Very clean and comfortable. Upgraded to one bed apartment. Nice pool. Staff helpful and housekeeping excellent. Quiet location but only 15 mins walk from Orchard Road and 10 from Stevens MRT. . Free shuttle bus to MRT. Complementary breakfast. Would stay again.

Would be good if breakfast and shuttle were offered at weekends/public holidays too.. No shops, restaurants etc in Immediate vicinity but can have food delivered.

High end and spacious

Problems on check in with air con (not working) in first apartment and then same again with replacement apartment. Wasted lots of time moving apartments and initially getting staff to understand the seriousness of the problem. However when they realised I was very unhappy with this situation they got into action and sorted the problem by late in the evening. Disappointing that there was this problem in the first place (in two of the apartments!) given how expensive this place is and secondly very disappointing that no sign of the complex manager at any point in the stay to acknowledge what had happened and so show some concern for your guests. For a high end and expensive place like this it is the least I would have expected.

Location: Buses heading downtown and further (Chinatown) or towards the nearest MRT (Stevens) are 5 minutes by foot away. Then there is the free shuttle service though we did not use it. Amenities in the appartment: being able to cook properly (and not just reheat food)) a plus. Pool: deep and long enough one can really swim. Laundry room well equipped.

Main peeve was with the dehumidifier/filter in the room. Since we don't use them at home (Europe) we were not aware that they would stop functionning once full. As a result the rooms became very clamy with bath towels never drying which over the weekend (no service) was a problem. It took two days to get back to normal. There should be a notice near the device for those who've never seen one in their life.... Breakfast IS a bit limited but then that is true for lots of hotels nowadays. Laundry room a bit on the expensive side.

I liked the comfortable beds and pillows, and also the separate study room. The swimming pool and gym were also good. All staff were very helpful and efficient and responded to any issues quickly, and cleaning ladies were excellent.

Lighting in bathroom was poor and should have stronger lights over sink mirror. Better quality utensils - larger coffee mugs would have been good Breakfast times should be open until 1000 or 1030 like other hotels. Quality of breakfast could have been better. Outfoor corridor between reception and P rooms (near swimming pool) was always wet and dirty and perhaps a better covered walkway would help.

Big room, full set kitchen stuff, quiet, bus servise to town!

The staff at the breakfast, they should let the guests take their own food! And the cleaners should keep guests left their belongings! Especially what is new! I forgot my shampoo and my conditioner, which I just buy in Watson! And I have early morning flight! I have wrote a note for other things! The cleaners need to be aware for guests belongings! What to throw and what to keep! Since there is a note! Maybe the guest forget to put all together! But use common sense! Thanks

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Excellent shower and kitchen facilities met all my needs. The gym was well equipped and clean, swimming pool was a decent size and depth and staff (including security staff) were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus dropped off at strategic locations in town and useful for onward journey on the MRT. Loved the quiet location. Would mention Joseph at the front desk for sorting out the booking error on arrival and housekeeping staff who made our stay extremely comfortable.

Very noisy maintenance work (drilling any banging) during the day at the apartment next door. This happened on three days; not acceptable and did spoil our stay as we had to go out for some peace and quiet.

Great location in a very nice neighborhood. My wife and I enjoyed the pool and the fitness center. They have a complimentary shuttle that came handy. The staff was very helpful, always ready to assist when we needed it.

Only 1 incident. There was no transport waiting for us at the airport as requested and when we called the number we have, we got a security guard who informed us that the staff has left and that he could not help us. We had to take a taxi. We would have preferred to be informed that the key to the apartment was going to be with the security guard and that we have to arrange for our own transportation from the airport.

The size of the room in relation to the price was unbeatable. We stayed at the P block, and the room was excellent. It is located a little bit outside the main tourist areas, but the hotel has a shuttle service to downtown which runs every hour. The bus stop is also around 5 minutes away, and the Stevens train stop is a little over 10 minutes by foot. One can also use Grab which is a convenient way if walking is an issue. Cost us 15 SGD to get to Lau Pa Sat hawker centre.

As the elevators were just outside our room, we could hear one of the guest's toddler's squeals in the morning. Hopefully, guests are reminded in the future to keep noise levels down when in the building or in the hallway.

Lovely place to stay for the long term as it’s very well-connected with public transport and you can walk to the shopping strip. Also appreciate the weekday breakfasts and the weekday cleanings. Very clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. The staff are also all so friendly and helpful. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’re definitely booking here again whenever we need an extended stay in Singapore.

We stayed in a ground floor, one bed apartment, perfectly adequate and equipped for two adults. Fixtures and fittings all good and very new looking. Great shower, nice to have some cooking facilities and a washer/ dryer was fab. These apartments have a really nice family feeling. There’s a beautiful pool area, plus a tennis court and gym for those who want it. Property staff very pleasant, a shuttle bus runs at least 10 times a day into the city centre, malls, with predetermined stops. Property in a nice safe area, it’s about 15 minutes walk ( not all flat !) to Orchard area. Also a complimentary breakfast is an available in a dining area, this is cereal, fruit, toast, some pastries, tea, coffee, juice. As these are serviced apartments this is an unexpected added extra, unfortunately some people really took loads extra, which is not a good look !!

Liked everything. Minor issue only - Some noise from building work on our last day, not extensive but would have been nice to be warned of this.
