Room and beds are confortable

Service was EXCELLENT, staff were warm, friendly and SUPER helpful. Location is not far from the ferry terminal Batam, a couple of eateries and a coffee place, and opposite a seafood restaurant. Breakfast was a decent spread, good value for money

The air-conditioning, takes a long time to cool the room and then it's too cold and every adjustment is a drastic change 😆 but all good, will definitely stay here again

- The gym is really good. It has 3 floors and many equipment. The 3rd floor is for cardio, 1st and 2nd for machines/free weights. - There is a minimart and spa right in front of the hotel - Staff was really nice. - Swimming pool. It has a kids pool and adult pool. (it's small but if you aren't picky you'll probably still like it) - Sauna was alright.

-jacuzzi was closed -couldn't bring the towel from the swimming pool to hotel room.

The connecting room was spacious & clean

To improve on breakfast...the excess card should be given 2 instead of 1...easy to get some food outside with 1 card taken along..another card in the room as the kids are sleeping...if remove the card in the room, aircon & light will auto off....the cafeteria outside the hotel close at 1am..to enter lift need the card to tap to the level that u stay...difficult for 1 card only..

I like the room bcoz its spacious n big, and importance its CLEAN.....Thumbs up👍

The aircon....we didnt feel the air con at our bed ....we feel the aircon only when we stand infront the tv area....but when sleep we didnt feel any air con... You guys should not put the aircon there ...should facing the bed not facing the door....

Excellent experience from start to finish. Reception staff were excellent. Erica helped us with paperwork needed for Singapore. Dining was superb. Yosep, the restaurant manager, was just so great. He gave us a guided tour of his restaurant and explained the dishes. All staff were very attentative and eager. It looked a great place to work and all seemed happy to be there. Even the security man at the front ordered us cabs with a smile. My wife and I cannot wait to return to this wonderful hotel. Great hotel experience.

There was nothing we did not like. It was wonderful.

Friendly staff and comfortable stay, as usual. Parts of the premises are starting to feel slightly run-down perhaps, but the staff make up for it with genuinely helpful and friendly service. Would/will stay again.

Staff service is commendable

The pillow is too thin and the bathroom is stained with dark mould and it's scary.

Very large and clean room, very friendly staff

The hotel is a bit run down in some corners, the corridor outside my room was in a pretty messy state.
