The property was very clean , and had everything we needed as a family travelling with a baby. They even provided baby high chair , a cot, bath and baby towel with a welcome pack . Housekeeping is excellent and cleaned the apartment daily . Staff are very helpful and happy to be of service . The amenities were really good , there is an area of bbq, ping pong table, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, relaxation area and childrens play area. Breakfast was included in our stay and we were happy with the variety of food served. Location was excellent, close to restaurants, hawker areas, shopping malls and walkable distance to MRT. This residence is very child friendly, and I would highly recommend this to families with children of all ages. From here , it is beside the river where you can take a walk or stroll , and it is beautifully relaxing .

Not a dislike but many travellers have commented it is dated - which I agree although it has been maintained well and kept very clean which is more important to me.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, featuring a full kitchen and a washing machine, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great pool, gym, and a kids’ playroom that kept the little ones entertained. The location was unbeatable—right above a shopping mall with a supermarket, Starbucks, and plenty of restaurants, making everything easily accessible. Plus, it was just a 10-minute walk to Great World Mall and the MRT, which made getting around super easy.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the rooms could use a bit of maintenance as they feel a little tired and run down. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience, and I would still highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. This was largely due to one of the front staff, Fiqua, who always tried to ensure that Fraser Suites could accommodate our ever-changing needs. For example, we needed a larger room because our daughter was coming, and she was able to do that for us. After our daughter left, we did not want to pay for the larger room so we were supposed to move to a smaller 1-bedroom again, but it was arranged as a free upgrade. The rest of the staff were friendly and greeted us warmly everyday, as we were coming and going, which made an almost 3-week stay almost feel like home, especially since we were in Singapore for medical reasons. The rooms were large and spacious and it had everything we needed and the daily cleaning, including replacing the Nespresso pods which we used up everyday was unexpected but much appreciated. The location, right by Singapore river, is lovely. I enjoyed working out in the gym or going for a jog by the river, one can go all the way to the esplenade. You can stop for a coffee (or a cocktail depending on time of day) in Robertson Quey, Clarke Quay or Boat Quay. During one of my walks, I even saw otters swimming in the river. The gym has all the equipment that one needs for a good workout and the pool area is lovely too! For those who want to shop, a walk to Orchard is not that far, under 20 minutes.

This does not have anything to do with the hotel per se, but the two nearest MTR stations were 10 and 15 minutes away.

After having to leave an Airbnb within a few hours due to pests, we booked Fraser out of desperation. It was expensive but overall we had a great stay! Excellent location with a beautiful view. The apartment was very nice and we had a very comfortable stay with 3 children. Brilliant facilities with a pool & even a massage chair!

Housekeeping needs to improve. Sometimes the cleaning was a bit lazy - stains on coffee tables, beds not done properly (but overall nothing major!) The apartment was quite expensive!

Staff all very friendly & helpfull - Cecelia on the 10th flr always bright cheerful & ready to help. Breakfast buffet included in package was very good & well used. Pool deck & gardens well laid out and nicely presented. Very convenient location attached to shopping centre with supermarkets, resturants & coffee shops.

2nd bathroom was very small and compact - larger sized people would struggle to use. Would prefer pump soap at wash basin - soap dish & cake soap quite messy on vanity. Quite a walk in the heat to the MRT

As a family with a young infant, we liked that we were given a room that was on the same level as the carpark. Also, the children's indoor playground had a floor cushion and plenty of age appropriate toys; it was a very safe space for my 9 month old to tumble and explore. The breakfast was not a wide spread, but it was still very delicious. The decor is old, but generally well kept. Also, it was a nice space to have our pet rabbit join us in the room.

The clothes rack was very dusty and old, to a point of even rusty. I did not feel safe to hang my clean clothes on them. The airconditioning was difficult to use, as it seemed to turn off at odd intervals. 23 was too cold but 24 was too warm.

We had absolutely wonderful stay. Staying with children we loved everything there - from friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast to very well furnished suite. We had everything for cooking ours meal, washing clothes. Peaceful and comfy sleeping. Housekeeping ladies did an excelent work, keeping the room clean up to my very high standard. My children loved the pool and indoor games room on 3rd floor. We would love to come back anytime. Thank you Fraser Suites

Was a good stay option for a family with kids and convenience stores and shopping at level 1 for our week-long stay. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped as we made many meals for the family here. Staff were super friendly and always ready to address our queries and help us with recommendations.

The common bathroom could have been slightly larger, especially the shower as older folks will have difficulty in there.

Thank you for providing us with the welcome snacks. It was kindly appreciated, but the chips were a little stale and had passed their expiration date.

The property may be somewhat outdated, but it is linked to a small mall that has a grocery store, bakery, noodle restaurant, and Starbucks. Housekeeping did a good job with cleaning and refreshing our room. However, the front desk could use a friendlier approach and more smiles. Wilson and the guy who checked us in were both extremely helpful.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. They provided amenities such as robes, slippers, cooking utensils and shower essentials. They gave us a bowl of fruit and cookies on arrival which was very generous and thoughtful. Our luggage was taken to our room which made our arrival very easy and pleasant. Breakfast was served every morning and featured basic eggs, toast and fruit along with other things that are switched out everyday. The breakfast was more than sufficient. The location was fine and was connected to a shopping centre with a grocery store which was extremely useful when we wanted to cook our own meals.

I did wish the location was closer to a metro station. The pool area was lovely but in the shade so it was hard to get any sun.
