Unbeatable location! Literally 5 minutes to food, the train station, convenience store, etc. Nice having a washer/dryer, a decent sized fridge, and kitchen. Great having lots of storage space and a desk in the living room, which my husband used when he had to work.

The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was terrible! It was so hard to put on makeup in that light, I had to go to the living room and pull back the curtains and use the desk there. Would have also been nice to have larger mugs as the cups given were really small. Also would have appreciated a folder with instructions on how to use the washer/dryer, TV, etc.

We loved our stay at Orchard Point Serviced Apartments! It had absolutely everything we needed (washing machine was a God send since we had a toddler; and it allowed us to pack less clothes!), was close to Somerset MRT and just off Orchard Road. The apartment is a little outdated in terms of facade but they are having a renovation in the coming months; honestly though, I would rather have a spacious apartment that may be a little dated than be cramped in a small hotel room. Customer service was excellent and the cleaning staff were super nice and friendly - can't fault them at all!

The only thing I could think of is it would've been awesome if there was a dustpan and/or broom to sweep the floors with.

Property in the center of Orchard Road which is easy to reach and go anywhere, with split bedroom from the living room and kitchen in the executive suite, good routine cleaning, friendly and very helpful room maid & housekeeping staff which is fast response when the guests need something.

- The air vent in the bathroom is very loud because it was a corner room which is directly on the main road. - Excessive amount of deposit upon check-in.

OPSA is in the heart of Singapore. For a family of 2 adults 1 child 1 toddler it was the perfect stay. Room- The kitchen had one pan and a pot which we could use to cook.pair of plates,spoon,fork. Bread toaster + water kettle. Water - drinking water tap is provided separate - Encouraging us travellers to refrain from using plastic. Dish washing liquid + Laundry Detergent+ clothes drying stand + ironing board was provided in the room. Location - Opposite Somerset metro. 10 mins walk to dhoby ghat metro 3 mins walk to bus stand Multiple food courts (includes Asian+Indian + Italian) around the location for cheap food 10$-20$ Dining inside the malls 30$-40$ and behind the hotel Cuppage plaza which includes some bars. Staff - was very helpful , made our stay comfortable. Were prompt of wats app before our arrival to Singapore..

We were 3 and had the Deluxe Suite. Very roomy, especially for Singapore standards. For the same reason, the apartment is a bit old, but well-kept, clean and in a very good shape. Would totally go there again for a stay of that kind. Staff was very very kind and helpful. Location is very convenient, very close to subway station Somerset.

The pool are is less well kept, so to say. The pool itself is ok but the area is a bit rundown.

Location was perfect for all the action on Orchard road. Bus and mrt lines nearby. Lots and lots of food options around. The common areas of apartment were very roomy. We were happy to have the use of a washing machine and drying rack.

Building was not it its best shape but the convenience of the location and ample space for 5 adults to comfortably occupy the space made up for that. Some party noise coming from the street until late everyday - ear plugs recommended for light sleepers.

I am a Singaporean live overseas, came back for few days. I know very well about Singapore. I am very pleased with this booking. Though it is an old building and interior, facilities of the studio apartment were really good. Location is excellent. Highly recommended.

Elevators need some renovation. Swimming pool is not really my type but this wasn’t an issue for me.

The pool. The large size of the room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Housekeeping staff are efficient and effective. All staff are friendly and helpful.

The place is a little run-down but not seedy/dirty. Repairs are amateurish - e.g. tiles in the bathroom are not properly grouted in after repairs; the floor tiles in the lift are cracked and loose; the furniture in the room is chipped and needs sanding and staining; parquet tiles in the kitchen are loose. All of this is easily fixed. Painting is literally slapdash in places.
