1. The transportation is convenient, close to the Fort Canning subway station and the Clarke Quay subway station. It's convenient to go anywhere! 2. The scenery is beautiful. Close to the famous Singapore River, you can walk to Fort Canning Park. A good place for walking and running in the morning. 3. The room is clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. 3 beds and 2 bathrooms meet the needs of the family. It is the first choice for family travel. The small balcony in the living room can enjoy the scenery on both sides of the Singapore River. 4. The first time I stayed at the Park royal collection Pickering Hotel, This time I chose this place, which is more suitable for family use. Next time I come to Singapore, this will be my first choice. Because this place makes me feel at home.

The location is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery store in the area. I was in a two bedroom apartment which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. I was able to cook meals for my son and his friends who are studying abroad. Although the apartment is a little outdated, it is very comfortable and a nice size. The staff were very amicable and professional. I extended my stay for two days because I enjoyed being there.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Willing to let us leave our luggage; do some printing; answer any questions. Kudos to Soufi and the crew. Breakfast was a bit sad - super basic, though the attendant was very nice. Apartment was comfy. Pool is awesome. Gym small but surprisingly well-equipped. Excellent location - near subway and bus lines. On the river. Very quiet. Would recommend.

This property is a great find, and fantastically located to the main hub of the city. Being centrally located , its close to Clarke Quay and many important locations which you can travel especially with family. The service is great and they gym facilities and pool are clean. All in all it was a great experience.

The property overlooks the Singapore River with easy flat walking to two MRT stations and many eating options. The apartment was extra spacious and suited us well. The staff were extra attentive and helpful. The staff surprised me with a birthday card and gifts on my birthday.

We had a great stay! The location of the property was excellent—convenient and well-connected—and the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my visit, which made the experience even better.

The only downside for me was the swimming pool, which didn’t quite meet my expectations.

The residences are located right on the Clark Quey part of the river and walking distance to so many restaurants and the metro station. The room was large and clean and has everything you need for a long stay. No complaints.

The price is a bit high but this is Singapore and the location is prime.

big space, the sanitay condition is good, all facilities are well equiped, e.g. have washing machine and drying machine (but a bit noisy). very suitable for people who have interest to cook!

no soundproof, during night i can still hear the motors passing by. but earplug could help.

Ideal Location next to the river and all the delights of Clarke Quay and only one block from the very efficient metro system

A better view of the river from the apartment would have been nice, but we were out most days and evenings

Everything was great except for the price which was expensive. Great place for family with kids, with kitchen to cook and laundry room.

The property's inability to help me change / amend my booking was frustrating.
