The room I booked was small, but it is one of the coziest room and awesome. The room has an amazing view. with very comfortable bed. The express check in and check out service is great. The ATM in the lobby to change currency is hassle free. The hotel provides washing machines and dryers at the pool area. Great swimming pool as well. Minutes from the MRT station. Great breakfast varieties. The staffs are helpful.

It may not be a fault of the hotel but confusion arises on the breakfast. I booked King room and appeared on record that it is for only 1 guest , as such one breakfast only. However, it was revised by the receptionist - Bella when i explained my side.

Clean and comfortable room and beds. Nice pool area and the pool was warm as the area was sunny but there were also many beds under shade which was lovely. Staff were kind and helpful. Were able to get into our room a bit earlier after a very long day and night of travel which was very much appreciated.

Asked for a bit of fresh milk for a cup of tea which has previously been given complimentary at other hotels but this was charged. This glass of milk which was barely touched ( as I only needed a little), cost the equivalent of about $13 Australian. The money was less important than the point. If you say you provide tea and coffee then do so and maybe don’t charge your guests for the bit of milk that should already be available in the room.

Room: We had a Riverview room. It was a very good size for 2 people with cupboard, iron board, working desk, sitting couch, huge window, TV, bathroom. Everything was super clean. Location: It is a bit away from the touristy part. You can walk to Chinatown MRT in 15 minutes. We usually took taxis and everything was around 10-15SGD. The location was very calm and there a few restaurants right behind the hotel. There are several other big hotel chains around this one. There is a nice jogging track right behind. Breakfast: Huge breakfast area with live egg station and several other Chinese and Indian options. Breakfast was quite good. Staff: Extremely nice. Housekeeping and security staff were the best! Reception staff could be more helpful especially on questions about what is available around the hotel etc.

We recently enjoyed a five-night stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Singapore and were impressed with both the hotel’s facilities and its convenient location. Our room was consistently clean and tidy, with housekeeping ensuring it was refreshed every day. The property’s pool, situated on Level 5, was a particular highlight—perfect for a morning swim or a relaxed afternoon break. The hotel’s location is excellent for getting around Singapore. It’s only an eight-minute walk to the Havelock MRT station, making city exploration easy. Being right next to the river also means plenty of scenic dining options just steps away, and a leisurely 25-minute stroll along the riverside will bring you to the vibrant Clarke Quay area. For a fun day out, Universal Studios is incredibly accessible too—just hop on the 123 bus across the street. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options. Having a chef prepare fresh omelets upon request was an added bonus that started our days on a delicious note. Overall, our stay was comfortable, convenient, and thoroughly enjoyable. We would certainly consider returning to the Four Points by Sheraton for our next visit to Singapore.

Four Points by Sheraton Singapore is a pleasant and well-maintained hotel, offering clean and comfortable accommodations. Its convenient location near the Metro Station makes it an excellent choice for travelers seeking easy access to the city's main attractions. While the breakfast provided was satisfactory, the customer service experience at the restaurant left much to be desired. During breakfast hours, there was often a long queue to get a table, which could be frustrating for guests. Moreover, the demeanor of some of the waitstaff was unprofessional, with waiters and waitresses appearing rude and unhelpful in their interactions. I strongly recommend that the hotel management consider providing comprehensive training for their restaurant staff to improve customer service and ensure a more pleasant dining experience for all guests. Overall, the hotel is in a great location with excellent cleanliness, but addressing the service issues in the restaurant would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The property was well located outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Singapore but was an easy walk to Robertson Quay dining precinct and Clarke Quay. We easily walked to China town for a look around. I picked this hotel as the hop on off bus stop yellow line number 8 is directly opposite the hotel. We had a Riverview room on level 5 which was well appointed. Mini bar drinks and nibbles were FREE and replenished daily. Fresh fruit everywhere for guests to nibble or take away on tours, you don’t see this very often! Staff were very attentive and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable and one of the best I’ve seen in the amount of cultural foods offered to guests. We often said if you couldn’t find something then you were obviously too picky! We tried to find a table inside as it was very warm outside, we never had to wait too long in the busy period and 3 out of 4 mornings had a table straight away. Pool area was lovely and if you have issues with mobility like my husband there are stairs with a handrail for getting in and out of the pool, very helpful. There are sun lounges under cabanas to relax on or out in the sun if you prefer. Although the hotel was busy the pool wasn’t.

Pillows not the greatest but that’s personal preference and certainly didn’t detract from our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. As a family we booked two rooms. The rooms were spacious enough, very clean and beds super comfortable. We haven't tried the pool, that will be for the next time. Breakfast was also great. A little bit too much Asian food for breakfast for my taste, but of course, the hotel being in Asia, it's expected. As for the location, I gave it a top mark, as we discovered a shopping mall 5-10 min walk from the hotel, which was an extra bonus, for eating and shopping. Otherwise it took us a nice 30 min stroll along the river to get to the Raffles Mall. From there probably another 30 min to get to Marina Bay Sands. Oh, and one more important comment - minibar snacks and drinks are free. Not a lot of choice, water or coke, plus chips, but it's still a nice touch. Overall we will be back here, need to try that pool.

Nothing to complain about.

Room is very good and the location is also very good. breakfast is not so great and no space(inside) to sit and have peacefully in the peak hours(9-10). The outside space is horrible and a lot of birds were sitting along with the guests.

Specific incident - During my stay, 10th evening, I kept my mobile charger in the restaurant and told that gentleman that i am going out and will come and collect in the late evening. That gentleman told that the restaurant will remain opened till 10.30pm. I came back around 10.15pm and asked the counter staff for the item i left. He was in hurry to close down the restaurant and he was rude in his behaviour. I was surprised by his behaviour.............

The room was comfortable and had complimentary water, cola and toiletries replenished daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was free fruit available throughout the hotel daily. Good location with bus stop outside hotel and hop on/off bus stop across the road. Access to lots of cafes/restaurants along the river via the back entrance of the hotel (all the way along to Robertson Quay). The hotel was clean and there was a good choice of breakfast food availability to suit all tastes. There is an outdoor pool on level 5 which was great for cooling off. There are pool towels and a selection of toiletries available (via a vending machine), a laundrette and toilets in the pool
