Everything. We arrived with a couple of large cases and were booked into a studio premier but were fortunate to be upgraded to a one brm premier which gave us a lot of extra space. We also had a lovely river view from our 3rd floor apartment. Breakfast for us was great as we mainly have cereal and toast, and we did take advantage of the afternoon drinks on a couple of occasions. Food on these occasions was not overly suited to us, but we appreciated the fact that something was on offer. All staff that we had contact with were very pleasant, helpful and courteous. The apartments are very trendy and we thoroughly enjoyed our week here.

The one minor criticism we could make is that the lighting around mirrors could have been a bit brighter. My wife likes to use a full length mirror and the lighting was not as good as she would have liked.

The rooms were cleaned daily, and everything was sparkling. The amenities and facilities were very handy (washing machine, oven, hob, coffee machine). The location is very good, within walking distance to Havelock MRT station and right near the Singapore River promenade. All in all, a very nice place!

The breakfast buffet was a bit scarce (you had to be lucky to get some fresh fruits). Also, some local Singapore dishes would have been nice to have. The "no food and drinks by the pool" policy is a bit too restrictive. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy a glass of wine or juice by the pool.

This hotel has exceeded our expectations A LOT. It's very modern, beautiful, great riverside location (perfect if you run, great if you like walking), very quiet, the room is well equipped with a fully functionable kitchenette and even a washing/drying machine! The bed was comfortable, the space was functional with a lot of nice tech perks (B&O portable speaker, full set Dyson hairdryer etc), the housekeeping very helpful and quick 24/7, there is a drinking water tap and reusable bottles, really nice gym, free bicycles and I can go on listing great things for a long time. But the most important and unique one for me was that the hotel lobby is also a functional co-working that you get to use for free 24/7. Every table has power outlets, chairs are comfy for long work sessions, wifi – fast, and good coffee&healthy snacks also provided. There are even parts of this huge space that could be used for group meetings/workshops (with a screen and large table for a group). Me and my friend had to work with Europe with a lot of zoom calls and this was the best place we ever stayed in Asia for this. Moreover, there is a happy hour that is unique (free, lots of both cold and warm food for two hours every day, wine, ingredients to mix a drink). Between the breakfast and this happy hour one could never eat elsewhere and never feel hungry.

Just some little things that seemed bizzare in the room design: there is a Dyson but no power outlets anywhere by the sink/mirror, so I had to dry my hair by the bed, where there is no mirror. The overall lack of full-height mirror is minor minus, the shower and toilet inside the room in a way that makes it a bit wet and a bit loud. Not enough shelves and hangers to store stuff and could do with a bit more space for large suitcases to unpack. But these are really not serious issues, we really enjoyed everything.

The accomodation is brand new and modern. The room is fully equipped (TV, hairdryer, washing machine, coffee maker, air cleaner, portable speaker, microwave oven, iron, water cleaner, quite large fridge) just like a flat. All devices are high brand (B&O, Dyson). The room was cleaned every day. We booked a room with lounge access so we had breakfast, and even dinner. Breakfast included croissants filled with salad and chicken or beef. There was also cheese, ham, fruits, cakes, muesli, juices. And also tea and coffe, and soft drinks. The dinner included pizza, some mini sandwiches, fruits and some spirits, and wine free to drink. We could also use the pool and the gym for free. We were totally satisfied with this brand new accomodation.

- Brand new hotel, partly in a monumental warehouse, where reception and restaurant are located, combined with a modern part with the hotel rooms, pool and fitness. - Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not massive as the typical hotel towers in Singapore, so it gives a sense of intimacy and visiting a family-run hotel. - Rooms were exceptional: modern and well-equipped, with playful design. I would recommend booking a riverside room for the view. - When leaving the hotel, you are immediately on the promenade along Singapore River. Good for morning jogging and looking for dining options in evening.

- Hotel can work to have a more elaborate choice for breakfast buffet. What was really nice though is that they organize an aperitif for guests between 6-8pm with drinks and bites.

Excellent new and modern serviced apartments. The lounge was the highlight. I don't usually use hotel lounges, but this one was a focal point of the building, where all the guests could grab drinks and snacks, especially at the popular happy hour. The location of the lounge made it popular with all the guests, unlike other hotels with a small lounge tucked away on another floor. Furthermore, it's in a large and historic building, so there's always a quiet corner that one could work in. The room furnishings were high quality and the staff very hospitable, everything was always kept clean and tidy. The location was great, and with the hotel bikes one could easily cycle along the river to MBS and other places, well away from traffic.

The breakfast wasn't as bad as I expected, but it's definitely croissant and pastry heavy, with minimal options for anyone who can't eat wheat. The happy hour food options on the other hand were much better.

Breakfast was adequate but good! Perhaps a little more variety? Cocktail hour was lovely with snacks, hot nibblies and drinks. Staff members from reception to housekeeping were exceptional; friendly, kind and helpful! Would like to commend Thulasi, from reception, who was there on our 1st day and checked us in. Thank you for all your help and friendliness. A lovely touch was the bottle of Welcome Wine and Macarons in our deluxe studio. Perfect little kitchen in our little studio, and the washer/dryer was invaluable!

Love the location, nice place for walking dan strolling along, very quite location. Room ia quite big and equipped with new and modern stuffs 👌🏻. It’s perfectly cleaned. Breakfast simple but its good. Me don’t mind with simple ones, as long there is fresh juice and good coffee. And thank you for the welcoming snacks and fresh coconut. Most of all we are satisfied

Hmm need to add some place for waiting taxi. Since if it’ heavy rain .. it hard to get into the car without getting wet

Upon arrival we were greeted by the reception staff and were provided an upgrade to a one bedroom executive room. This room has a kitchenette, separate bedroom , beautiful bathroom and all sorts of technologies available including domotica ( closing curtains ) The guests have access to a lounge / open bar from 5.30-7.30 daily with free flow of drinks . During the day one can take a coffee or or cooldrink or just water. Special shout out and 'thank you' to Sandra our housekeeping lady who kept our room super tidy and clean - she does an outstanding job ! Same to Daniel at reception , upon check out we checked dates for 2025 and upon arrival back in Europe the quote was in our mailbox! Super and attentive service overall, in a nice and quiet but still centrally located in Singapore . Loads of good restaurant's in less than 5 minutes walking along the river side. Even thought the room rate was certainly on the highs, ( F1 weekend !) it was very worth every cent!

The breakfast was very limited - I would suggest for at least some eggs variety / bacon and a toaster. Other than that there is nothing that was not in line of the expectations

- High end rooms and appliances in the rooms (hairdryer, coffee maker, etc). - Amazing A/C… it gets SO cold - Unlimited teas, sodas, waters, etc in the community fridge - 5-7PM Snacks and Drinks is great - Very close to lots of restaurants and bars in river promenade and only 10 min grab to marina bay or orchard street - Washer/Drier combo in room (detergent is free too) - Pool is nice, open til 10pm

- Fire alarm sounded from 6am on our final morning there and it kept going off
