Big apartments with all that anybody could need during the holiday stay. Very nice breakfasts with local dishes. Great staff. Big, very comfortable beds and pillows. RTE stop literally 5 mins. away. Very good location with all of the city attractions easily accessible either by RTE or taxi. Many restaurants and shops literally at the doorstep (three 7/11s and a big supermarket within 2 mins. walk). Easy to recommend to anyone travelling to Singapore with family.

The building is 20+ old and some upgrades could be made here and there. The water slide's banister in the wading pool for kids was falling apart (fragile and crushing in hands due to cement having been washed away from its structure - courtesy of wet Singaporean climate :-) ). Some of the room furnishings look a bit dated, but everything was very clean.

We had a fantastic week staying at Fraser Place Robertson Walk. The Two-Bedroom Apartment Premier was generously sized for our family of four; it was very clean, tidy and well appointed; and it offered a good view out over the neighbouring streets and buildings. It was also very quiet and private; we didn't once hear noise from other rooms or common areas. The location is ideal for exploring the city and surrounds; it's a short walk from Fort Canning MRT station (on the Downtown line, linked directly to key parts of the city), as well as the Singapore River walking path, multiple bus routes and Fort Canning Park. The pool on level three is possibly nicer than the photos on booking.com show and we used it on many of the days of our stay. Some reviews here have been less complimentary about the included breakfast, but we found that it offered a good (and changing) mix of western and Asian options, all freshly prepared and well presented. We ate there happily each morning before setting out. And finally, the service was exceptional; always polite, efficient and helpful, the team here never hesitated to assist us, not just in ways related to our accommodation but to our experience as tourists navigating a new city. If we visit Singapore in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to book again at Fraser Place Robertson Walk.

Property is located in a residential area, with restaurants bars and shops nearby. Lovely area and only a short walk to the MRT. We were upgraded to a 3 bed apartment. The apartments are older but very clean, with very basic furnishings but comfortable. Serviced every day to a high standard. Breakfast buffet was nice, but we stayed for 9 days so found it a bit repetitive towards the end. Staff were fantastic.

We found the hot water to only work intermittently.

Location was great, near Fort Canning MRT Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, room very comfortable for family group. Handy having resturants nearby.

We didn't realise there was a switch for the hot water, so had cold showers for a few days until we asked. A guest information sheet or compendium would be helpful.

Strategically ideal location, 5 min walk to Blue line Fort Cannon MRT, UE square bus station, 8 min to Violet line Clarke Quay, 15 min walk to Chinatown. These are minor points which barely affected the great fun we had: 1. The beds were great, but if you are used to low pillows, there might be a problem. 2. Out of all the luxuries in the appartment, somehow the water flow in both shower cabins was very slow. It was surprising because there are so many cheap ways to save on water without compromising the quality of "feeling the water".

Great location near to train and walking distance to the river. Having three bedrooms was amazing and the pool and gym were excellent . The front of house and cleaning staff were excellent, both responsive and helpful.

Staff (house keeping) are so friendly. Breakfast was very delicious. Location to the Metro is very accessible. Gives privacy to do alot

It's a little pricy.. I guess Singapore is just an expensive country entirely. Sewage system needs to be worked on.

Location perfect and it had everything we needed. Gym was great and pool perfect.

Strange smell in the kitchen (like garbage) and quite a bit of noise from the bars/restaurants at night (not beyond midnight however).

Loved our stay at Fraser Place, got upgraded from a two bedroom to a three bedroom. Perfect for family and friends, super clean, great amenities, very friendly staff!

Heard some construction noises in the early morning, but didn't really bother me

We were offered a free upgrade to a spacious 2BHK, which was a great start. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with almost everything we needed. The TV had plenty of channels to choose from, and housekeeping was regular and efficient. The balcony had a lovely view, and there was ample storage space. Food delivery was allowed right to the room, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The location is central—close to most tourist spots, making it easy to get around. We also really enjoyed the pool; it was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a very comfortable and well-managed property.

The breakfast spread could use improvement—it was quite limited and became repetitive during our 6-night stay. Also, the restrooms lacked hand faucets, which was a bit inconvenient.
