For the amount paid compared to the size of the room, it is quite worth it. The room is big and spacious and clean. Usually there are not much guest, thus doesnt give a crowded feel. The breakfast has a decent spread.

The location is abit far away from any mall. And there are no convenient stalls around, you will require to walk about 10 mins to reach the close the closest. And the shop in the hotel is not 24 hrs.

The hotel rooms were big and the amount for the rooms per night were not expensive. There were a lot of parking space and also the hotel seems new. But the hotel seems empty without much guest so it gives a zen feeling.

There were no breakfast, and around the hotel area, there are no convenient store. And the only mini mart which is in the hotel, closes at 9pm? And the area around the hotel doesnt seem to be too safe as compared to other hotels in the central.

Its make me happy due to a very peacefully place to stay,,And the reception lady miss,kristina was very helpfull and polite person,,Thank.

Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and response is fast. Room is spacious and wifi is fast connected. Breakfast was good and value for money. Overall it is worth the stay. I will recommend this hotel as I had a pleasant stay. Will sure to be back again.

Property was in the center of the malls ,although there isn’t any shops is the vicinity,we took grab to move around ,it was like 10 mins to Nagoya mall ,10 mins to Batam center mall etc,

A warm welcome from the staff especially they make an effort to prepare something for my birthday.. it was amazing and worth it ❤️

Love the widespread breakfast. Gym was awesome. Swimming pool was okay. Staff was friendly but could be better in communication.

I like the spacious room and the complete gym facility.

The breakfast can be improved. The hotel should only allow proper swim wear in the swimming pool for hygiene purpose.

The food is good and halal.. affordable for family!

Table in the room a bit dusty but understandable because of current Covid situation. The location a bit hard to find if your taxi driver don’t know the exact location. They need to fix the room numbers allocation problem, my room 8142 is at 3rd floor, which is very confusing.
