The location was great, hawker centre including the no.18 Zion Rd who serves the best kway teow noodles in Singapore & MRT staion is just 10 min walk, there's even 7/11 & massage nearby , quiet environment located in residential area, Safe to walk around the area & easy transport including taxi & Grab services are everywhere. Great World city shopping centre is also nearby. Not to mention that just behind the building is the Singapore River ( a small gate at the back of the property for access. ) The Super King bed was comfortable & the whole apartment was clean. Use of complimantary coffee machine & biscuits were good for on the go travellers. The swimming pool was a bonus if you want a dip after a long day outside the hot & humid Sg weather

The customer service was ok but smiles on their faces with friendly approach could have been better. The reviews i read about the small bathroom & toilet was true but you wont stay in the bathroom the whole duration of your stay, you just need to shower & off you go, so, it didnt bother me at all. Though we tried opening the sofa bed for us to rest while watching tv in the living room, the mattress badly need a change, it was all spring we sat on, it was not comfortable at all, so we had to put it back & use it as 2 seater couch instead.

They provided coffee and snacks/ biscuits but we did not take it, The location is quiet, with many restaurants , hawkers near by, a supermarket . There are washing machines and dryers which is convenient for travellers. The staff was helpful and friendly.

staff not warm and friendly . indifferent attitude at Reception Housekeeping did not happen on the scheduled day. I had to request for basic supplies like toilet paper 3 times before it happened. The hot water system in one one of our bathrooms was not working on the second day. so we couldn’t use the bathroom for showers for the rest of our 7 day stay as they were “waiting for spare parts “I am not happy with the fact that we paid for this facility and could not use it for the rest of the stay and paid full price for accommodation, the booking was made online in early November 2022.

A short walk from Havelock (brown line) metro and one stop to Outram park, main interchange, so ten minutes to Harbour Front, yet quiet at night. Very good location for reaching all parts of the city by metro, and easy to airport as well. The whole apartment was very clean, new and fully furnished for our needs. Even complimentary coffee and croissants/donuts for breakfast every day. Water filtered so no need to buy bottled water!

Some basic instructions for the controls/lights eg water heater needs to be on for a short time in order to have hot water in the shower. Air conditioning too loud to leave on overnight, but room stayed cool so wasn't needed so much.

Room is spacious. We went as a 3-person family and the staff came to set up the sofa bed into bed after we checked in. They have the electric 2-layer window shades. Kitchenware is fully equipped. The swimming pool is located at the top of the building, 11th floor. Another point that we loved was that there is a back door closed by the car parking lot that you can go shortcut to the bus stops on Ganges Ave, or just 5-min walk to the MRT Havelock (exit 3).

Just a noise from the room above and from the side. Water draining in the shower room was poor and the toilet was too small.

Bathroom and shower a little small. Shower in particular. Also rooms quite noisy at night, can hear guests in other rooms.

Despite being in the heart of the city, the area is peaceful and quiet, allowing us to truly unwind. **Friendly Service** What made our experience even more amazing was the incredibly friendly and professional service. The staff at Louis Kenneth Residence were so helpful, from the check-in process to accommodating every little request during our stay. They made us feel truly valued as guests. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay at Louis Kenneth Residence. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation, offering comfort, luxury, and convenience with its prime location near the MRT. We will definitely be back in the future! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the city.

Breakfast, it’s not that I don’t like it at all but the breakfast were provided was ordinary

The unit was perfect for my mum, husband and our 1 year old. The space was relatively larger and beyond expectations especially for one in Singapore! The staff were very helpful with everything we needed. The location was perfect and was close to so many eateries and the MRT. Totally worth the money!

We wished the cafe upstairs could have done better with their breakfast buffet options because we wanted to consider opting for the breakfast but decided not to upon seeing the underwhelming spread. There’s so much potential here for the kitchen to do better :)

Kids’ club, welcome snacks and drinks for guests, availability of items for loan, helpful staff. The lobby area was very pleasant with beautiful seating areas.

The lift worked badly and there was long waiting time. The coffee table in the living room of the 2-bedroom unit was too large for the space. There should be a dish rack in the kitchen. The shower door could not shut tightly and water kept spilling onto the floor outside the shower. It would be good if there was a gate at the back to access the bus stop.
