The location is near a really good local Hawkers food markets where we had breakfast everyday. Yum! The rooms were spacious enough for three of us. The room was quiet and the air conditioner was really good. The WiFi was quite good. The hotel is near Havelock MRT so it made it really easy to get around Singapore by MRT and bus. The MRT is the best way to get to the airport. Taxi's are too expensive in Singapore compared to the rest of Asia. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

The carpet is looking tired and the furniture comes out of the 1970's. Some people might like this and call it retro.

The location was great—just a 2-minute walk to Tiong Bahru Hawker Centre. The restaurant on the lower ground floor was also excellent, a solid 10/10. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was just right for the price—I'd rate it 9/10.

The carpets were a bit old, and while they may not have looked super clean, I believe they were actually clean. The windows hadn't been cleaned either, but that didn't affect my overall positive experience. The air conditioning was excellent, which made the stay even more comfortable. I'd definitely book here again if I get the chance to return to Singapore. It's a great value if you're just looking for a cozy place to sleep. :)

The location of this hotel is nearest to the new MRT, bus station, food center. just 3-5 mins walk. Rather quite.

I've stayed in this hotel in 2018 and 2019. Things at that time were so good. Clean, full of facilities. but now i'm back. it gave me a little of shock. Floor was old and look a bit dirty. Wall lamp didn't work. only see 1 lamp. the wardrobe was hard to slide. The toilet door is damaged, feel like it gonna fall down when you pulled it. and the important thing is the price were too high for those thing i have.

The hotel was great for a budget friendly hotel. The staff was very helpful. They let us use there umbrella when it rained. Its extremely close to the subway and bus stops. Also a hawker stations are not far away either. They have a restaurant right beside the hotel.

The facilities need an update. Not the newest.

The room is quite large, compared to other hotels with the same price. Although the hotel seems to be opened for several years, the facilities are in good quality. There is a fridge in the room. The hotel is just 2-3 minute walk from Havelock MRT station and very close to a bus station. There are also restaurants, 7-11 and hawker center nearby.

The place had a really nice staff and it was really clean. Also the location was OK, it was near a metro. All in all it was good value for your money.

The place was old, the bathroom lock didn't work but these are just minor inconveniences.
