk outside the hotel to get there. On the upside, the breakfast was excellent 10/10 and dinner was also delicious.

Super Luxury Hotel. Everything you see and touch there is very high quality. We weren't satisfied with Standard room size so we decided to upgrade it to a better one. Try take bigger rooms. Small ones are really small.

Small rooms, breakfast zone is small and there is no a lot of choice. Breakfast could be richer. There is no separated bath room in small rooms. That's probably is the biggest issue we had in this hotel. The rest is fantastic.

Place was very lovely decorated for Christmas. Staff very helpful. Good location. Room coffee and tea options great!

Room layout was narrow . As a young senior I found difficulty closing and opening heavy sliding doors in room to separate bath area and sliding door to toilet. Small swimming pool for hotel size .

Perfect for a solo stay. The location is great to access restaurants.

The layout is quite specific and has no segregated dressing space in front of the bathroom. It does not matter for single use but is needed to pay attention in case of staying with someone else. In addition, you can been seen outside because the window is very big. The hotel should explain that we need to use blinds for our privacy as we check in. We may be seen from outside as we are dressing!

good location, close to restaurants. fully, tasty breakfast was included in our rate. everything in room worked. motorized curtains were nice. good climate control in room. great king size bed. hotel good for couples.

slow concierge service. lighting controls in the room were a bit confusing. rooms are a bit small.
