Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned and linen changed every second day. The location was perfect for our touring with train and bus facilities only a short walk away. Cafe's, restaurant, gym and local, well equipped grocery store on the ground floor an added bonus.

a pity the silastic grout in the wet areas was renewed with a WHITE silastic rather than a NEUTRAL. I felt it downgraded the unit a little, such an upmarket facility a little spoilt.

Our second stay, close to family. Great transport links, good supermarket downstairs, great coffee shop. Spacious, very comfortable bed, blackout curtains, shower and pool. Very clean, with great regular room service. Staff very helpful

Basic washing up equipment would be appreciated. I caught my fingers in the toilet glass door - I’d be concerned about having a child stay.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped apartment within a few minutes walk of Steven’s MRT which allows easy access around the island. There is an Italian restaurant, McDonald’s, cafe, Subway, spa and gym located by the apartment. The pool is very clean and we were the only people to use it. Staff were very friendly and helpful and Kelvin made a point of saying hello and calling us by our names. Would highly recommend staying in these apartments if you want spacious, clean and well located accommodation, I would not hesitate to stay again and am already planning a return trip

No washing up liquid is supplied which does not encourage people to wash dishes thoroughly

Fantastic location , 100metres to the MRT all undercover so weather doesn’t matter. Supermarket, subway sandwiches, Mc Donald’s Italian restaurant all on site, as well as gym, optometrist. Pool was always immaculate nice garden setting . Staff are super helpful & friendly Spotlessly clean, quiet. Good individual controlled air conditioning. Spacious apartment with dining area & well equipped kitchen.

The lounge suite in apartment 304 was uncomfortable & the tv had connectivity problems, but that often happens in Singapore

We enjoyed this spacious fully equipped apartment so much we have booked to stay there again next year. This apartment has excellent a/c in the lounge & bedroom, a super king sized bed and more space than most suites in Singapore. The best location, convenient to everything & Steven’s MRT is 100metres undercover walk . Having a supermarket, McDonalds , Subway, & an excellent Italian restaurant on the ground floor means you don’t have to leave the property if you’re tired or the weather is poor . There is also a large fridge/freezer in the fully equipped kitchen.

The lovely pool close at 9pm, would be nice to be able to cool off until 10pm. The smoking area is beside the pool Sun loungers.

The location was very convenient, near Stevens MRT which has the DTL and TEL lines. The room was very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. Even the bathroom was huge. The bed was very comfortable and huge! I slept very well. Towels and beddings were hotel standards Security was good. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe here. There is a supermarket, self-service laundry ($4 token) and a few eateries within the complex. Manager Kelvin was kind and helpful as what other reviews mentioned. He gets things done fast.

The kitchen was dated especially the pots and pans. The bedroom was not well lit. The garbage truck comes early in the morning and was rather noisy. Just some inconveniences. Overall it was still a good stay.

We were visiting family who live in Central Singapore. This was an ideal location being just one block from an MRT station which was on the NS line. Also within walking or easy transit to the beautiful Singapore Botanical Gardens. Downtown and Orchard Road were also easily accessed. Amenities like the gym and pool looked attractive though honestly we didn't avail ourselves of these this stay. Having a couple of food venues and the small cold storage in the same building was very convenient. Enough to allow a few quick meals when not out and about. Far enough from the busier shopping areas to feel part of the neighborhood yet enough nearby to satisfy most needs. The Cafe/Bakery was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Loved having space to stretch out and unpack properly. Very quiet and slept well in this serviced apartment. Areas in and out of unit kept clean. Staff were very helpful with our questions. Responsive and kind. Very nice having laundry facilities downstairs. We would definitely consider Alocassia again.

On approach to entry of building that Alocassia shares with other businesses there is a pile of old construction materials. This was unattractive. Not sure what control the serviced apartments have over this. Had absolutely no bearing on the comfort and attractiveness of the apartment and inside amenities.

The location worked really well for us - a short walk to the Stevens underground station and just 2 stops to the CBD. It was also a 10-minute walk from a family member's residence, which was the main reason for selecting this location over a CBD location. The existence of a small supermarket (Cold Storage), a great cafe with good coffee (The Ritual) plus the convenience of McDonalds, Subway, Al Borgo (Italian Restaurant) and Anytime Fitness within the ground level of this building was a real plus. Although the building is showing signs of age, the convenience of the location, generous size of the apartment, and very good value for money would encourage to re-book without hesitation.

There were areas of Mould in the shower recess. These were evidence of poor workmanship in earlier repairs where silicone had been smeared over previous repairs and Mould had been able to growth under the silicone.

Location worked very well for us, being 10 minutes walk to family and 300m to Stephens MRT which i turn is just 3 stops from Orchard. Room size was very generous and very comfortable. Ritual coffee shop on ground floor plus Cold Storage Convenience store, McDonalds, Subway and an Italian Restaurant all located on the ground floor of this apartment complex added another layer of convenience that was excellent.

Building construction on the adjoining property was mildly disturbing during the day.

Location was very good with the place being just 100 m away from the Stevens MRT. Also, it being on downtown line has easy connectivity to most tourist places. Little India and Chinatown are closeby for availability of cheap food. Staff was very co-operative. I was given hassle-free early check-in. Wifi was very good and worked smoothly. Kitchen was stocked well with cutlery and appliances.

Indian tourists will find absence of jet spray an issue. Although the toilet had a separate arrangement for washing up after doing your thing but its still a bit inconvenient. Also, for some weird reason, there was no door between the bedroom and the toilet/ bathroom. The bathroom and toilet are separate with their own doors but the connection to them from bedroom doesn't have any doors. Apart from taking away some privacy, it also leads to some wastage of electricity as the AC has to cool a larger area than just the bedroom and it takes some time. The bedroom door seemed to get stuck and was difficult to move. Also, while the kitchen is stocked well with appliances, they could provide some basic cleaning stuff for utensils and maybe some salt/ pepper packets.
