As there were three of us, the two bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed us and our adult son to have our privacy. We had plenty of space in the living room to spread out. The kitchen and laundry facilities allowed us to function easily (i.e regular washing of clothes due to hot humid weather). Air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as in the living space. A gym and pool available. On a fairly quiet street, but still many shops/restaurants close by. Close to the Singapore River (Clarke Quay, Robertson Quay) with eateries, shopping centres, river sidewalks. All this at a reasonable price.

It was a bit dated, but has been refreshed where it counted ie kitchen and bathrooms.

The location is fantastic, facilities and size of the 3 Bedroom Townhouse apartment, it is nicely equipped, spacious and the beds are very comfy. There is a 7-11 next door and countless coffee shops within 5 minute walk.

The only downside to the Townhouse Apartment is that it is right on the road, and the front doors are a bit flimsy, and the windows facing the street, have wooden shutters in front of them with bars, but no actual glass, so it did tend to be a bit noisy. Double glazing on some of the other rooms would also be great. I believe the lack of glass on the street facing windows is a heritage thing though.

Nice apartments close to Clark Quay and Riverside Point within walking distance. Helpful personnel. Clean rooms and a quiet, well-equipped kitchen (I didn't cook), both with air conditioning. The food market (in UE Square) and 7-Eleven are conveniently located nearby, as are several affordable Chinese/Indian restaurants on River Valley Road, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (similar to those found in the Maxwell Food Center in Chinatown). More expensive food options are also available around. Although you can find the signs of use in the apartment, it offers good comfort at a reasonable price for everyone. And very comfy mattresses for sleeping. A desk for working and other things you will need in your daily life. Fully recommended.

Staff on reception were VERY helpful; my husband and daughter arrived by bike and the staff allowed them to store their bikes for the week we stayed. Then, my husband needed to store his bike for a further week whilst we went travelling, the front reception desk staff arranged to store the bike for the two weeks. Couldn’t thank them enough! Apartment a nice size for four adults, the two bathrooms were helpful. We were two parents with two adult children. Good location, easily walkable to restaurants and the subway.

Nothing! The pool is tiny but that is seen in the images provided so wasn’t a surprise.

It’s a serviced apartment, you basically get a condo unit with daily cleaning and security. Near to Robertson Walk, which has a bunch of eateries. Also, there’s a 7-eleven nearby.

I booked this stay for my fiancée’s family under my name and they all provided their passport at check-in for the guard/receptionist on duty. However, the next day one overly eager security guard was asking me what I was doing there (when I went to meet them) and why my passport hadn’t been registered. I explained, but she kept stopping us at every time we entered or went out, asking the same questions, made us feel uncomfortable. She kept watching us on CCTV and barging towards us every single time, really making the stay awkward. I think overall this place is a bit too pricey, but it’s Singapore. Also, a bit too far from the MRT, 15 minutes walk.

The property is in a quiet location but close enough to reach everything you need, such as the quay, the restaurants, the Fort Canning Park, the MRT station, Chinatown is only one stop away. The price is very competitive esp when you travel with family and need more than one bedroom in Singapore. The in-room washer&dryer is a bonus. The free wi-fi is good speed. The staff is helpful and friendly. Overall a pleasant stay. Will come back if travel with family.

The room facility is pretty basic. The main bedroom is good enough. But the second bedroom is very tiny. The shared bathroom is very small.

The location is great, in a quiet residential neighborhood in the city center with lots of restaurants options nearby. The apartment is very well equipped to stay for a longer time, a week or more. There are plenty hangers in the wardrobe which is definitely a plus! The room is clean and their response to our requests during the stay was fast. Most staffs are very friendly.

Some beddings have old stains but they changed them fast upon requests.

Everything was good, there’s wash machine with 100% dryer so we can do our laundry just fine. There’s 1 bathroom with the hot water not work at second floor and i’m still confused ‘bout the form that i need to fill when i check in. That i need to write down my CC number with the CVV. ‘Cause coincidentally my CC got fraud?scam? There’s a transaction on my CC nearly half of my limit. Maybe there’s another option for deposit when others check in for better accommodations.

The townhouse suits is huge, very large, on three floors, very big rooms, so good from that point fully equipped kitchen, storage rooms, washer/dryer with laundry powder provided good location

pool is aged and too small doesnt feel like hotel, more like an apartment building, reception is very small and not many services on site the main door of reception stayed locked all the time there was no tea or coffee - which is usual at the hotel, we had to buy our own

I appreciate the location because it is close to restaurants and public transportation; it is not in the heart of the CBD but is just the appropriate distance from everything. The area is quiet and safe. Our room has everything we need for our trip. The employees were friendly and courteous. Our room is usually clean, and they keep an adequate supply of bathroom tissue, which I particularly appreciate. All appliances in the room were fully functional, and they had equipped the kitchen with an adequate supply of cookware, dishes, and utensils.

The back door to the washing machine area could have had a privacy blinder or curtain. I was surprised to see someone standing near the AC compressor, where our room's living room was completely visible from the outside. They could have supplied a tiny tub because the toilet does not have a sprayer.
