I recently stayed at the Seacare hotel and had an excellent experience. The hotel provided me with a comfortable and clean environment, allowing me to rest well during the day while being close to my mum and taking care of her. The staff truly made my stay exceptional. Ms. Kwang Jie Ning from the front desk stood out with her attentiveness, organization, and responsiveness. I also had positive interactions with other front desk staff, including Jiayi, Joy, and Niva, who were equally courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Avin, Patricia, and Chai for their assistance, and kudos to the housekeeping team: Ms. Lee, Ms. Ker, and Ms. Vijay for the fantastic job ensuring my room was immaculate throughout my stay. The hotel’s convenient location and the team’s consistent helpfulness and responsiveness made my experience truly memorable. I plan to return to this hotel whenever I am back in the country. Highly recommended!

Hotel was very clean. Staff was really helpful. I had a problem with wifi and they did everything they could to help me to fix it. Finally they changed my room to one with a better connection. If you have any questions they answer all of them. In the residential building next to the hotel there are a lot of restaurants (hawker) serving breakfasts. They open already at 5am. They serve much better and cheaper breakfast than in the hotel. Hotel rooms have nice view too.

Wifi connection is not perfect, however staff tries to help you to fix it. Breakfast served in the hotel is miserable. It is much better to eat it in the residential building next door. The food there is much cheaper.

We recently spent 6 wonderful days at Seacare Hotel Singapore, checking in on November 27th and checking out on December 2nd. Our family vacation was made special by the hotel's excellent service, comfortable rooms, and fantastic location. The hotel's staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very small and no space for luggage at all, but well-maintained. We also appreciated the hotel's amenities and services, which catered well to our family's needs.

However, there was one drawback that prevented our stay from being perfect: the unpleasant smell from the toilet. Despite the room being cleaned daily, the smell persisted and was quite bothersome.

Location and staff.

The fitness centre and the terrace were closed. The room was small and ciuld have been aured but windows could not be opened

Very poor Wi-Fi…barely exists in the rooms. In lobby is ok.

Location: very good, walking distance to river and restaurants. Clean room with view of the city.

Shower design: not too good, shower floor had no curb so the water splashed out to the floor of the rest of the bathroom. Some hotels have the rooms available earlier than 3 pm, this one did not, however they stored our luggage until we got the room.

location was perfect for us, train station within walking distance with easy access to downtown and airport. hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They were also able to offer early check in which was great after a 12+ hour flight.

room was small but acceptable for the budget, you would want a larger room if staying longer than a few nights though. the doors/wall were very thin so was woken by people talking in the corridors in the early hours. Our room was on the main road side which was also very noisy so wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper.

The location is good. Smoking room is available.

The toilet is a bit smelly. I think the drainage.

The Sky Bar Very friendly staff

Decent size room, the window from bathroom to bedroom was hilarious. Good location.

The building is a little run down and the free drink on the rooftop bar is a small sad beer (they should remove restrictions on what drink you can get)
