This was an incredible bargain. I have stayed at "low budget" hotels in the past and got what I paid for -- which was very little. But my room was large, with a big-screen TV, comfortable bed, refrigerator, coffee maker (and instant coffee restocked daily), a large shower, thick bath towels, and a hair dryer. There's a decently priced restaurant serving a morning buffet, a snack machine with items priced lower than the local 7-Eleven's, and a pleasant, accommodating staff. A McDonald's and a well-stocked grocery store is a 10-minute walk away.

WiFi reception is terrible. Even short videos are impossible to watch without frequent buffering. During peak hours, it is even impossible to send or receive emails or summon a rideshare driver. Likewise, the water pressure is a washout, slightly more than a trickle one moment, then a downpour the next., running cold one moment, then almost scalding the next. But these are relatively minor inconveniences.

The room is clean with adequate facilities. It's a bit tight for 2 people but can still work. I like that there is bidet in the toilet, as well as blower so the bathroom stays dry. Basic amenities like tea coffee sugar are prepared, but no bottled water. You can boil the tap water though, kettle was prepared. Can also request for an iron and iron board. I like that they use whatsapps to communicate. It's close to a bus stand, but you have to walk for like 10 minutes to the nearest MRT Station (Stevens). It's in a quiet residential area, not too far from city center, so it's a plus.

There are no eateries or convenience store nearby. While the hotel has its own cafe and vending machines, the menu option would be limited for Muslim traveller like myself.

Good central Singapore location of the hotel. Smart TV was very easy to use and has lots of channels like YouTube, Netflix, etc.! Beds were firm and did not slide about. The best feature of the beautifully-tiled bathroom is the placement of the "throne". It is located in its own corner with a good and adequate amount of space.

Internet connection was really slow and prone to constant disconnection. Hot water was sometimes very slow to arrive at the sink tap. Hot water was sometimes not hot enough.

It was a good location to get a Grab car to go where I needed to go. I was disappointed that there was no hand soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. I did not have breakfast. I thought there was a laundry facility, but there was only a very expensive service. I also thought the price was quite high even for Singapore.

See above. No hand soap, no small towel or wash cloth, high price. Also, the small refrigerator didn't work. I asked the front desk to have it fixed, but nothing was done. The price was quite high as well.

Location was in a nice quiet leafy area yet close to subway station and not far from city. Nice grounds with ample open carpark. Go stay there before the place gets redeveloped. The plot ratio would be too tempting to developer to just leave this quiet hotel alone for very long,

I was told housekeeping will not be cleaning the room the two nights I was there. Which is alright with me but I would appreciate fresh towels and beverage sachets refilled at least.

Good lication. Close to train stations. The room was new and had a fresh feeling. The bathrooms too had a newly renovated brightly lit feel.

Laundry room had a bad odour. The washer and the dryer machines were old. They also required detergent to be added manually. No available source to purchase from at the room. Newer machines tend to have detergent output in the machine.

Location of hotel was great in the central area. I greatly prefer the firm beds at this hotel. The Smart TV was great, as YouTube and Netflix was easily available!

the location, easy access to almost everything. Facilities, like the swimming pool where my kids enjoyed a lot.

Staff should be more friendly and approachable. though some of them are to be fair. It would be more confortable to stay if you feel welcomed.

The Y was located within walking distance to the MRT and the bus stop. Very convenient. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Chun Sin and Allysha for being so kind and helpful

The building does need some renovation. The rooms were clean but showing some signs of deterioration. Breakfast was not too exciting, very limited options for a buffet breakfast.

Local is good close to MTR, very convenient. Value for money.

No surprise, generally tidy and clean. I came early in the morning due to my flight schedule, but my request for early check in is subject to a high fee that eventually I gave up and have to wait.
